Since Sept ** I have received messages from you re the recovery*recollection I'd requested of my forgotten Facebook*Apple password ID which you misinterpreted as a request for a reset, finally identifying it correctly in your Sept ** email @ *:** PM entitled Apple ID Found as *****@***.com after having suggested in several intervening emails that it had or could be reset as a numerical identity you identified successively as ******, ****** & in a text message on Sept ** to (***) ***-**** as CL ****, thus while I'm relieved you finally located & identified it I'm truly distressed at all the unprofessional twists & turns you set me upon in order to finally find & identify my Apple ID as identical with my email address & also that the irrational, roundabout path you took me on to get there might have resulted in my personal information having fallen into irresponsible hands. **I hope to hear from you re what has felt like an extremely unprofessional process, how that might have been avoided and foremost whether its twists & turns could possibly have permitted my information to have fallen into hands that might abuse it? **It would have been extremely helpful if I'd been able to speak with a tech person on your staff instead of having been thrown into the stressful unprofessional process I've been forced to experience. **Martha Senger
