I seem to be facing an issue with Instagram mistakenly assuming that I am under 13 years old when I am actually 74. Despite managing to delete my other social media accounts successfully, Instagram is requiring me to provide personal information photos to verify my age, which I am hesitant to do. I simply want to delete my account without going through this process. Any suggestions before I resort to contacting my senators, congressman, and the FCC? I appreciate any guidance you can offer.

I recently deleted my Facebook account due to multiple hacking incidents, but someone has reopened it without my permission. I have changed my account names several times to try to resolve this issue but keep receiving notifications and friend requests. My original names were Denver Thurman, Clarence Thurman, and Denny Jackson. My email is [redacted] I have just become aware that Facebook does not allow sex offenders on the platform, and I have a conviction from nearly 20 years ago. I kindly request that the account be completely deactivated. The hacker is causing significant trouble for me, so I urgently seek your assistance. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Stephen Dillon from Canberra, ACT, Australia. My wife, Danielle Dillon, experienced a Facebook app crash on her iPhone that resulted in her being logged out. Her Facebook login details are linked to an old Hotmail account, which seems to have been deleted by Microsoft due to inactivity. This has caused us frustration as we are unable to access her Facebook account, which contains precious pictures and videos of our daughter. We are seeking assistance to regain access by answering authorization questions linked to her current email address, [redacted], and updating her login details. Your prompt support in this matter is greatly appreciated as she is unable to use Facebook Messenger to communicate. We kindly request direct contact information for quicker resolution. Thank you for your help in relieving this stressful situation. Kindest regards, Stephen Dillon.

Due to an unexpected issue, I was prompted to log back into Facebook. Unfortunately, my cell phone, which I previously used to receive the 6-digit code for password resetting, was recently stolen ([redacted]). The email associated with my account is [redacted], despite the system indicating it's incorrect. Additionally, the alternate phone number linked to my account is no longer active. I've switched to using an Alcatel A30 Pad and would like to update my phone number with [redacted] as the new alternate contact. I am eager to regain access to my account, especially since I've been a Beta Tester for over a year now. I appreciate the strides Facebook has made in its improvements, and I always share my positive experiences with my friends on Facebook and Messenger. Thank you for your assistance.

I have been unable to access my Facebook account for over a week. Currently recovering from breast cancer surgery at Dana Farber in Boston, MA, having access to my Facebook community is crucial for me. Due to an issue on my computer, several of my subscription services were wiped out. My son attempted to assist me, sending a photo for verification, but now my account is disabled. Even after setting up a new password, my original account with the hotmail address from 8 years ago seems to have been replaced by a new one. I really need my old account back to connect with my friends during this difficult time. Please reach out to me at [redacted] I would greatly appreciate chatting with a support representative as I am in need of assistance urgently.

Hello, I have been experiencing issues with Facebook for the past week. Since the last update, the section on the mobile app where you can log out, access pages, and view events is not loading properly. I have had to restart my phone multiple times to be able to log out successfully. Yesterday, even after multiple restarts, I couldn't resolve the issue, so I uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, and now I am stuck. The app keeps prompting me that an SMS with a login code will be sent shortly, but I haven't received anything in the last 24 hours despite resending multiple times. I rely on Facebook to manage a page, and I urgently need access. Unfortunately, I can't log in from a computer due to recent technical difficulties with my laptop. I keep getting prompted for a code that I'm not receiving. This situation is very frustrating. I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this matter. Thank you, Marina

My Facebook account was disabled recently. Despite reading Facebook's policies meticulously, my account was banned under the "Prohibited Content" section for "third party infringement," specifically related to a non-trademarked hat in a video. While I tried to modify the video to comply, I acknowledge it wasn't sufficient. I promptly removed all videos from my pages but my account was still shut down. I have been a dedicated advertiser on Facebook for years, investing significantly in ads for my businesses. I value the platform greatly and never intended to breach any rules. I have a deep understanding of the guidelines and am committed to adhering to them. Losing access to Facebook would impede my goals of helping others worldwide. I sincerely apologize for the oversight and assure you that I will not repeat this mistake. I kindly request another chance to advertise. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am encountering an issue with another account ([redacted]). Access to the account is restricted, seemingly blocked, and when attempting to request an unblock through the provided link, it states the account is not blocked. The issue detailed on the unblock request page is as follows: Our account "HR Department" was likely blocked due to reported incorrect personal data. This account is utilized by multiple individuals in our company and is not linked to a specific person. Is it feasible to regain access without providing personal data for one individual? Can we convert the account to a company type instead? We are willing to provide company information if needed. Replies can be directed to [redacted] Reacquiring access is crucial as this is the sole ADMIN ACCOUNT for our Facebook company page. If access recovery is impossible, could the connected page be hidden or blocked to prevent further issues? I have previously submitted this request twice via my personal account reporting a problem. Eagerly awaiting your prompt response. Best regards, P. Czarnecki

On the 03/10/[redacted], I received an SMS, and after that, my Facebook changed languages to Greek. I uninstalled it. Later, when I checked my files to uninstall Facebook, I discovered I have three accounts uninstalled. Thinking I activated the wrong one, I found it was mine but the old one. I reported the issue to Facebook hackers, but they keep referring to the one I activated. I have been hacked, but upon checking, the account I was hacked on is still active. I'm concerned about who is using it. To simplify the issue, I have five accounts and two email addresses, all under "Howard Sibisi," which are all mine. To resolve this, please activate the account that was active from 25/09/[redacted] to 01/10/[redacted], as on 03/10/[redacted], someone tried to hack my account. Delete all the old ones except for the new one I am using, "Howard Nhlonipho." If the account sitting on a table wearing a blue shirt is active and someone is using it, it must be a hacker. Please block it since I haven't used it since 03/10/[redacted] and am still struggling to log in.

Eight to nine days ago, I received an activity alert from Facebook asking about the identity of SMusic Joshi, who is the admin of the shilpajoshiofficial page. Initially, I didn't consider it important and responded casually. However, upon seeing the message stating they would review the documents submitted, I realized the significance and promptly emailed Facebook and submitted the required ID document. It's been over a week, and this issue has been affecting my Facebook page. If there is an issue with my account name, I am willing to make the necessary changes. Please assist me in regaining access to my account so I can manage my page effectively.

My account has been disabled. I am not, and never have been, racist. I don't believe in separated races; we are all the same species on this planet. I was being attacked by some individuals making racist remarks. It was disappointing to wake up and see that Facebook is supporting hateful messages. If you think I am harming anybody, please block me permanently because I hold myself to a higher standard. I don't need a community that uses mob mentality. I hope you won't find anything suggesting I am racist. Facebook has failed the community.

I am encountering issues with verifying my Facebook business account due to a photo upload verification request. Despite uploading a random photo, the verification process has been ongoing without any response. Consequently, my GoDaddy website is connected to this unverified account. I would like to delete this account as I have created a new FB business account directly through GoDaddy. However, the original unverified account is causing complications, preventing me from linking my website address to the new account. The system claims the web address is unavailable. I need the original account removed so I can correctly link my information. The website associated with the unverified account is bloomatblossom.com. Thank you for any help you can provide.

On October 15, [redacted], Facebook restricted my account due to an alleged violation of community standards. I want to clarify that while I understand their concerns, I am not a racist; my aim was to critique racism. I used political satire and sarcasm to make a point, but it seems I may have been misunderstood. I acknowledge the need to learn from this incident, yet I have important responsibilities tied to my Facebook groups and pages. I have requested that Facebook treat my account fairly like others and lift the restrictions placed on it. I appreciate any help you can provide. Despite consulting the FAQ and community help forums with no luck, reaching out to Facebook directly has proven difficult. Thank you for your time and support.

Recently, my Facebook account got suspended after a concerning interaction with an anonymous user. The user made threatening comments like "I'm gonna come find you" and even shared my location on a map. I stood my ground against these threats in my responses. However, when I checked later, all of the other party's threatening remarks had mysteriously disappeared. Surprisingly, my account got suspended shortly after, citing one of my non-threatening comments as the reason. It's baffling and suspicious. I am seeking clarity on this issue. Thank you.

My 10-year-old son experienced a distressing incident during a football game that escalated into an online attack. Despite his improper reaction, he was provoked by name-calling, spitting, and physical assault from the opposing team. An individual named Slimm Slimz on Facebook misleadingly filmed and edited a video portraying my son in a negative light and falsely accusing us of racism. The video went viral with 42,[redacted] shares, leading to severe cyberbullying directed at my son and our family, including harmful labels and threats. This unwarranted attention has deeply impacted my son, causing him to fear attending school and express disturbing thoughts. Despite acknowledging my son's mistake and disciplining him, the continued circulation of the video has created a distressing situation for us. I plead for the immediate removal of this post and its widespread viewership to protect my son from further harm.

My name is Amanda Winfrey. I recently reported someone attempting to scam me for money. However, this individual has now hacked my account and changed the recovery email address. I followed the instructions in the help center, but the recovery email was misspelled. After correcting it to an older email account, Facebook stated there was no matching account. I have been emailing the Facebook support team, but they have not been helpful. They even blocked my husband's account, preventing me from accessing important photos, including those of my children. My Facebook account serves as a backup for these pictures. I am desperate to regain access to my account as these scammers are still targeting my family. I have been continuously reaching out for help, but I am unsure if my messages are going through. Please assist me.

We currently manage content and ads for [redacted] Facebook Business Pages for Realtors using Facebook Business Manager. Each Realtor has a separate ad account in the Business Manager to advertise their homes for sale to specific neighborhoods. We have been operating this way for over four years. However, our business account was suddenly prohibited from advertising over the weekend. Every admin we added to Business Manager was also locked out of their personal pages and asked to verify their identity. Facebook cited a violation of their Advertising Standards, but we are unsure of the specific policy breached. We have requested a review from Facebook but have not received a response yet. Our users are still locked out, and our ad accounts remain disabled. With a monthly advertising budget of $20,[redacted], this disruption affects our core service for clients, and we urgently need the account reinstated to fulfill our commitments.

My name is Amanda Winfrey. I recently reported someone attempting to scam me for money. Unfortunately, that person has since hacked my account and changed the recovery email. Despite following the instructions on the help center, it keeps redirecting to an older email that I typically use. I have tried contacting Facebook but they claim they can't find my account. Moreover, my husband's account has been blocked. I'm desperate to regain access to my account as it contains important photos, including those of my children which serve as a backup. I implore for assistance in stopping these scammers who are now targeting my family. I have ample evidence to prove my ownership of the account.
