I have been attempting to address this issue. I inadvertently violated your commerce policy with my postings. Despite being a member since [redacted], I was unfamiliar with the specific restrictions on certain brands like MK and Coach. I mistakenly appealed the restriction on each post across different groups. Although I have deleted the problematic Coach and MK posts, my access to Marketplace was permanently revoked. I believe this action is unjust given that I only had three questionable posts. Despite explaining my situation in messages, I keep receiving responses citing the commerce policy violation without considering my appeals. I am uncertain if my messages are being reviewed thoroughly. It seems unreasonable to be banned from Marketplace after a decade of membership without any prior issues. Kindly reinstate my Marketplace access. Thank you, Shannon.

Hello, I am Ayush Ambar. My account has been blocked. While trying to open Facebook, I received a "session expired" message. I started the confirmation process, but in the middle, my account got blocked. This has happened before, but I never understood why. This time, I couldn't complete the confirmation because I was shown photos of friends on the screen, and I have many unknown and international friends on Facebook. It's causing me a lot of trouble. I am a knife-art collector with a vast collection of museum-quality artist's knife products. I am concerned that knives, swords, machetes, and other edged tools are being classified as weapons and blocked from promotions/advertisements. In Central and South America, machetes are commonly used as agricultural tools. Recently, my Egyptian friend faced an ad block for promoting a SE Asian machete variation, which is also used regularly in those regions. In Costa Rica, it is normal for people, including elderly women, to carry machetes on public transport if they are sheathed or wrapped. I believe these tools should not be automatically labeled as weapons. I urge you to reconsider your policies and consider the diverse cultural contexts in which these tools are used worldwide. Please take into account that not everyone lives in Silicon Valley, USA.

I have been using three different emails for one account to prevent hacking, but unfortunately, my email "[redacted]" has been hacked. Please, read this message carefully and delete my Facebook account. You can contact me via email at [redacted] or call me at [redacted]. There seems to be unauthorized access to my account under the fake user "[redacted]" I have already tried to reach out via email but have not received a response from Facebook yet. I urgently request either a call back or immediate deletion of the account. Hello, I opened an account in the summer of [redacted] to raise funds for my daughter's Service Dog training. I recently tried to log in but realized I forgot the email address I used. I've since changed my password successfully but found out I've been locked out mentioning unidentified users on my account. Could someone assist me with this issue, please?

We urgently need to revert the business page name from Ahava Dental back to NY Dental. This change is necessary due to a sudden decision to maintain the brand as is, with Ahava being used for a different clinic owned by the business owner. Despite previous feedback suggesting the request could be misleading, the name Ahava Dental does not imply a different location and is not drastic. It is merely a Hebrew word representing a new aesthetic for the company. Our location and services have always been clear, and the brief change to Ahava a few months ago did not confuse clients. I opened a Facebook account long ago with the email [redacted], which I gradually stopped using. The Facebook account remained active even though I didn't access the Yahoo email. Recently, my [redacted] was hacked, despite being solely linked to my old Facebook. I have updated my phone number on Facebook regularly, but the hacker removed it. My current phone number is [redacted], which is not associated with my Facebook now that the hacker has tampered with my account. I attempted to recover my Yahoo email, but the phone number linked to it is outdated, and I can no longer access it due to moving. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

A few days ago, I encountered a troubling incident on Facebook that still affects me. Several posts circulating violate Facebook's publisher guidelines, sharing unverified and inaccurate content. These posts also contain threatening and disrespectful remarks directed at me and my business. It is concerning to see Facebook used to propagate hate, violence, and misinformation. As social media wields considerable influence, it is crucial for Facebook to take responsibility and curtail false information dissemination. I am deeply offended and refuse to stand for these rumors. I eagerly await a prompt and effective response addressing this matter.

I shared a photo of a raffle ticket for a fundraising event to support youth shooting sports in our community on our group page. Surprisingly, the post was removed, and I got banned from Facebook for 24 hours. I'm unsure why this happened, especially when I've seen other similar posts by a trap club still active. It's puzzling why our post was targeted. I hope this action wasn't biased against the Burleigh County Friends of the NRA or me as a woman supporting this cause. Youth shooting sports are important, like the Trap club, which is popular in the Midwest. Understanding the reason behind this discrepancy would be helpful.

I attempted to reset my password on Facebook. Despite receiving codes from them, I repeatedly encountered an error stating they had been used too many times. After verifying my identity by submitting a photo of my driver's license, Facebook sent me a link to reset my password. However, I continue to face the same issue with the codes being used excessively. In an attempt to resolve the problem, I removed my accounts from all devices but now I am unable to log in as it claims my account does not exist, despite using multiple emails and my name.

I am facing a troubling situation with an individual on Facebook named Pernial. This individual, although not a woman and identified as Parmal Kashyap, is attempting to blackmail me without a clear reason. During a video call on Messenger, a woman appeared naked and coerced me into inappropriate actions, which they recorded. Now, they are threatening to send the video to my family and friends unless I comply with their demands. I am distressed as this could harm my five children unless I receive immediate assistance. I have evidence of the conversation and the person responsible for the blackmail. Your prompt help is crucial in resolving this distressing predicament.

It is crucial for me to update my job status as a private Nanny to proceed with my SSI benefits application. Initially, I had set up the account for my daughter to receive funding for training her almost 2-year-old black Standard Poodle named Bella when she was just a puppy. I originally lived in Saint Louis, MO, then moved to Greenville, NC, and now we are in North Little Rock, AR. My name is Giana Troutman, and my daughter, EJ, is autistic. I've been receiving text messages from facebook prompting me to click a link to change my password, although I haven't requested this change. Additionally, I have been attempting to update my email address and information, but I'm consistently encountering an error message claiming my email is invalid, which is not the case. I am receiving text messages from Facebook asking me to change my password, despite not initiating this request. I attempted to update my email address, but an error message keeps appearing, stating that my email address is invalid, although it is correct. I suspect someone is trying to access my account. I recently purchased a Facebook ad from a company named "devotep." I am now experiencing difficulties with the product not matching the advertised item. I have attempted to resolve this with the company to no avail. I am concerned about the prevalence of such companies scamming American consumers and wonder how these practices are allowed to continue unchecked. It is disheartening that these Chinese companies can evade American consumer protection laws without consequence. I hope that Facebook will take action to address these misleading advertisements and subpar products. A while back, I accidentally created a second Facebook account due to my original account being linked to an inactive email. At that time, I didn't know how to update the email in settings, so I opted to keep using my original account despite the inactive email. Now, I wish to update the email on my active Facebook account (remove the inactive one and add my current email), but I am unable to do so as it's linked to the email of the unused account. How can I gain access to the dormant account, remove the reference to my current email, and link the correct email to my primary Facebook account?

I have forgotten my password due to my epilepsy and memory issues. It is crucial for me to regain access to my Facebook account because there are important messages on Messenger related to a family bereavement.
