Hello, I am Lemsy Santana. Recently, when trying to access my Facebook account under the name Lemsy Aguayo, I faced issues with session expiring and invalid password messages. Despite following Facebook's steps to reset my password, the problem persisted. Upon regaining access, I found my contacts' messages were in Arabic. Soon after, the session expired error reappeared, leading to further password reset attempts. Discovering that my recovery phone and email had been changed by a hacker, I attempted to verify my identity by sending an ID card picture but received responses in Arabic, hindering communication. This situation has become a distressing ordeal as I worry about my children's information and pictures saved on the platform, with my limited ability to recover the account using phone or email methods. Any assistance you can provide would be deeply appreciated.

I have been informed that my stepdaughter has been making harmful comments about me for the past 2 years. She has mental health issues and has been verbally and in writing abusive towards me and my partner. Last year, after my partner's kidney transplant, the abuse continued. I am aware of alleged comments on Facebook but I lack specific details. I am considering seeking help from Facebook to investigate these comments discreetly. I hope to address this issue legally to stop the ongoing distress caused by my stepdaughter. My partner and I, in our mid-70s, are already dealing with health challenges and do not need this added stress. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. xx

I can no longer access my old mobile phone number, which is preventing me from logging into my Facebook account due to the code being sent to it. Despite trying various methods like email, password, and using a paper with a specific code, I haven't been successful. I need a clear, step-by-step guide on how to access my Facebook account without relying on a code sent to my old phone number. Thank you.

I am facing difficulties accessing my Facebook account. I have been using an old phone number to log in, which is no longer linked to my account. Despite recently changing my password, I am unable to regain access. Additionally, the recovery phone number on my profile is outdated. I value my account as it holds precious memories and connects me with dear friends. Concerned about the security of my account, I attempted to recover it using identification verification, but that was unsuccessful. I seek assistance in retrieving my account to avoid creating a new one and losing all my cherished photos and connections.

My name is Olga Luz Fonnegra Velez. I have two accounts, Olga Fonnegra and Luz Velez. I am unsure how my Luz Velez account got mixed up, and when I tried to log in with my password, it created another account. I want to make it clear that I had no bad intentions. I am just seeking clarification. I am a decent individual. Mr. Gevara is upset that I declined to continue his game, but if you review my accounts, you will see there are no inappropriate messages. With Mr. Eyad Bash Kawi, I chatted for months, and there were no vulgarities or threats exchanged. I want to resolve this issue and assure you I will not create another Facebook account. I am not interested in communicating with anyone who may cause harm.

My elderly mother is being scammed by a person claiming to be from Arizona and Mexico. Our family has tried to convince her that this person is not real. The scammer keeps insisting and is preying on my mother using a romantic scam. I was hoping to delete the scammer's account and stop communication between them. I have gone to law enforcement, but they can't take action since no crime has been committed yet. I fear for my mother's safety and worry that she may get kidnapped by this man, Ramon Andres C. He has asked for money, taking advantage of her age and loneliness. She has plans to visit him in Arizona, where they will travel to Mexico, an area known for kidnappings. I am deeply troubled by the situation and believe Facebook needs to do a better job of preventing scammers from targeting vulnerable individuals like the elderly.

I am currently selling a wedding dress on Facebook Marketplace to a buyer named Katherine in Dover. I am trying to send her additional photos of the dress to help her make a decision, but I noticed that our conversation is missing from my messenger notifications. I reset my password because it seemed like it had been changed, and now I can't find our chat. I have searched for her and our messages but have had no luck locating them. I would greatly appreciate it if Facebook could assist in retrieving our conversation or explain why it's no longer visible. Your prompt response would be much appreciated.

Hello. I am part of a Performing Arts Parent board and handle social media management duties. Our choir director created a page for sharing group pictures a few years back without considering legal aspects and permissions. There are numerous pictures on the page without consent. We are struggling to find a solution and want to keep our pictures while ensuring proper privacy. Unfortunately, the transition of the page into a group is not an option. Any guidance or advice on resolving this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help. -Kristina Sigler

I have been attempting all day to delete my account because I am unable to access it. Someone has gained access to my account, changed my profile information, and is posting inappropriate content. My phone number, email address, and username no longer work. Despite numerous failed login attempts to delete my Facebook account, I keep getting errors stating incorrect phone numbers, passwords, and emails - the very details I used to create the account. I urgently request your assistance in deleting my account. My details are as follows: Claudius Hamadziripi, email address: [redacted] I have reached out to Facebook support, but their suggestions are not resolving the issue, only directing me back to login, which I cannot do successfully. I implore you to please delete this account entirely.

I have an old account that I haven't used in 2 years, and the Hotmail email address ([redacted]) is inactive due to a migration issue during its merge with Outlook. I am also permanently deleting my current Facebook account ([redacted]) and want to start fresh in the future without being on Facebook. Attempting to reset the password for my Hotmail account led to a message stating that the account is in a reserved domain. The mobile number linked to that account is old and no longer in use, and my previous passwords are not working. My main goal is to ensure there is no trace of my prior accounts on Facebook, particularly the one associated with my old Hotmail account. I have two Facebook accounts: one with my full name, Danny Dboi Christie, and the other as Dan Christie. Unable to access the old account due to the Hotmail email not working anymore.

Lately, my friends have been telling me they received friend requests from me again, despite not sending any. I am also experiencing login issues due to a possible Trojan horse on my account. A company informed me about suspicious activity from North Korea on one of my IP addresses, and I received an email from Facebook about login attempts from the Dominican Republic. Now, I am completely locked out of my Facebook account as I don't receive the password reset messages as promised. I tried adding my phone number, but Facebook does not recognize me as a member. I've had my Facebook for years, and this situation is causing me a great deal of worry. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have created two Facebook accounts under my name, Ngozi Precious Howell. The first account is connected to [redacted], with a phone number shared with my husband ending in [redacted]. This account requested a photo upload, which I completed, but I have not received a response yet. Yesterday, on 10/10/[redacted], I created a new account, [redacted], linked to FB Business Manager. Today, when trying to log in, I encountered a message about suspicious activity, prompting me for another photo upload. I am unsure if the previous account is causing issues with the new one. I wish to delete the previous account ([redacted]) and retain the new one for my business. Kindly advise on the necessary steps. Thank you. Ngozi

My wife’s Facebook account was hacked. Her name on Facebook is Ginger Hanners Smith, but her official name is Ginger Renae Hanners due to never changing her maiden name after our marriage 9 years ago. We have proof with mail, ID, and credit cards displaying both names. The hackers transferred $[redacted] and $[redacted] through FB pay to a friend’s account, leading to her being locked out of her account. We have involved the bank and filed a report with the police. The hacker changed the email associated with the account. The correct email is [redacted], and the phone number is [redacted]. Despite attempts to regain access through the online process, we suspect the hacker still controls the account. Approximately $[redacted] has been stolen. We urgently need assistance to regain access to her account. Please contact my wife at [redacted] or me at [redacted] to resolve this issue. We have followed all online guidance and now require human intervention to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you. Wesley Smith

Hello, I appreciate the time you took to respond. Unfortunately, my disabled Facebook account has not been reactivated despite providing the necessary documents to confirm my identity. Facebook advised me to familiarize myself with their community standards and wait for a response via the support inbox. I sent the required scanned documents to Facebook via email ([redacted]) two days ago. Facebook confirmed receiving them, but it has been 24 hours with no update. I have reviewed the community standards and checked the support inbox, but the case remains closed. I am unsure how long it will take for Facebook to address my disabled account issue. I hope to receive a response soon. Thank you, M.M.R. Raju

Two days ago, both my Facebook and email accounts were hacked. I received a message from a friend's profile asking to borrow my email to send important documents to their mother. Thinking it was legitimate, I provided a different email account. When that didn't work, I shared my actual email without the password, believing it was for security. Shortly after, another friend told me I had sent them the same email request, indicating a hack. Unable to access my Facebook or email, I realized I was under attack. I followed the steps on ''facebook.com/hacked'' but was unsuccessful due to not removing my account from all devices. After resolving this, I tried again with no response. My friends in a similar situation had their accounts restored within an hour, unlike me.

I need assistance in removing my Facebook account, profile picture, and a duplicate profile using my name but not my image. Despite my attempts, I can no longer access this account, and I believe that someone is falsely representing me on the platform. My unique name, Patricia Thackerson, should not be duplicated as it is uncommon. I have encountered a situation where I was asked to pay $[redacted] to have my account removed, which was distressing. I strongly urge for the resolution of this matter as it has caused me significant distress. I appreciate any help you can provide in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I created this account around August 20th but haven't used it since. I can't remember the password or email associated with it, even after trying various emails and phone numbers linked to it. The account recovery process doesn't seem to work as it shows other accounts unrelated to me. I have 65 friends on the account, and I'm willing to provide additional photos for verification. The email I might have used is [redacted] Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number [redacted] I used during setup. Please reach out to me at [redacted] if you need further assistance.

I am having trouble receiving SMS verification messages from Facebook on my cell phone. When I try to log in, I receive an error message stating that the page isn't available. I have had this account since [redacted] and don't believe it has been suspended. To check if my account is still active, I logged in using my wife's Facebook account and found that my page is still there. I have posted a message on my page alerting friends that my account may be compromised and to report any suspicious activity to my wife's account. I noticed a link on my page to a suspicious website called "Girls USA," which seems to have been hacked from a page I previously subscribed to. Despite reporting this to Facebook, I have not received a response. I suspect my account has been hacked as I am unable to access the friend verification process due to not receiving SMS messages. When attempting to send a verification photo, I received an error message stating the page does not exist. Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated. - Bruce

This is my second time reposting. I was blocked for 30 days because of a reported racist Facebook post. I did not create the post, I simply shared it to shed light on ongoing racism. However, Facebook thought otherwise. It seems like only a computer is handling the reports, without any human review. I hope Facebook can improve their review process to avoid unjustly blocking users. It is disappointing to be penalized for trying to address an important issue like racism.

We are the Wetmore-Hardscrabble Historical and Genealogical Society, a non-profit historical organization. Recently, Facebook contacted me to create a Page for WHG&HS, which I did. Today, I can't log in because I'm asked for the name we use every day and ID. Our daily name is Wetmore-Hardscrabble Genealogical and Historical Society, but I couldn't enter that. I used Wetmore History Center instead. Our paperwork shows the full name, not Wetmore History Center. I feel I made a mistake and need assistance before continuing.
