Hello, on Thursday night, September 28th, my Facebook Page was hacked, and it seems my Account was compromised too. I was logged out of Facebook and Messenger and had to change my password. However, now I can't access my Notifications, Messenger, Photo Gallery, Timeline, or some recently posted pictures on my page. Strangely, others can still see my original page with all the content. The hacker might be using a blank Profile picture with my name misspelled as LaTasha Jordan instead of Tasha Jordan. I urgently need assistance to resolve this issue. Thank you for your help.

I've been unable to access my Facebook account since last Friday morning. Despite numerous attempts throughout the day and night, I have not received any phone codes from Facebook to resolve the issue. I'm concerned about why my account was disrupted and I'm eager to recover my original Facebook page. I'm also worried about the personal data stored on my page and who might have access to it if my page is not restored.

The website ebonus.gg has unfortunately been incorrectly blocked on Facebook. Despite our attempts to resolve this issue through various means, we have not been successful in getting it unblocked. It seems that the block may have occurred due to some users doubting the legitimacy of eBonus and reporting it. However, our Facebook page, eBonus.gg, remains unblocked and boasts a high rating of 4.6 out of 5, along with numerous positive reviews, demonstrating our credibility. Additionally, platforms such as TrustPilot and Scam Advisor also showcase our outstanding ratings. While our primary goal is to have the website unblocked, we are open to discussing our legitimacy with a Facebook representative and addressing any concerns they may have regarding compliance with their policies, although we are confident that we adhere to all guidelines. Could you please remove the block setting on the Messenger app? It's blocking people I know, and I have no control over it. I prefer managing blocks on Facebook, not the Messenger app. If removing it from Facebook isn't possible, could you make it harder for the Messenger to block contacts automatically? Maybe require touching two different spots to bring up the block screen. I'm currently waiting for 48 hours with no valid reason just to communicate with my family. Thank you for addressing this issue; it would make more sense to block someone through their profile directly rather than through the Messenger app. Please fix this matter.

I am experiencing the same issue. My account has been blocked for the past five days, and each time I attempt to log in, I receive a message stating that I have violated the rules and am locked out for 24 hours. I am frustrated as I have not broken any rules and seek for Facebook to investigate and resolve why my account is blocked. Facebook, please unlock my account and provide an explanation for the issue at hand. It's been five days with no resolution. I suspect an individual named "Lora Arbelo" may be wrongfully blocking users. There are concerns about her behavior on Facebook, including making false assault accusations. This situation is affecting everyone and needs to be addressed.

Hello, my name is Andrea Germaine Dent. I encountered an issue last Friday when trying to log into my Facebook account. Despite entering my password correctly, it kept prompting me to re-enter it, resulting in me inadvertently creating a new page out of confusion while attempting to resolve the problem. I've been blocked from Facebook Marketplace and all the buying/selling groups since 09/28/[redacted]. Despite receiving multiple emails instructing me to click on the icon to refresh my access, it hasn't worked. I plan to close my account once I receive my final package from a seller on The Official M&M Group. The repeated blocks without wrongdoing are causing unnecessary stress, and Facebook seems unable to resolve the issue. It's disappointing that they can block me easily but struggle to unblock me.

I was unfortunately scammed for $[redacted].00 by an individual going by the name Barbara Hubbard, and the scam is ongoing. It happened when I believed I was reconnecting with an old friend. When my cousin Dennis fell victim to the same scam for $[redacted].00, I reported it to the Biloxi, Ms. Police and tried to warn my friends on a new Facebook account. However, my warnings were being blocked, leading me to suspect that my old and new Facebook accounts were hacked. Despite unsubscribing from Facebook three weeks ago, the issue persists. I am 62 years old and want to delete both accounts due to the breach of trust. Exiting the accounts has become challenging due to the security measures. This morning, I received a text from my bank regarding a new debit card verification for a Facebook transfer to an individual named Taylor Friedrich. Upon contacting my bank, I discovered that $[redacted] was transferred from my account via Facebook, with an attempted transaction of almost $[redacted] following shortly after. I emphasized to my bank the concern over how someone managed to obtain not only my account number but also the necessary card details for online purchases, including the expiration date and CVV code. It is troubling that this occurred with my new debit card. Although I did not receive a notification from Wells Fargo initially, I was alerted to the issue upon the second attempt. It seems likely that the individual Taylor Friedrich may be involved in similar unauthorized activities with other accounts. I plan to explore potential legal recourse against Facebook for this situation.

My friend is unable to regain access to her account after losing it for about a year due to forgetting passwords and associated email addresses. The SIM card linked to the phone number used for the account was taken to Germany by her elder sister, who unfortunately lost it there. This situation is quite distressing. I did not receive an access code via text message despite multiple requests. After waiting 8 hours to sign in again, I still did not receive the code. When attempting alternate verification methods by sending a picture of a credit card, it was rejected. I then tried with my driver's license, but did not receive a confirmation email. Upon carefully rereading the email rejecting my first verification attempt, I noticed I could reply with a proper form of identification. I attached my driver's license in a reply email after a two-hour delay from receiving the initial rejection email.
