Last year around June to August, I noticed unauthorized access to my Facebook account under the username "Sammie Flixin." I took the proactive step of changing my password for security purposes. However, since then, I have been unable to log in successfully. Every time I enter my new password, Facebook indicates that it is incorrect. To reset my password, Facebook requires a six-digit code sent to my old Yahoo email address "[redacted]," which I deactivated three years ago. Despite accessing my Facebook account last year without the Yahoo email, the recent password change has caused login issues. Please assist me promptly by sending the six-digit code to my new email "[redacted]" or texting me on +[redacted]66, which I formerly linked to my Facebook account for password reset. Thank you.

Several years ago, an error occurred where a lady and I both had our accounts linked to the same email address. I no longer have access to that email and need to change the email linked to my Facebook account as well as reset my password. The old email, [redacted], seems to be associated with Donna Tressler instead of myself, Danny Tressler. When trying to log in, I unintentionally accessed Donna's account using passwords I commonly use. It's possible that I mistakenly changed Donna's password when attempting to reset mine years ago. I might still be logged into my account on my old phone or computer. Please advise me on the steps needed to update my email and password. Thank you.

Hello, I am the administrator of the LivingFaith Chapel Facebook account, including the @LFCOwingsmills page. Unfortunately, I am experiencing difficulty logging in as the account has been disabled without explanation. I urgently require assistance to rectify this issue promptly. I believe that my Facebook account was mistakenly disabled as I have not violated any of their policies. A few days ago, when I tried to log in, I realized that my account had been disabled. Despite submitting four emails along with a picture of my driver's license to prove my identity, my account remains disabled. It's frustrating that I haven't received any response via email or phone call, even though I provided my contact information for an explanation. I suspect that my account may have been affected by a security breach. Restoring my account is crucial as I have friends visiting Las Vegas this weekend, and I rely on Facebook for communication. I am having trouble recovering my account after it was temporarily locked. I completed the recovery process by verifying pictures of my friends and receiving a code via both my cell phone and email. However, upon entering the code, I was directed to a page indicating that my password had been changed and other settings altered. When I clicked "Continue," it did not progress further but remained on the same page. Despite numerous attempts over a week, I have been unsuccessful in recovering my account. I have reached out to Facebook via email and even had a friend, Lorena Echeverri, contact them on my behalf, yet no one has contacted me regarding the issue. Unfortunately, I could not find a phone number to call for assistance. I urgently need help resolving this matter and regaining access to my account.

I have been using Facebook for a few years and had not logged out since then. Unfortunately, I forgot my password and now I am unable to log in as Facebook forced me to log out recently. The email connected to my account was my previous job's official email, so I no longer have access to it. I am willing to verify my identity, but I need to access my account. What I need from Facebook: 1) Provide alternative verification options such as identifying pictures of five of my friends. 2) Allow me to submit a government-issued photo ID from Bangladesh for verification by the Facebook team.

About a decade ago, I encountered an individual who knew me from a time when I was different. Over the years, I have evolved, but this person has resurfaced, sending unsettling messages from his personal account. Despite my lack of response, he persisted, recently reaching out under a fake profile with no image, resuming his disturbing communication. Taking every precaution, I blocked, reported, and deleted these attempts, in addition to maximizing my account's security settings. Despite my efforts, I remain concerned about his persistence and potential to locate me. Seeking assistance from local law enforcement proved unhelpful as they did not deem the situation as an immediate threat. I am unsure of the next steps to ensure my safety in this unsettling situation.

I believe my Apple account has been compromised, affecting my interactions with Facebook. When I click on notifications such as "Sandra Jones" and try to view the content, I can only access one post before being prompted to log in with a new username and password. Despite creating new passwords, I'm still unable to view subsequent posts. This cycle continues and prevents me from accessing my Facebook messages properly. This is my fourth attempt to resolve an issue. Someone reported my Facebook profile because they mistook my name for something fraudulent, not realizing that it is simply spelled backward. They flagged me over a comment they disagreed with, which is a poor reason for reporting someone. They should be penalized for submitting a false report. I am frustrated because I am now required to alter my name, which I refuse to do. I am unable to access my account unless I change my name, despite providing proof of identification showing my name as Nancy. I have not received any assistance in four days, even though your policy states resolutions in 36 hours. I kindly request to have this matter resolved promptly to avoid creating a new account.

Hello Team, I had trouble creating an Instagram account for the first time. After entering my username, I received an error message (attached). After reporting the issue, I tried to log in again but was told I violated terms and conditions without being able to accept any. I attempted a second time with a different email but encountered the same error. 1st Attempt: Email: [redacted] Username: nono.nwosu 2nd Attempt: Email: [redacted] Username: nono_nwosu I received an email from (instagram++[redacted]) requesting a picture of me holding a code, despite not having an existing account. After getting a new cell phone and number this summer, my Facebook experience has been chaotic. Initially, only a few contacts were retrieved, and I couldn't access Messenger, which I use daily. The constant need to log in was frustrating since I rarely had to before, and resetting my password posed a challenge as codes were being sent to my old cell number. Additionally, Facebook suggested I had multiple accounts and asked me to choose which to log in to, compounding the issue. Today, when attempting to resolve these problems, it failed to recognize my email address that I've used for the past 20 years.

Since I obtained a new cell phone and phone number this summer, my Facebook account has been a disaster. Initially, it only imported a few of my contacts. Subsequently, I faced issues with Messenger, which I use daily. Logging in frequently became necessary, but I struggle to recall my password as I seldom need to log in. Resetting my password requires access to my old cell phone or computer, which I no longer have. Additionally, I am prompted to choose between 2-3 different accounts, exacerbating the confusion. Today, when attempting to log in, my email and phone number are not recognized. I am keen to speak with a representative to resolve this complicated issue efficiently. I recently encountered an issue with a Facebook friend, Stephen Henderson, who has been suspended multiple times on the platform and has created alternative accounts to bypass restrictions. Despite claiming to be in Becket, Ma, he actually resides in Lenoir, NC. Additionally, I became aware of someone named Sarge Opsec harassing him. I messaged Stephen in support and questioned how fake profiles like Sarge Opsec can exist on Facebook when I thought there were screening measures in place. How can individuals like Stephen continually create new profiles while being blocked by Facebook?
