Hello*This is Oguz Kaan Demirci*With the user name of: *Oguzkaandemirci *And*Email adress: ******@***.com*Since Friday evening ********* i have no access to my instagram account, basically my account is hacked.since Friday I’m telling you and asking for your help, that someone else accessed to my account and hacked it. You’ve asked me hundred of security questions and I’m answering all off them. You even asked me to send you a picture of mine with a cardboard in my hand with a written code on it, either I’ve send that I still don’t get a reasonable result or solution from you. And you keep telling me we can’t recognize your ID!*Previously i had complained about fake accounts that was using my name and pictures, which you respond and closed them. Why don’t you help this time?! *My email address and phone numbers are correct. At the very beginning while i was registering I’ve used ***** *** ****, and my email addresses was *****@***.com*And *****@***.com*There is nothing wrong about the information above, this account belongs to me. All pictures are mine, they have no violence or pornographic content, which you always assume that is very important for you. In fact you nothing is important for you and you don’t give a **** about anything, that’s what I understood about your company since Friday, otherwise if you really care about your costumers and influencers you would have responded and help to take my account back. My account was two authorized, but I didn’t receive any email or sms to warn me that someone else has access to my account. ** pictures of mine and ***K followers are gone now. I don’t give a **** about account and followers anymore, but at least move your *** and try to help for getting back my pictures which i have no back up. What else I should do to prove this account is mine, I really don’t know. Of course you won’t care since you have ***m influencers, why you should!! *I will let everyone around me about this situation, i will share all process. Such a huge company like Facebook and Instagram is not taking any responsibility for their customer writes...*Shame on you
