When I search for my name and location in St. John's, Newfoundland, it doesn't show my genuine profile. Something is not right, and I kindly request your help in investigating. Friends I add disappear, and those remaining treat me unfairly. It seems they may have also taken money sent to me out of sympathy. The individuals involved are Mary M. Hello, I have a Facebook account that I use daily, and I was shocked by a recent incident that made me feel unsafe. Yesterday, I discovered that someone, identified as Swapna Kumari, who I do not know, shared one of my pictures on her wall. When I asked her to delete my picture, she responded inappropriately by making offensive remarks and sharing more of my photos without permission. I became anxious about the situation and worried about the possible misuse of my images. After looking at her profile, I found explicit content and decided to change my name and deactivate my account. Unfortunately, I am unable to share her Facebook link since my account is deactivated, but I have attached a screenshot of her name and display picture. I urge for prompt action to be taken against this individual to prevent further incidents as she may be doing this to other girls as well. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have been receiving notifications from Facebook indicating unauthorized access attempts to my account, prompting me to reset my password each time. However, this logs me out of Messenger as well. When logging back into Messenger, I notice two login IDs appearing - one with random numbers and the other with my username. Despite having two-step verification activated, I continue to have these issues. Additionally, I keep seeing my own profile being suggested as a contact on Messenger. Reviewing my Facebook activity, I have noticed numerous logins from unfamiliar locations and IP addresses, indicating that someone else may be accessing my account. In the past, in June [redacted], Facebook removed two fake profiles impersonating me by using my information. Despite these ongoing concerns, I have been unable to find assistance or a contact at Facebook to address this matter.

Hi, My Instagram account, @navgrewal16, has been hacked and taken over. The password has been changed, and when attempting to reset it, the link redirects to a Russian email ending in .ru. I have reported this issue to Instagram a week ago and even submitted a photo holding a required code, but it was rejected without an explanation. I have followed the instructions to convert the photo to .jpeg format. Today, my profile picture was changed to a nude image, and the username has been altered. I am feeling very anxious about this situation and unsure of what steps to take next. Although hesitant, I have now asked my friends to report my account. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

Hello, I encountered an issue with my account this morning as it got disabled, preventing me from logging in. Despite my attempt to create a new account, it got disabled as well. Losing access is distressing as my account contains a significant amount of information and photos that are not stored elsewhere. For months, someone has repeatedly reported my old posts (over 4 years old) where I sold bags on swap and sell sites. After identifying and removing such posts, I ceased further postings. I am reaching out for assistance in reactivating my account to reconnect with my friends and family promptly. I am A. L. and I am 18 years old. I have been using Facebook daily since [redacted]. I am aware that there are videos and photos that can't be shared or uploaded on Facebook. However, I didn't realize that sending a video via private message on Messenger would result in a ban from Facebook. Losing all the memories, friends, and pictures since [redacted] has left me feeling very sad. Sadly, a friend who is no longer a friend sent me a video on Viber and encouraged me to share it in a group, knowing this could lead to a ban as it did for them. I received an email from an address claiming to be from Facebook Inc. USA <[redacted]>. The email states that I have won the "FACEBOOK ONLINE INTERNATIONAL LOTTERY" as one of the [redacted] lucky winners. It asks me to contact an Office Administrative Officer at [redacted] for further instructions. The email is signed by Janet Thompson. I would like to share that my Facebook account recently got blocked due to a person from Russia harassing me for expressing my views against his false information and hate speech towards Ukrainians. The individual in question, Pavel Kashutin, has been spreading misinformation about Ukrainians and calling them names. Despite my efforts to clarify the facts, he blocked and reported me, resulting in my account being restricted. It's disappointing that Facebook seemed to side with him, especially as a Russian moderator handled the situation. Kashutin has also made derogatory comments, spread falsehoods, and shown support for Stalin. His actions and behavior raise concerns about adhering to Facebook's community standards. The ongoing harassment and misinformation need to be addressed appropriately to ensure a safe and respectful online environment. Thank you for listening to my concerns.

Three months ago, I logged out of Facebook. When I attempted to log back in, I couldn't remember my password. I tried to recover my account using the email code, but it didn't work. Although Facebook indicated that the code was sent, I never received the email with the code. Additionally, there was no other option provided, such as sending the code to my phone number. In the past, I was able to regain access to my profile by receiving a code on my phone when facing a similar issue, so I am confused about why I am unable to utilize this method or receive any codes via email now. Since then, I have been persistently trying to log in without success. I am uncertain about what steps to take next, so I am reaching out for assistance in recovering my account. I was requested by Facebook to provide a photo to verify my account under the name JoJo Wollacott. However, I haven't been informed of the estimated time for this verification process. After seeing reports of others being locked out for up to six months, I'm concerned about the delay. My account is crucial for my work at a mental health drop-in service where I manage pages and groups to assist group members. I understand the need for verification but am eager to expedite the process. I'm even willing to provide my driver's license if necessary, but I can't find the option to do so. Months ago, I attempted to give away a dog on Facebook and Marketplace. Unfortunately, I was permanently blocked from Marketplace and other platforms. Despite numerous appeals, I remain blocked. I have noticed several other listings for free animals, such as the one from Trish Hamilton offering a cat for adoption. I am seeking guidance on why I was blocked and how I can be unblocked to access Marketplace once more.

This morning around 12:30 AM, I received a friend request on Facebook from one of my parents, whom I was already connected with. Their account had been set up 18 months ago before they went on an LDS mission. After realizing it might have been hacked, I contacted my mom to help me access the account. Unfortunately, we couldn't sign in last night to change the password and secure the account. When searching for their name, two accounts appeared—one with 18 months of posts and another duplicated one with minimal content and a matching profile picture. The hacker even messaged me pretending to be my parent and tried to solicit money from my friends. The account, "CharlesNola Nielsen," has now disappeared entirely. I am concerned and hope there is a way to recover their original Facebook account to retain all the precious memories stored there.
