Hello, I would like help understanding how someone can create fake accounts to harass multiple individuals, leading them to involve the authorities, report the issue to Facebook, yet no action has been taken. Your platform has been associated with negative press in the past for harming families. I can identify the harasser and they have now extended their actions to target my children, mother, and sister. Is there a way to trace the person using the account details provided and prevent them from misusing your services? The behavior is fraudulent and must be stopped. If not resolved within the next five business days, I will escalate this matter to the media and law enforcement. Please address this promptly as it reflects poorly on your service.

I'm able to use Messenger, but I'm unable to access or locate my Facebook account, page, or profile. It seems that everyone else can see it except for me. I received an email, presumably from Facebook, notifying me that my account was accessed from Germany. The email asked me to confirm if it was me and to change my password immediately. Since it wasn't me who accessed the account from Germany, I replied "no" and promptly changed my password. However, I haven't been able to sign in to Facebook since. My family and friends informed me that my profile picture has been changed to an image of three men laughing in what appears to be Muslim attire. I've attempted to resolve this issue multiple times without success. I appreciate any guidance on how to address this situation. Thank you for your help.

I am having difficulties contacting a multi-billion dollar company as they do not provide a phone number or email address for customer support. It is frustrating that without the ability to reach a real person, they are requesting valid photo ID or passports from me. It feels like the company, F.B., operates in secrecy, making it impossible to resolve issues like being locked out of my account due to a minor issue with my username. This lack of customer support seems like an invasion of privacy, especially when they have access to all my personal photos and information that I can no longer retrieve. Despite being locked out, I still receive notifications on my new iPhone, adding to the frustration. Without access to my account, I am unsure how to proceed and properly shut it down, leaving me feeling helpless and unsure of the next steps.

This system has not been very efficient. Thank you for your efforts in helping me regain access to my original account. I only have many of those pictures on my original Facebook account, which was a lesson learned. On Friday night, my cousin sent me a screenshot of a friend request from a Bianca Ruiyter with no profile picture. I immediately shared it on my wall and warned my friends not to accept it. I then changed my password and enabled two-factor authentication in the settings, and logged out of any active sessions that were not mine. However, when I tried to log in on Saturday with the new or old password, Facebook would not let me in. The old email address linked to my account is inactive, and I can't access it since it was created a long time ago on Yahoo. I updated my profile with a new email address, [redacted], and my cell phone number hoping to reset the account through these channels, but it has not been successful. Please assist me further. Everyone values their memories, and I need access to my account to retrieve mine. Thank you for your help.

I recently created a dummy Facebook account using the email [redacted] a few days ago. However, I suspect it has been hacked as I've been receiving numerous emails about password changes, likely due to using it for the game Lineage 2 Revolution. When I tried to recover the account, it prompted me for an ID confirmation, but given that it's just a dummy account, I'm at a loss on how to proceed. I used the name Rahuel Ltwor as a character in the game. I'm unable to access my Lineage 2 Revolution account, which I've invested significant time into, and losing it would be devastating. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

My friend, Peter K., had his account compromised by the son of a woman he lived with, leading our private messages to circulate publicly. Despite reporting them, the messages were not classified as harassment or hate speech, causing deep distress to both of us. Furthermore, a thread started by Sara L., who copied and pasted Garry T.'s post, has sparked hurtful and inaccurate discussions about me and my sons during an already challenging period of two years. As my marriage of 30 years ended, I underwent major brain surgery, and my sons began taking antidepressants, the lies, slander, and hateful content should be removed. I have blocked individuals involved but maintain contact with Sara L. to monitor the situation. Discovered by my son during a visit to my critically ill mother in the hospital, we are overwhelmed and urge prompt action to address this distressing situation.

My account for Study Edge, a study service, got disabled. I paid $50 a month and cannot access or cancel it as it's linked to Facebook. Without account access, I will keep paying indefinitely. I didn't personalize the account with a profile picture or follow anyone due to privacy reasons. I had an old account with minimal usage and two friends, but I forgot the login and created a new one. I'm unsure if this caused the issue by resembling the old account. Immediate resolution is critical; else, I'll waste money on a service I can't use or cancel. I've submitted my legal ID to Facebook for verification. Requesting prompt restoration of my disabled account.

My account associated with the email [redacted] has been inactive for some time. Unsure of the reason, I would like it deleted. I have already messaged and provided my driver's license as proof of identity, requesting the account’s deletion. As I have not accessed the account in quite a while, I have created a new one. If deleting it isn't possible, could you please unlock it so I can retrieve a few valuable pictures before deleting it myself? I am in need of urgent assistance to recover my long-standing account. Unfortunately, on October 5th, [redacted], my account was compromised due to hacking, a situation that also affected several of my friends. I swiftly changed my Facebook password, but regrettably, I then forgot it. Upon requesting a new password, a reset code was sent to me; however, the code proved ineffective, as it repeatedly showed as incorrect. Despite my multiple attempts to utilize the code, the system kept sending the same one, resulting in me being locked out of my account. I am currently unable to access even my email for a reset code, as I have not received it. I've been unable to access my account for two months and I'm still struggling due to a recent change in my phone number which is linked to my Facebook account. I now have a new phone and when I tried to log in, I couldn't access my account as I no longer have the old phone number. Despite sending my ID to confirm my identity, I haven't had any success. I've had this account for a year or two without any issues until now. It's frustrating not being able to log in. I'm not a fraud, just trying to regain access to my account. Today, I received notice that I am temporarily banned from Facebook, which has upset me greatly because I believe I haven't done anything wrong. I may have upset someone with a comment, but it was in response to the offensive comments directed at me on Katie and William's Facebook page. Despite this, I was the one banned. Facebook is my main way of staying connected with friends and family due to my illness that confines me to bed most of the time. Now, I cannot interact with my loved ones or see photos of my new grandson. Additionally, I am involved in sharing information about lost and stolen dogs, a cause close to my heart, but now I'm unable to do so. Please review my account as I have never been rude or banned before on Facebook. I believe my Facebook account has been cloned. I attempted to reset my password, but another Facebook account was created. The account with the dog profile picture is the fake one, while the original account has a profile picture of two people. I am unable to access the original account with either the old or new password. I'm receiving suspicious messages from various friends on Messenger mentioning receiving a duplicate friend request. I have refrained from opening these messages and have been deleting them. While trying to reset the password, I did not receive the passcode emails due to forgetting the password, but eventually got it via text. I would like the fake account with the dog picture deleted and need guidance to access the real account with the picture of the two people as passwords are not functioning.

I'm frustrated with constantly being rejected for using simple passwords I can remember on Facebook. Since I have nothing sensitive to protect on there, I'm considering deleting my account if this continues. Some of my Facebook friends are telling me they've received friend requests from me that I didn't send. I've already changed my password and added the security step that sends a code to my phone when I log in. Before changing my password the first time, I noticed someone from Charlotte, North Carolina, had accessed my account from their cell phone. Recently, I saw that someone from South Carolina did the same, and I even recorded the IP address from the South Carolina cell phone. Why does this keep happening, and what should I do next? Should I change my passwords again to secure my account from unauthorized access?

I was unfairly banned from Facebook, which was later acknowledged as a mistake by them. The ban affected my ability to sell items on Facebook Marketplace and caused me to lose money. As someone with disabilities, selling items helps me make ends meet. I have evidence to show that someone manipulated Facebook tools to have me banned.
