I am inquiring about why my account has been disabled on Facebook. I have tried to request an explanation through the platform, but the responses I received were in a confusing computer language that I do not understand as I am not very tech-savvy. I would greatly appreciate it if you could send me an email explaining the reasons for the disablement in a more accessible manner. To my knowledge, I have not violated any of Facebook's rules or regulations. I have never posted inappropriate content, political views, or sent any inappropriate messages to others. My posts mostly consist of personal pictures and videos from my time in Hawaii, life quotes, and music videos from Facebook. I kindly request for my Facebook account to be reactivated. Thank you. I am attempting to create a second account for educational and business purposes using my educational email. Initially, creating the account was smooth; however, now I am encountering an issue. When I attempt to log in, I receive a prompt requesting me to upload a photo of myself to verify my identity. Despite numerous attempts with various photo formats and internet browsers, I am unable to proceed. I have been using Facebook for over 5 years without any issues. However, for the past month, I have not been receiving any push notifications on my iPhone 6s. Despite having all the necessary settings enabled, notifications are not coming through when someone interacts with my posts or mentions me. Even event and birthday notifications are not showing up. I have tried troubleshooting by updating the app, checking settings, and reinstalling multiple times to no avail. Interestingly, push notifications work fine on my device when I use a different account. Could there be a specific issue with my account causing this problem? I'm frustrated and seeking assistance to resolve this notification glitch.

I am in need of assistance with my Facebook account on Android. I lost access to my first account with a picture of my niece, and now I have a second account with a different image of her. My account was disabled without warning, and I am unsure why since I have not violated any rules. This occurred around the same time as news broke about hacked accounts. I submitted my ID to the help center but received a vague response about breaking rules. Despite my attempts to clarify, I have not received further information. I am frustrated by this situation, especially knowing someone who regularly breaks rules but only receives temporary bans. I have lost access to important photos and events. Contacting Facebook has been fruitless, and I feel unjustly punished for something I did not do. Please assist me with this issue.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. The email and phone number attached to it are old and inaccessible. I have a new email, [redacted] I recently deactivated my son's old Facebook account linked to this email. My current active account is under the name KaThee anNe. I changed my password due to a suspicious sign-in attempt from New York, NY, but forgot it. I want to reset my account using my new phone number [redacted] and the good email mentioned. I also tried to open a new account under my maiden name, Kathy Rini, which was blocked by security. Tomorrow is my birthday, and I would appreciate help reactivating my main account to respond to well wishes. Kindly link my good email to my Kathee Anne account and update my phone number. As a disabled American, Facebook is vital for staying in touch with loved ones. I make sure to comply with community standards, but it feels like there's inconsistency in enforcement. Being singled out without clear reasons is unsettling. Are my posts treated differently due to my skin color or name? We should all share opinions freely without fear of unfair consequences. Not knowing which post prompted action is frustrating. The increased scrutiny is hindering my ability to connect with family and friends, adding to my stress and depression.

Hello, I have been experiencing difficulties in creating a new photo album on the EstDocs Facebook page. Despite clearing my cache, trying different browsers, and using another computer, I cannot add photographs to a new album successfully. When attempting to create a new album, it disappears into the background, reappearing only after refreshing the page, yet photos cannot be added. I recently discovered a serious error on my part that led to the deletion of my peaceful Instagram account due to a misunderstanding. In short, I mistakenly reported my own account. Instead of listing the account that was impersonating me, I entered my own account name. I desperately need assistance in restoring my account as it contained valuable contacts, documents, and irreplaceable memories. With over a thousand followers and friends, rebuilding my network will be challenging. My account was @gellermannn and was linked to Facebook. I am reaching out on behalf of a Facebook user, Jill McCluskey. She is the mother of a University of Utah student who was tragically murdered recently. I came across a troubling and offensive comment on a post she shared on Feb 12. There is a comment from a user named "Apple Washington" that reads: "Glad this person is gone. Once you embrace diversity, you appreciate it forever." Jill McCluskey's daughter was just horrifically murdered by her ex-boyfriend, who is African American - and it is disheartening to see such a disrespectful comment meant to upset a grieving parent. I hope that she has not seen this yet, and I kindly request that this comment be removed before she comes across it herself. Hi there, my name is Josh Jumper. Recently, I've been unable to access my account without any explanation from your end. While I was casually browsing through my page last night, a message popped up stating there was "unusual activity" on my account, and requested a photo for verification purposes. Despite feeling frustrated as I believe I haven't violated any rules, I complied and sent the photo. Regrettably, my account remains inaccessible. I had to create a new account after deleting the old one a few days ago. This situation is distressing as I have numerous friends on Facebook whom I solely communicate with through the platform, and now I'm unable to do so. My 87-year-old mother has dementia. Facebook and pictures are the only things on her phone she can still enjoy. The Apple store reset her iPhone to factory settings today to fix it. I've reinstalled Facebook, but we don't know her password, and she can't remember it. Trying "Forgot Password" prompts sending a link to her email address, which we don't have access to. I operate a Medical Surgery, and unfortunately, my Facebook and Instagram accounts have been compromised by a blackmailer. As a result, my emails are also being monitored. This breach poses serious threats to the privacy of my patients, myself, and my overall well-being. Given the criminal nature of blackmail, I have involved the Police in this matter. I recently contacted Facebook for assistance and provided copies of my identification to resolve an issue. Even after changing my password, someone is still using my account, as evidenced by repeated insufficient funds notifications on my phone. I am frustrated that the pre-written form on Facebook's contact page does not allow me to explain my situation in detail. I urge Facebook to take action against the hacker accessing my account. Despite my attempts to secure my account, the notifications persist, and I find it concerning. I have the expertise to set a trap on the account to catch the individual behind this intrusion.
