On **.**.****, I called Paypal because I did not recognize to charges coming from FB. I simply as PP to let me know who the game merchant was or if it was something else. Sadly, Paypal took it upon themselves to disabled my PP * FB agreement. They said if I wanted to reinstate it, I must contact FB. I did not know that FB provided a listed all charges for my account, but I stumbled on it while trying to expedite the handling of this matter. It was then I realizef the * charges of *.** were indeed my charges, and I let PP know right away. The only other issue I am trying to resolve is with DD Productions. I had contacted them several months ago to cancel my reoccurring monthly payment to DD Productions, but I did not know they were continuing to bill me even as of **.**.**. I notified PP and also reached out to DD Production who are supposed to issue me a credit for the October charge (per rep: if they can figure out how to do it). PP said if DD Prod. does not credit me for Oct., they will issue a credit, and PP assured me that they have already stopped the reoccurring charge. **Can you please reinstate PP as my primary method of payment.**Thanks so much, *Sandi Allen *****@***.com***********
