Is more than * weeks that I have the account “frozen” not “disable” I cannot go trough the steps because the steps always blocking on the first page, on the second, etc. I can change password but nothing I receive the same screen , still I cannot access. I tried different browser, computer, devices and nothing changes is IMPOSSIBLE to press the button CONTINUE and I’m not the only one. I have important things inside that I cannot manage or answer anymore! How is possible that there isn’t a real support for this? This is a GLITCH in the system, totally unprofessional and there is no reason to check the help section because is not written nothing about that. The account is “federico.solimeno**”
