I’m completely locked out of my Facebook account, on my phone and computer. I was able to reset my password but I have two-factor authentication set up. Since I can’t access my account, I’m unable to use code generator, or a third party app to log in. I’ve even tried the option of authenticating by sending a photo of myself holding a hand-written sign, with a number they’ve provided. I have not received a response via email or SMS, with any solution from Facebook. It’s been several weeks. Please help.
