The issue in GetHuman1369652's own words
Facebook disabled my personal account toward the end of September. *I had posted a photo of a bracelet that had Graux LSU on it. It was a generic slide bracelet, which you can change out letters to say anything you want. *Someone clicked the "Report" button * times. I received a message that said the photo had been removed due to the report stating the image violated trade mark. *Since the message said they had removed the photo I didn't think there were any other steps I needed to take. *About * days later my account was disabled. *I have sent several emails, various ways to try to get my account back active. I have not gotten any response back from Facebook. *I absolutely had no intention of violating anyones trade mark. I am always very conscious of making sure I follow the rules as to what is acceptable when posting photos, Ads and posts on Facebook. Since the bracelet was generic, with generic letters and did not have Logos I didn't think or realize it was infringing on a Trade Mark. *After deeper research I found that LSU had Trade Marked the word GEAUX if in combination with their name. *I understand and am not trying to get the photo approved for posting, I only want my Personal Facebook page back active. I have years of memories, photos and posts there, as well as friends I stay in contact with. *As well I have customers that I help with their Facebook pages. Since my personal page has been disabled I can't assist them either. *The email address my personal Facebook account was set up with is *****@***.com which was my regular everyday email address at the time I created my account. That email address is still active, however I don't use it regularly now. My email I use daily now is *****@***.com . I only access the *****@***.com for things I did back before getting my gmail address. *Since I do still have access to the everestkc.net email and that is the email my facebook account is registered under I will enter it in the space for "How woud Facebook email you?".*If it is possible, could you pass both email addresses on to Facebook as the way they can contact me? *I desperately want my Facebook page back, please. *Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
