I am writing to express my concern over the ease with which someone accessed my Facebook account. While dating a man I met on Instagram named Daniel Doolin, things took a negative turn when he requested money from me. He even went as far as altering a photo of me and threatening to post it online unless I paid him over $1,[redacted]. It has been a distressing experience, but I have since created a new Facebook account without any personal photos. I want others to be cautious of Daniel Doolin and avoid accepting any friend requests from him. Thank you, Alice Newcomb.

Hi there, I received an email on Wednesday, October 24th at an early hour in Australia, QLD time, informing me that my account has been disabled due to suspicious activity. I was surprised by this as I wasn't notified beforehand or given any details about the activity in question. I reached out to your help desk via message but haven't received a response for three days now. I even sent a photo of myself as requested by Facebook, but I haven't heard anything back yet. This is causing concern as Facebook is my main form of communication with family and friends. Some have reached out to me through other means wondering what's going on, and I'm unable to update them. I kindly ask for an update and for this issue to be resolved quickly so I can inform my contacts and resume using Facebook. Thank you, Susanne R. +61(0)[redacted]2

I am reaching out on behalf of my friend who is experiencing issues with her hacked account. She has been receiving concerning calls and when we attempted to flag the account on Facebook, we found that it was not accessible. Despite the message stating that she was impersonating someone else, the reality is that there has been an attempt to steal her identity. Her name is Gloria M Hall, and her contact number is [redacted]. Her email address is [redacted] I am assisting her as she is not proficient with computers but wanted to ensure this important information was brought to your attention. Thank you.

While researching for my husband's visa application, I discovered helpful Facebook pages dedicated to the process. Upon joining Facebook under my married name, I encountered an issue where I got blocked from using the messenger app. Despite numerous requests for a security code, I never received one. This has led to my husband being unable to see me on messenger, and our shared messages have vanished. These messages were crucial evidence for our visa application. I am distressed by this situation and am seeking assistance from Facebook to recover my messenger account or the messages between my husband and me.

Hello, a few months back, my Facebook account got hacked after I opened a message in messenger and promptly exited. The next day, my friends informed me of receiving strange messages, confirming the hack. When I tried logging in, I couldn't access it as the number linked to the account had been changed. My account is registered with my middle and marital names, making it difficult to provide identification. Despite attempting the photo submission with a handwritten code, I didn't receive any response. I'm seeking assistance to regain access, as the security feature of identifying friends is not appearing. Any guidance on recovering my account would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased a game from Joseph Kuciemba which is linked to a Facebook account he created solely for this game. I am unable to access the game, Game of Thrones, as it requires logging in through this particular Facebook account that I used only once before Joseph either changed the password or deactivated the account. Although Joseph claims it was hacked and not by him, he is unwilling to reset the password for me to regain access. I paid $[redacted] USD and made additional in-game purchases totaling hundreds of dollars. As I don't have his phone number or access to the email linked to the fake Facebook account, I can't reset the password or reactivate the account. I've reached out to the game developers, Warner Bros., for assistance, but haven't received a response. I made the payment through PayPal Credit. The email associated with the Facebook account is [redacted] I'm uncertain whether it was hacked or if Joseph changed the password. I've invested about a thousand dollars in this game and need help resolving this issue.

I'm locked out of my Facebook account and have been unsuccessful in recovering it so far. The account holds important evidence for a legal issue I'm dealing with. I've tried multiple times to contact Facebook through email and live chat to no success. Unfortunately, the recovery email linked to the account is no longer accessible. You can contact me at [redacted] or reach me at [redacted].

Dear Sir/Madam, I hope you are well. I've been using the email id mentioned below for the last 10 years. I recently discovered that it's now being used by someone named 'Evana Omar' since October 24, [redacted]. I am quite surprised and concerned about this situation. It seems that she has wrongfully taken over my account, even changing my password, leaving me locked out of my own account. The details associated with the account remain the same, with my friends and personal information still attached. I've attached some screenshots to show that the account belongs to me, an Indian citizen, as the information within reflects Indian culture. Evana Omar does not match this description. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. If not, I may need to take legal action to reclaim my account. You can reach me at [redacted] or +[redacted]20. The Rediff mail id in question is [redacted], and the Facebook id linked to it is [redacted] Thank you for your attention to this issue. Warm regards, P.G.

I recently lost access to my account registered under the name "Muhammad Furqan." There was an inactive Facebook content page named "Cricket Pakistan" associated with this account, which I had not used since around [redacted]. I acknowledge that some of the content posted on this page infringed upon Facebook's intellectual property rights and was consequently removed. As a result of this, my personal account has been disabled by Facebook. I realize my mistake and am willing to rectify it. The email linked to my original Facebook account was also inactive, causing me to miss any warnings from the platform. I apologize for my actions that infringed upon community guidelines and would like to formally request the reactivation of my account. I deeply regret any inconvenience caused and am eager to rejoin the Facebook community. This account holds sentimental value for me, aside from other considerations. I would appreciate guidance on the steps I need to take to regain access. I am looking forward to a prompt response from your team. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I had been using a specific number to log in to my Facebook account but lost access to it recently. Despite this, I continued using Facebook without any issues until I unknowingly clicked on a suspicious link sent by a friend. This led to my account being blocked. When attempting to log back in, Facebook kept sending an OTP to the lost number now assigned to someone else. I reached out to the new number holder for assistance with the code, but they declined to help. Unfortunately, my Instagram account is also connected to the same inaccessible number, leaving me unable to use both platforms. I am looking for a solution to recover my Facebook account that doesn't involve receiving a verification code. Any alternative methods or assistance in contacting Facebook customer support would be greatly appreciated.

In [redacted], I created my Facebook account, which I have actively used since then. Additionally, I have a work-related account that has been inactive since [redacted]/[redacted]. On a recent Friday night, October 19, [redacted], I was unexpectedly logged out from my iPhone with a "session expired" message. Due to exhaustion, I made login mistakes because I was in a different country, leading me to unintentionally create a new Facebook account in an attempt to seek help from friends to recover my original account. After changing the password for my primary email associated with the account, I continued to face difficulties logging back in upon returning to my home country on October 22. Despite reaching out for assistance, I have been unsuccessful in regaining access. I have now submitted various forms of identification, including a copy of a UK visa with my photo and date of birth, which were not accepted. As a self-proclaimed technophobe with limited technical skills, I am anxious about potentially losing access to thousands of photos on my account. I hope for a solution to recover my account and retrieve my cherished memories. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I have been using my Facebook account for about 8 years, mostly accessed via my cell phone's web browser with the recognizable blue "F" icon. Recently, some friends informed me about a video being sent from my account, which I didn't share. Oddly, my login credentials no longer work, and the system auto-fills an old email address I no longer use. I can't access this email to reset my password. Attempting to create a new account on my iPhone also defaults to this outdated email, preventing me from starting afresh. I prefer to recover my old account as it holds all my connections and cherished photos. I am identified as Mandy Wysocki, although my full name is Amanda Wysocki, with two daughters named Derian and Demi. My profile may list my previous job as Mercer Co. BOE, and my birthday is on March 25, [redacted]. My most frequent message recipient was my mother, Patty Stewart.

I'm Donna Emmons Morris, a resident of Australia with a property in the US. I entrusted friends with fixing my house post a messy renter exit but they worsened the situation. Despite specific instructions to clean, paint, and carpet steam, no written contract was involved. Tasks were incomplete and others wrongly executed. The stove was cleaned but not the oven, outer fridge cleaned but not inside, carpet ripped due to dog urine, and the flooring stained inappropriately leading me to buy more carpet. Carpets in two rooms were mistakenly laid. Painting was shoddy with wood paneling left messy. Plumbing work led to a flooded bathroom and kitchen ceiling collapse. Photos show the poor work done. Refusing to pay $[redacted], Ken threatened to place a $[redacted] lien on my property. He shared photos and personal details on Facebook, tarnishing my and my partner's reputation. Seeking to resolve this, I'm reaching out for advice and support.

I have forgotten my Facebook password linked to my email address: [redacted] When I tried to reset it, I received the first SMS code for changing the password. After updating the password, I needed to complete the two-factor authentication, for which Facebook was supposed to send another SMS code. Unfortunately, I never received the second code. Following Facebook's instructions, I took a picture holding a handwritten code they provided. It has been three days, and I have not received any response. The term "Will respond shortly" does not align with my experience of waiting for three days without resolution from Facebook.

I believe there have been two unauthorized payments made from my MasterCard to Facebook on 25/10/[redacted]. The payment references are DKPU5HEE22 for £20 and NFQQNGJE22 for £40. It seems that my credit card details have been compromised. I have already informed my credit card company and they have cancelled the card. Their fraud department recommended that I report this to you for further investigation. I am worried about the safety of my personal and business Facebook accounts. Please look into this matter urgently and provide me with a response via email. Thank you, Suzi.

I've recently been blocked from posting on Facebook due to a photo that was flagged for not following community guidelines. After carefully reviewing the guidelines myself, I firmly believe that my post did not violate any rules. It's possible that someone I know reported the post out of spite, as it was innocently shared in my joke album. I later received another block (3 days) for attempting to explain to someone why I had been blocked the first time. This explanation was simply part of a conversation and was not intended to be offensive. I've been an active Facebook user for 9 years, and this is the first time such an issue has arisen, leaving me uncertain about what content is permissible on the platform. I would appreciate a review of the situation to gain clarity on the matter.

I am feeling overwhelmed by the number of ads for lost dogs and cats that are flooding my feed. In the past, I could easily block posts from friends and family sharing these from other states across the country. I prefer not to adopt animals from out of state as there are already so many in need in my own state. Unfortunately, I had to block a relative from New York due to the frequency of their posts, adding to the daily influx. Previously, there were options to block or choose not to receive such posts, but these seem ineffective now, making it time-consuming to manage. The constant barrage is starting to feel like torture, with no end in sight. It's becoming exhausting to deal with this daily. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly, as others seem to be experiencing the same frustration.

I recently set up an account for my online business and connected it to my Facebook account using my business email, [redacted] After setting up two-factor authentication with my mobile number, I am having trouble logging into my Facebook account. This issue has also disconnected my linked business accounts, including my website. I use the mobile number +[redacted]35 for verification. I need access to my account to add products to my shop on Facebook and run ad campaigns. My Facebook page, "Amvaal Be Unique," is associated with this account, and I cannot recreate it with the same name without regaining access. The system requests mobile number verification, but it does not accept my valid number. I would appreciate prompt assistance in resolving this problem. Thank you for your attention to this matter in advance.

Facebook has a policy against the sale of animals, yet they allow the sale of corals. Corals are animals and are at risk due to overharvesting for the aquarium industry, which is harming coral reefs globally. Some hobbyists are using Facebook for raffles and direct sales, contributing to the problem. Many countries like the USA, Australia, and the Pacific Rim have banned coral harvesting, but black market trades are still happening on Facebook. If Facebook doesn't intervene, it could contribute to the devastation of coral reefs worldwide. It's crucial for Facebook to address this issue and take appropriate action to protect our coral reefs.

I recently set up a Facebook account for my online business using my business email *****@***.com. After adding a two-factor authentication with my mobile number, I have been unable to log in to my Facebook account. This has also led to disconnection from all my linked business accounts, including my website. I need access to add products to my shop page and run ad campaigns. My brand's Facebook page, Amvaal Be Unique, is linked to this account, and I am unable to create a new one with the same name due to this issue. Despite entering my correct mobile number, the system prompts me to enter a valid number during the verification process. I kindly request urgent assistance to resolve this matter. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
