I was logged out, automatically, of My previous FB acc. as it mite have been hacked. When I tried to recover it & log back in, I was unable to as I didn't remember My Password. FB wasn't able to send Me a reset password code as the email address & mobile numbers that I used when I created My FB acc., were no longer in use & was unable to retrieve a code. I then created a new FB acc. which I'm now unable to use again as they need to identify, that via a pic that I sent them of myself, that My new FB acc. does belong to Me due to all the FB cloning that's transpiring. How long will it take for FB to resolve this issue & I would like to get rid of My old FB acc. as I don't want so many acc's open? My old FB acc. Simone Woodcock, needs to be deleted as well as the mobile *, *** *** ****, used for that acc. is no longer valid..
GetHuman-simzjd did not yet indicate what Facebook should do to make this right.
