Hello, I am part of the Louisiana Emergency Services admin team. Our group, which is meant for emergency services personnel, was recently flagged despite being a private group. I have realized that even though we do not allow gun sales, the sale of gun parts is also against the rules after reviewing the terms. As a police officer, it is crucial for me to adhere to all guidelines and restore the page promptly. Is it possible to remove all posts in the group and initiate a fresh start with clearer rules? Can this be managed from your end? Since we only have one chance to have the group reinstated, I want to ensure we meet all the necessary criteria. My Facebook account has been hacked. The hacker altered the email, account name, and password. Previously linked to an old hotmail address I can't access, I didn't get notifications of the changes. There was no phone number on the account for privacy. Now recovery attempts fail as the hacker changed all account details. I'm ready to verify my identity to Facebook. The hacker seems to be from a foreign country, unknown to me or my friends.

I am currently locked out of my account due to suspicious activity. Upon multiple login attempts, I am prompted to create a new password. After that, I need to verify my posts and friends, but the process gets stuck. The skip button keeps loading, and even when it does progress, an error page appears, stating that Facebook is working to resolve the issue. It has been ongoing for three days now, and as I rely on Facebook for my business, I urgently need assistance to resolve this matter. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am facing two serious problems. Firstly, I am being blocked from posting my products on other social platforms due to community rules that I am supposedly breaking, even though I haven't actually violated any rules like mentioning weight loss in my posts. Secondly, I have two pages that I own and used to feature different products, but now I only have one product and would like the two pages to be merged. These pages share the same product type but have different names. I need assistance with merging the two pages, please.

I keep getting blocked from posting in groups I don't manage and joining new groups for sharing live videos. Despite being cautious not to spam, I am restricted for a week each time. It seems like my profile is flagged causing this swift action. I follow group rules and share slowly with descriptions and emojis, yet others freely share without restrictions. When I appeal, they admit to a mistake but I remain blocked. This situation is frustrating, and I need my profile unflagged. I am not breaking any rules and need this issue resolved promptly.

I recently set up a new account and mistakenly input the wrong mobile number, using a "0" instead of "9" as the last digit. I was prompted to verify the account later and was unable to do so. It wasn't until I encountered the same issue on another website that I realized my error. Surprisingly, when I attempted the incorrect number again on Facebook for verification, it went through. My correct number is [redacted], whereas the mistaken one was [redacted]. Could you please update this information? I am receiving notifications but cannot identify the senders as I am unable to access my account. Thank you.

In July, someone impersonated me on Facebook and scammed people for apartments in Grett. I reported the account but didn't hear anything until September 13th, when the same person impersonated me again, using the name Aceto Leranjo Sam and the same profile picture as in July. Facebook disabled my account the next day and said they would contact me via email linked to the account. Unfortunately, the hacker accessed my [redacted] email as well. I have been using Facebook since [redacted], and it is essential for staying in touch with friends worldwide. Please help me regain access to my account. Thank you.

Hello, I need assistance with a technical issue concerning the script " fbq('track', 'ViewContent'); fbq('track', 'InitiateCheckout'); " that I added to my Shopify store's homepage before running ads. The problem lies in the statistics of the ads, showing numerous purchases and checkouts that did not actually occur. Facebook regards every visit to my store as a purchase and checkout due to the script. This is problematic for creating a custom audience as I do not want this misleading data included. Excluding visitors from a past period is not a viable solution for me; I need to permanently remove this data (from the last ads) from my pixel. I have been using two-factor authentication, but recently lost my old phone. I have the same phone number on my new device. Facebook is not sending the 6-digit code to log in. I contacted them using a new email, but no response. Could this be related to the device or SIM card? Please assist me. My Facebook name is Antreas Ioannou.

My adult daughter is facing relentless harassment on Facebook, and as her parent, it's unbearable to witness. Following the heartbreaking loss of her stillborn baby last month, she has been bombarded with vile, hurtful comments on her posts about the baby. The comments stoop to unimaginable lows, suggesting her baby's death was for the best, urging her to harm herself and insulting her in the cruelest manner possible. To make matters worse, the perpetrator even created a fake profile of the deceased baby to torment my daughter further. Despite reporting this to the authorities, I was informed that nothing can be done since the person responsible lives in another state. This situation must come to an end; action needs to be taken to protect my daughter from this emotional abuse. - J. Smallwood

I recently met Linda Lima from Ghana about three weeks ago, and our relationship is getting serious. I am cautious about potential scams. Linda has been in touch with me regularly, asking for personal information such as my password. I do not recall the details I used to create my account. Linda believes there are ways to retrieve this information. I am uncertain about sharing this with her, considering the risks of fraud. Although we have had extensive conversations, I am unsure if I should comply with her request for sensitive data. Linda suggests I can search for the information online if I don't remember. However, I am hesitant to provide my account number and password, especially knowing about the prevalence of scams from that region.

Hello, I'm experiencing difficulty receiving the 6-digit authentication code from a third-party app, Microsoft Authenticator, due to a phone change. Although I still use my old phone number and email address, I am unable to add Facebook to Microsoft Authenticator as I am unable to log in to my Facebook profile without the 6-digit code necessary for access. Could I receive a one-time authentication code via SMS or email to my phone? I have already submitted a photo of my driver's license and a photo of myself holding a paper with a handwritten code, but have not had any success. I am currently not logged in on any device. I would like to purchase coins for Facebook games, but I am experiencing difficulty using my debit card. In the past, my husband's debit card was mistakenly flagged for fraud when I used it for game purchases. This issue has been resolved, and I now want to use only my debit card for future transactions. Even though my husband recently bought coins using his card, I am unable to do the same with mine. I regret the heated discussion that occurred in a Facebook group named American Political Peoples last night. There were inappropriate posts targeting my family members who hold important positions. The individuals involved made fun of my disability, which is a Traumatic Brain Injury, and unfairly targeted me. Despite this, I was the one who received a two-week ban from the group. I believe that any punishment should be applied equally and not based on discrimination. I urge the administrators to review the situation and consider the inappropriate behavior of those involved. It is essential to monitor such posts that discuss extreme and radical topics. I ask for the removal of my ban or for the same length of ban to be applied to the individuals mentioned. Fairness and justice should prevail for all members, regardless of their background or disability. The discussions on the page should be carefully monitored to prevent further discrimination. I'm currently experiencing difficulty accessing my Facebook account for the past two weeks. Initially, I was prompted to change my password, which I did.
