Hello, On Friday, I was unexpectedly logged out of my account. After forgetting my password, I had to reset it. Later, I discovered that my account email had been deactivated, leaving me unable to access it. With the assistance of trusted friends, I successfully changed my password. However, I encountered a roadblock when I couldn't receive the confirmation email to proceed. Despite trying with different emails and changing my email, I have yet to receive the necessary confirmation email to regain access to my account. After contacting support for the deactivated email, they informed me that the email couldn't be recovered, but I could create a new one with the same ID. Unfortunately, even after creating a new email, the issue persists.

Hello,**I encountered an issue last Friday when I got logged out of my account. I couldn't recall my password, which led me to reset it. Subsequently, I found out that my account's email address was deactivated, rendering me unable to access it, thus requiring me to seek help from trusted friends to reset the password. Although I successfully changed it, I faced a setback as I needed to change the email associated with the account. After making the change, I have not been receiving the confirmation emails needed to proceed with accessing my account. I have attempted several times and even tried using a different email address, all to no avail. Additionally, I reached out to the support center of the deactivated email, only to learn that the email cannot be recovered. Their suggestion was to create a new email using the same ID, which I promptly did, but unfortunately, the issue persists.

Hello, On December 18, [redacted], my partner received a cancer diagnosis. To share her journey, she created an Instagram page. Recently, a Facebook group and its members have accused her of faking her illness. They are contacting her loved ones with these claims, causing distress. I believe this goes beyond free speech and is harassment. I am seeking assistance in having her Instagram page taken down to protect her from further harassment. I would appreciate it if someone from Facebook could reach out to me as soon as possible. Thank you.

My account seems to have been disabled, and I am unable to log in. The email associated with my account, [redacted], has been deleted by Microsoft, who directed me to contact Facebook to verify my identity and update my email and password. I am unable to reset the password as the phone number linked to the account, [redacted]24, is an old Spanish number that has not been in use for years. My new contact number is [redacted]7, and my new email is [redacted] I have attached a copy of my passport for verification purposes. I have used this account for 11 years and received a notification just before it disappeared. It's disappointing not to be able to access all my family photos. Looking forward to your assistance. Regards, Paul Mason.

I recently had a Facebook account under the name Jennifer Nicole Heath with two profile pictures - one of my black and white cat lying down and another of my grey cat sitting. The associated email address was [redacted], and the password was [redacted]7. Unfortunately, someone, whom I suspect I know, has accessed the account and changed the login information. The email [redacted] is no longer accessible as it has been deleted. I have numerous ways to verify my identity for this account. I urgently need to regain access to my account as it contains essential photos, especially of my deceased father. I am willing to answer any questions necessary to prove that I am Jennifer Nicole Heath and to retrieve my Facebook account. Your assistance in this matter is highly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and efforts. Jennifer Nicole Heath

My cousin has been experiencing bullying from an account impersonating her for several months, causing her significant distress. The authentic account belongs to "Angel Nicole Otom," while the imposter account is under the name "Guadafe Hongo." The individual behind the fake account has been using offensive language towards my cousin, her friends, and even me. They are sharing inappropriate photos of my cousin and her boyfriend and posting disrespectful status updates about her. The imposter appears to be Filipino, given that my cousin is in the Philippines, as the statuses are in their language. Despite numerous reports, Facebook has not taken action against the account. I urge for the fake account to be permanently removed in line with Facebook's community guidelines to alleviate the suffering of my loved ones.

I believe my Facebook account has been hacked. After logging out, attempting a password reset, and receiving a code because I couldn't recall the original password, I was locked out due to supposedly entering the code too many times, which was untrue. It was my first attempt, indicating unauthorized access. Seeking help from Facebook, I provided ID confirmation, received a one-time link to regain access, but encountered the same error message upon clicking the link. Desperately needing assistance to recover my account, it holds valuable memories and photos. Concerned about losing everything to the hacker, I also tried searching for my account using various methods, but to no avail.

Around 7-8 years ago, my husband, the founder and president, initiated a festival to raise funds for veterans and wounded soldiers. A Facebook profile was created by another board member to advertise and share information. Recently, unauthorized individuals misused the account, leading to accusations, hacking with inappropriate content, and threats. Former board members are receiving unwanted calls based on the leaked information. The current board wishes to delete the account, but no one has the password, as the creator is no longer involved. Assistance is needed to deactivate and remove the account without the password.

I accidentally clicked on someone's profile in the "People you may know" section on Facebook, and now I keep receiving friend suggestions with inappropriate profile photos. Despite removing them, they continue to appear. It's frustrating, and I need this to stop without resorting to deleting my account. I find it surprising that removed contacts keep reappearing in the suggestions. I checked Facebook's help section, but couldn't find a solution since my issue seems unique. I would appreciate advice on how to permanently resolve this problem.

Hello, I work for the online marketing agency 'Loyals' in the Dutch Caribbean as Latoya B. I recently created a Facebook page for one of our clients, "Curacao Sothebys International Realty," on August 7th. Unfortunately, there was already an existing page for the client's business, causing confusion. I have attempted to delete the duplicate page, but I am unable to recall the creator or the admin details. I am reaching out to inquire if the Facebook Help Desk team can assist me in removing the redundant business page. Thank you, Latoya B.

My husband and I run a small family business called Cayman Snorkel Co. We advertise on Facebook and had a Facebook page set up for our business. Unfortunately, his Facebook account was hacked a few weeks ago. After finally regaining control of the account, we discovered that the hackers had taken over our business pages, Cayman Snorkel Co. and Too Hot. They removed us as owners and admins, leaving us with no way to access them. We have our credit cards on file as we pay for advertising through Facebook, and we are extremely concerned. The hackers could potentially destroy our business and even contact our followers to obtain their card information. We are desperate to regain control of our business pages.

I created a Facebook account around 3 or 4 years ago, but I deleted it after two months and didn't think about it again. Since then, I changed my phone number and email. Today, my sister informed me that my old profile/account seems to be active again, even though I can't access it anymore. I've tried the help suggestions, but they are not resolving the issue. I want this account deactivated immediately. It's frustrating to see that the problem is marked as resolved when it's not. I'm disappointed with Facebook's lack of response.

I was blocked a week ago for allegedly posting spam on other Facebook groups and pages. According to Facebook, my last 11 shares looked like spam. I want to clarify that all my posts were relevant and not spam. Someone has been reporting my shares as spam since September [redacted]. I am still waiting for a review of my last 11 shares and for the blocks on my Facebook features to be lifted. My content mainly revolves around the African Diaspora in English and Spanish, which might have caused some individuals to falsely report them as spam. This situation is unfair to me and members of my Facebook groups. I kindly ask for a resolution. Thank you, Isaac H.

My friend recently had their Facebook account deleted. When attempting to log in, FaceBook states they violated the Terms of Service. However, after reviewing the ToS thoroughly, I cannot identify any violation. Attempts to contact Facebook only resulted in receiving a generic response indicating ineligibility without further explanation due to security reasons. My friend is particularly concerned about retrieving numerous baby pictures uploaded on the account and is inquiring if there is a way to download the profile. I have the know-how to download a profile, but the account termination is hindering the necessary steps.

I created my Facebook account when it first launched using an old email address. I attempted to update it to my current email, but realized I had already used that email for an artist page. Recently, my account was hacked, and the password was changed. I am unable to access my account since I don't remember the new password. I added my phone number for login verification, but the system never sends me a new password despite multiple attempts over days. I followed the instructions for hacked accounts, and it acknowledges my old password but fails to send a new one to my phone. How can I regain access to my account using my phone number since the help page hasn't provided a solution to this issue?
