I have been unable to access my Facebook account and business page for over two days now. Two days ago, when I tried to log in, it wouldn't accept my password, even though I was sure it was correct. I needed to post wedding photos I had taken recently, but despite changing my password and receiving a code on my phone that worked, I still couldn't log in. Despite getting emails confirming the password change, I continued to face the issue. I tried changing my password multiple times, but the problem persisted. I attempted resetting my phone and reloading the Facebook app, but the SMS codes weren't being sent anymore, even though it claimed they were. I even went through the process of taking a photo of myself with a written code and sending it to Facebook over a day ago, but I still haven't regained access. I urgently need to get back into my account as I have clients waiting for their photos. Can someone please assist me?

I am a federal firearms license holder operating a physical store. I encountered an issue where my business page and personal page were blocked on Facebook after what I believed to be a regular post. I have noticed similar businesses advertising without any problems, but I remain blocked. I have attempted reaching out to Facebook through multiple emails, yet I have not received any responses. Effective communication is essential for resolving this matter, and I hope to establish a proper business page without further interruptions. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Javonte Hinds, and my Facebook name is King Vonte. I am currently facing an issue where Facebook has mistakenly blocked me for 30 days. Someone who is upset with me personally keeps spamming everything I post. The video I shared was harmless, featuring two comedians, but this person reported it. This situation is escalating, and it's distressing because Facebook is my primary means of staying in touch with my family. My aunt, who is battling cancer in Atlanta, relies on Facebook for communication as well. I've blocked the individual, but they are creating fake accounts to continue this behavior. I'm hoping Facebook can reconsider the 30-day block as I'm not at fault here. Resolving this matter would mean a lot to me.

I have a physical federal firearm license business and attempted to create a Facebook page for it. I followed the practices of similar businesses in the area by posting items but ended up blocked. My business page and personal page were both blocked without any prior notice or information from Facebook. I am seeking guidance on how to rectify this issue, set up a compliant page, and understand why other businesses can conduct similar postings without repercussions. Direct communication with Facebook is crucial, yet the lack of phone support poses a challenge. I looked for a live chat option on Facebook, but it was not available. I hope to have my personal accounts reactivated and establish communication with Facebook to create a page that aligns with their policies, ensuring fairness among all businesses in the area.

We are dealing with a hacked business page situation. Offensive posts are appearing that we did not create, and unknown individuals became admins. Although we removed them and changed the password, they regained access, even changing our admin status. The offensive posts persist, and we are unable to take action. Despite efforts to prove our ownership, we were informed we cannot freeze the account, causing frustration. The continuous offensive content on Facebook is distressing, impacting our customer base. It is essential to halt all posts temporarily until this issue is resolved. Our ability to serve our clients through Facebook is compromised, urging them to use alternative contacts. We are awaiting guidance on the verification process timeline. Urgent assistance is requested in resolving this matter promptly.

On October 23rd, I received a notification about verifying my account. It has been two days, and my account is still locked. I created a new Facebook account, and today it got locked too. I need my Facebook back urgently as I had plans to meet someone from a site through the platform today. Due to the lockout, I cannot message the person as I forgot her name. My photos and important information are on Facebook, and it's also linked to my Spotify account, restricting my access there too. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you.

My friend's Facebook account, belonging to Skyelaar McDonald, was disabled suddenly. She lost her mother two years ago and cherished the photos and memories shared on Facebook. With no siblings and an uncommunicative father, her mom meant everything to her. Facebook was her link to those cherished memories. Despite unknowingly violating guidelines, she's desperate to regain access. These memories are irreplaceable to her. Please, review Skyelaar McDonald's case and grant her access. She understands the rules but is unsure of her mistake. She's isolated without her mom or support. Let her retrieve the account to hold onto these precious memories of her mom. Skyelaar McDonald is a hardworking, caring individual who relies on these memories. Please reconsider this decision for her sake.

I recently had my iPhone X replaced by Apple because of hardware problems. However, when I tried to log in to my Messenger app on the new device, I encountered an issue where it wouldn't accept titles in my name or a period, despite using them before switching phones. As I use this account for police work, I am now unable to sign in and have been prompted to verify my identity through photo submission. Despite sending photos multiple times over a week, I have yet to regain access. I am seeking assistance on how to recover my account and would appreciate Facebook verifying that I am the rightful account owner.

I recently came across an advertisement on Facebook from a company named Nanablanket promoting beautiful quilt-type blankets. Intrigued, I visited their website, which featured a wide variety of blankets. Considering that the website did not seem suspicious, I placed an order for one of the blankets. Upon confirmation of my order, I eagerly awaited its shipment. After checking my order status, I was informed that it had been sent to the warehouse and that a shipping notification would follow. However, when I revisited the website, it had disappeared from the internet, and my attempts to contact them via email were unsuccessful. It appears that the entire operation was a scam targeting Facebook users. While I have made successful purchases on Facebook before, this experience has made me apprehensive. Unfortunately, I lost $69.90 to this fraudulent scheme, reinforcing the importance of caution when making purchases on social media platforms.

Please delete the Facebook account associated with the phone number [redacted] for K. B. (No profile picture). I have not had this phone number since July [redacted]. I have not used this Facebook account since [redacted] when Facebook was new to me. I've since created a new Facebook account (K. W. Berres), which I deactivated over the weekend due to privacy concerns and recent local account hacking incidents. I do not remember the password for the K. B. account and no longer have the computer used to create it. My current email is [redacted]. I might reactivate the K. W. Berres account later, but it's unnecessary to keep the K. B. account on FB associated with the old phone number. Thank you!

Last night, while posting a prayer on my Facebook page and sending it as a message to my church family, brother, and friends, I received a message to reset my password. Despite typing in the code from the email received, it was deemed incorrect. I did not initiate a password change nor was I engaging in any suspicious activity. I have a history with Cricket starting in [redacted] or [redacted], briefly switching to MetroPCS, and returning to Cricket on 3/09/17. I encountered password issues since the store changed my original password due to an account error. I seek assistance in retrieving my old password and restoring my original account with all my friends. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have just created a Facebook account to stay connected with friends. I hoped to use it to sell personal items like furniture and electronics, but I can't seem to find Marketplace on my home page. Additionally, I wanted to create a page to offer a digital conversion service for turning slides into MPEG images. It seems these features are still being updated. Could you please let me know when these changes will be completed so I can start selling items and setting up my service page? Thank you.

My accounts have been locked after notifying my Facebook friends about cleaning up my profile. Despite my intentions, Facebook detected suspicious activity. I've used the account for many years, but now I'm requesting the removal of all data associated with the email [redacted] I want control over my information as I intended, and if Facebook restricts that, they do not have my consent to hold onto any details linked to the mentioned email. This lack of control is why many users are abandoning Facebook.

I am an employee at a Licensed Recreational and Medical Marijuana Dispensary. Recently, someone in my small town has been reporting my promotional posts on social media. Initially, I was blocked for a few days, then for 30 days, leading me to stop reposting on their local group. Despite this, I was blocked for 30 days again last week. After requesting a review from Facebook, they apologized for the error, confirming my posts complied with community guidelines. I post on the dispensary's business account, not my personal one. However, my account remains blocked. Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I wanted to share a concerning incident for your assistance. A friend I know online faced issues with someone using a fake account to target their FB friends with inappropriate images. Shockingly, I expressed my sympathy, only to become a victim of the same harassers. Seeking utmost security, I have deactivated my account and request complete erasure of any of my identifiable information. Also, kindly check for any search history concerning attempts to locate me via email, phone, or name to prevent future incidents promptly. Details: Name: C.F. (Che Che or Che Ces) Emails: [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] (primary emails); [redacted] (potential secondary email used before account closure)

Hello, my name is Marianna Nicole Rodriguezz. I recently noticed some suspicious activity on my Facebook account, where a Samsung phone was accessing it and changing my password without my knowledge. I tried to reset the password multiple times, but kept encountering errors. I am worried about the security of my account, especially since I have personal photos on there, including ones of my son. I need assistance from Facebook to regain access to my account and address this issue. Thank you for your help.

I recently got a new cell phone and when I tried to log into Facebook, it kept saying my password was incorrect. I use the same password for most of my accounts to avoid forgetting it. I attempted to reset the password by clicking on "Forgot Password." However, when I entered my account or phone number, it brought up a different Facebook account under the same Gmail, which did not have my profile picture. The old Facebook account I've been using for four years has my picture. When trying to change the password using a security code provided, it didn't work. I also tried searching for my full name, but a list of people with the same name came up without my picture. After repeatedly trying the security code, I got accused of impersonation and now my Facebook account is locked. I've been unable to reach anyone through Facebook's phone number. I use the same Gmail for all my accounts, making it easier to remember.

I recently tried to complete setting up my Facebook account when I got a notification from Facebook requesting identity verification through a photo of myself. Surprisingly, I had set a sunrise picture as my profile photo. As a first-time Facebook user, I am unsure what mistake I made. Kindly guide me on how to restore access to my account. I can be reached at [redacted] for further assistance. Thank you, J.Y.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I attempted to log in from a different device and got locked out because I forgot my password. Even when I tried again on my phone, I remain locked out. I have also moved states and didn't try logging in from my iPad before leaving Texas. Now, it won't let me log in from an unknown browser. Despite receiving several codes and providing government identification, I am still unable to access my original account. When I signed up for a new account using the same phone number, it seems like my old account got deleted and the number transferred to the new one. I have since deleted the new account but am desperate to regain access to my original one. I have not been receiving the generator code on my phone for over a month. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Dear support team, I am reaching out as Shane Bonney to address the situation regarding the potential removal of my fan page. Recently, I received an email stating that the page violated certain rules and was at risk of deletion. I want to clarify that I am not the primary manager of the page and usually delegate posting responsibilities to an editor. While I understand the importance of complying with the rules, I believe there may have been a misunderstanding. I take responsibility as the admin/creator and am willing to ensure stricter monitoring in the future to align with Facebook's principles. This page holds sentimental value to me after being active for 9 years, and I sincerely hope for a chance to rectify the situation. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
