I am currently attempting to link our business Instagram account, "dcandaux," with a Facebook page named D. Candaux, associated with a Facebook account under the name "The Creator of Time." Despite the deletion of a previous page named "d. Candaux," Instagram is still attempting to connect to it. I have verified the deletion of the old page from the profile. This connection is crucial for promoting content from the dcandaux Instagram account. Urgently, we need to ensure this link to facilitate promoting posts on Instagram alongside other social platforms where ads are active.

Subject: Issue with Facebook Ads Dear Facebook Team, We regret that our Facebook Ads have been disabled due to a violation of your Ads Policy. We acknowledge the importance of compliance and apologize for any oversight on our part. Our investment in Facebook Ads has been significant, with a substantial portion of our Web Shop traffic originating from Facebook and Instagram. Upon reviewing your Ads Policy, we identified potential issues within our recent campaigns. One concern relates to Low Quality or Disruptive Content, specifically in our "Akcija_listopad" campaign. The discrepancy may be attributed to differences between the ad content and the landing page, which provides users with instructions and contact details. Additionally, the pricing variation in the "Akcija50_listopad" campaign reflects discount offers requiring users to input a code during purchase. We sincerely apologize for any unintended policy violations and seek your understanding in this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Warm regards, Marija

My personal Facebook account was disabled at the end of September after a photo I posted of a Graux LSU bracelet was reported multiple times for trademark violation. Despite the photo being removed, my account was disabled a few days later. I have tried to reach out to Facebook through emails with no response. I didn't realize the bracelet infringed on a trademark as it was a generic one without any logos. I just want my account back as it holds years of memories, photos, and connections. I also assist customers on Facebook, which I can't do without my personal account. My current daily email is [redacted], but my Facebook account was set up with [redacted] I still have access to the Everestkc email and wish to use it to regain access to my account. Thank you for any assistance you can offer in helping me to reactivate my account.

Hello, I am concerned about inappropriate posts on Facebook and want to ensure I follow their guidelines correctly. I believe I have not shared any questionable content. I urge Facebook to shut down such accounts or block these users permanently. Contact me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted]. Please reply if you receive this message. Thank you, [Initials] Facebook is a great platform, and I appreciate it as a social media network. Thank you.

I shared a charity called Stop Soldier Suicide on Facebook, but the donate button isn't visible to everyone. I managed to find and donate $[redacted], and two friends who saw it also donated. Is there a way to make the donate button more prominent, perhaps overlaying it on the picture or placing it at the top to encourage donations? Currently, it lacks bolding and color, making it hard to locate. I wish to raise a substantial amount for this cause and selected it from Facebook's charity list. Please assist me in maximizing donations for this charity. The post has been set to public. Thank you for your help. -DJ

On October 13, [redacted], I contacted PayPal regarding unrecognized charges from Facebook. I asked PayPal to identify the game merchant or explain the charges. Unfortunately, PayPal disabled my PayPal to Facebook agreement. They advised me to contact Facebook to reinstate it. I was unaware that Facebook lists all charges on my account, but I found this information during the process. I discovered that the two $7.99 charges were legitimate and promptly informed PayPal. I am now addressing an issue with DD Productions. Despite contacting them months ago to cancel my monthly payment, I was still billed in October. I informed PayPal and contacted DD Productions. DD Productions should be issuing a credit for the October charge, per their representative. PayPal assured me they stopped the recurring charge and will provide a credit if DD Productions does not. I would like PayPal to be reinstated as my primary payment method. Thank you. Sandi A. [redacted] [redacted]

Hello, I'm currently using a laptop with Windows 10 installed. My account has been compromised multiple times. The account ID is kes 50 [redacted]1. Each time, my Facebook poker chips, totaling [redacted] million, are taken over, but Facebook restores them. I've made several attempts to resolve this issue, including clearing all data and cache from Google Chrome, changing passwords and emails. Despite enabling two-factor security and notifications on my Facebook account, I am not receiving any alerts about suspicious activity. I am very worried about this recurring problem of losing [redacted] million chips every time. It's frustrating and disheartening. I'm unsure what else to do besides continually reporting the issue to Facebook customer service.

I've noticed unusual activity on my Facebook Messenger account. Messages are being sent to my mother in the Philippines without my consent. I suspect my account has been hacked, possibly by my estranged husband, Erich Lee Miller, who I have a restraining order against. He owns the phone number [redacted]. This situation has been ongoing, and I am concerned that he may send messages to my friends and family. Please assist me in verifying the hacking of my account and help me address this issue. Time is of the essence. Please contact me urgently at [redacted] or email me at [redacted]. I require this as evidence to protect my privacy and identity. Thank you.

Hello, I had a Facebook account over 10 years ago under the email address: [redacted] I've since created a new account with a different email. However, my old account still appears when my name is searched on Facebook. I've tried to recover the old account, but I can't remember the password. I don't want to access the old account, I just want it completely removed from Facebook. I understand the need for verification to delete an account, but I no longer have access to the old email or phone number. I'm willing to try anything to delete the old account, even if it means verifying through a video call with Facebook to match the photos on the old account. I'm stuck and need help.

I am attempting to update my name on Facebook from MVDS to Ethical Shooting, however, I have received repeated denials citing a violation of community guidelines. I acknowledge the potential confusion this change may cause, but the current situation is already perplexing due to Facebook. Initially selecting the name MVDS for my page inadvertently led to overlap with another individual, also a photographer, using the same name. Consequently, when I direct individuals to my page, they are often led to the other account, causing confusion and uncertainty. It is puzzling that the platform did not notify me about the name duplication initially. I find myself in a challenging predicament and would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue.

A lady named Cynthia Geoda threatened me to send an iTunes Card; otherwise, she would publicly share my private pictures on Facebook and WhatsApp. I value my privacy and do not want unauthorized access to my personal photos. She accessed one such image through my phone and saved it to be misused. Urgently, I must address this issue before tonight. My name is T.J. Gokey. To confirm, please visit my Facebook profile to see a picture of my wife holding our granddaughter as my cover photo. I kindly request assistance in removing her from Facebook and preventing her from creating a new account. Thank you for your help in resolving this distressing situation.

Hello, my name is Jason Smith. I'm a Facebook user who was contacted by two hackers claiming to be United States soldiers. One by the name of Destiny Neal and the other as Sandra Jones Rivera. If Destiny is real, she might have been hacked as I was contacted by two people pretending to be her. Sandra was caught sending me photos she cropped when I mentioned involving law enforcement. They confessed to being hackers from South Africa, pretending to be women to scam men for iTunes cards. They used military photos and misled me on Hangouts. I've changed my passwords but need help investigating both individuals. Destiny even pretended to have a relationship with me. I hope to hear back soon and confirm if the person was real. Sincerely, Jason Smith.

Recently, I received a notification that I had won money from a Mr. Kelvin. After some communication, I was told the funds would arrive today. However, last night, I experienced difficulty accessing my Facebook account as my email had been changed. This has left me feeling stranded as Facebook is my sole means of connecting with my children who live in another state. The timing couldn't be worse, and now I am unable to reach out to them due to this issue. Prior to this, I never encountered any problems as I usually stayed logged into my phone for easy access. Feeling frustrated and worried, I am seeking assistance to resolve this predicament. Amidst all this, I am beginning to doubt if my supposed winnings were even legitimate. I am in urgent need of help to regain access to my account and reconnect with my children.

I recently received a report for breaching ethics on a friend's post that had an inside joke. I jokingly commented that all night people are "monsters," which upon reflection wasn't appropriate, though it was harmless. The context was misunderstood by the wider audience. I conduct a lot of buying and selling on Facebook, and being unable to message has impacted my livelihood. I apologize and hope for a warning rather than severe consequences. Appreciate your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Garrett.

I have an account created by my parents when I was younger. I didn't use my email back then, and Microsoft deleted it since I hadn't logged in for [redacted] days. They confirmed this in an email response. I need to change my password, but the only way is to remember it to access and recover the account, I only recall my old password. I attempted to recover my Facebook account a year ago but gave up. Now I'm trying to reach out for personal assistance, offering proof of identity through ID or a FaceTime call. If Facebook had customer support, I could provide them with the necessary verification to regain access to my account.

Earlier this year, a couple who lived near me were arrested for child abuse. The names seemed familiar, so I searched for them on Facebook and easily found both of their profiles. The mother's page, in particular, is not very private, making her photos and posts visible to anyone. There are numerous photos of the child involved in the crime, including the child's name, which I believe should not be public. Despite reporting the profile, as there is nothing technically offensive on it, I feel that more should be done to protect the victim's identity. The reporting options did not address this specific situation, and I hope that Facebook can take action to remove the profile.

My phone broke last week, and since then, I've been unable to access my Facebook account on either my laptop or new cell phone. The platform is asking for a code from the code generator on the Facebook app, which I cannot access due to my broken phone, or a code sent via SMS, which I have not yet received despite waiting for days. I've been a Facebook user for years and just want to regain access to my account, but I can't do so without this elusive code. I have access to both my linked phone number and email, so I'm puzzled as to why the code isn't being sent to me. I've attempted to reset my password several times, but it's all in vain without this necessary code. I'm reaching out for assistance as I have valuable connections and memories on my account that I don't want to lose by starting over.

My name is Nathan Franquero, and Facebook has informed me that I need to contact PayPal or my bank to rectify the limit on my disabled account. In a message dated October 6th, Facebook stated: "Hi Nathan, Thank you for reaching out to Facebook. It appears that you have instructed your payment provider to reject recent transactions. As a result, you are currently unable to send or receive money through Facebook. To re-enable payments on your account, kindly reach out to your payment provider, such as your bank or PayPal, to authorize the charges. Once we receive confirmation from your payment provider approving the charge, you will regain the ability to send and receive money on Facebook. Regards, Gabriel Risk Operations Analyst" I suspect that Facebook may have outdated payment information as I have used disabled credit/visa cards previously. I have only made one payment for Facebook ads using an old terminated visa card. I have already resolved any issues with PayPal and have been using them without problems. Should I provide updated banking details, such as the card I intend to use and my bank information? Please advise on the necessary steps to resolve this matter and I will follow your guidance for future transactions. Currently, both my ads manager and Business manager accounts are disabled, showing the message "Your payment account is disabled". Thank you for your assistance! Best regards, Saviortees

This is the second occasion where Facebook has locked me out of my account. The account is old, and I struggle to recognize all 6,[redacted] friends. Moreover, I no longer possess the cell phone number for verification. The account was first under the name Ciara Tory, then changed to Cyara Skye, and it is now under my legal name, Cherie Stevenson, which had always been listed as an alternative name. I attempted to modify the email, resulting in the account being locked. This issue did not occur previously, and I'm unsure why it is happening now. Kindly unlock the account. This time, I am considering deleting it. I am uncomfortable with my social information floating around online while I am unable to access it. Thank you.

My name is Paulette Marie Williams-Bailey and my Facebook account was hacked. Unauthorized debits were made on my account, and the hacker is using my profile to defraud people. I have already reported this to my bank. It seems that the hacker gained access to my account through a marketplace ad note and has been scamming local individuals in Alaska. Although I have disabled my account, they are still able to access other people's money using my profile. This needs to be addressed promptly for my safety and to protect others being defrauded. I will also be reaching out to the local police department in Wasilla, Alaska. A prompt phone call regarding this issue would be greatly appreciated.
