Three months ago, I sold my old MacBook. Recently, I noticed unusual activity on my Facebook account - ads spending and campaigns I didn't create. I suspect my account was left open on the old MacBook. After changing my password, Facebook informed me that my account was blocked from liking images and sending messages due to content I didn't post. Today, my account was disabled, and I can't find a way to contact Facebook for support. This personal account holds valuable data, images, and messages dating back to [redacted]. I need to recover it as I didn't post any inappropriate content or launch any campaigns.

Upon receiving a notification stating my account was locked due to suspicious activity, I followed the steps provided to recover it. Despite successfully completing the process up to the Commerce Posts section, I faced a challenge there. The screen freezes and does not progress further, preventing me from accessing my account. I recently upgraded to a new phone, the Galaxy Note 9, and encountered issues logging into my Facebook account through the app due to forgetting my password. Despite receiving a 6-number code via SMS to my cell number, [redacted], the code repeatedly failed. When I attempted to use my email, I was informed that it was not recognized, although it has always been associated with my Facebook account. I then created a new account, but encountered the same problem. I am now left with no choice but to request the deletion of both accounts, despite the loss of pictures and connections with friends, as this seems to be the only solution. Hello, I am trying to regain access to an old account. After changing my password as requested, the system then required a scanned document. I opted for my driver's license, following the guidelines on your website. Upon submitting, I thought the process would be complete. However, the next day, I received an email from Facebook stating I hadn't attached a valid form of identification. Now I am hesitant to email my driver's license, as it is not secure. I have been using Facebook as "Aanmona Mon" for over a decade. I recently encountered an issue where Facebook is requesting identification proof to verify my name. My nickname is Sumon, and Aanmona Mon is the name I go by on Facebook. I do not have any official documentation for this name. Facebook needs a document or picture displaying the name I use on the platform for verification. I received a confirmation stating that my request cannot be processed without providing the required proof from their list of acceptable IDs. Despite successfully resetting my password, I am unable to access my account. This account is crucial for my university and personal life, and without it, I am facing significant disruption. I am unsure of any wrongdoing on my part and urgently require assistance with this matter.

I recently received a Facebook Messenger message from a friend, asking about my well-being and mentioning a global fund that supposedly gave her $[redacted],[redacted] and could do the same for me. She encouraged me to text a provided phone number for assistance. The sudden message seemed out of character for her. When I inquired about her artwork, she urged me to call the number right away. Considering the unusual circumstances, I reported the interaction to Facebook. I also reached out to her directly through her personal phone number to clarify. Surprisingly, she was unaware of the Messenger message and didn't send it. I shared screenshots of the conversation with her daughter. I'm concerned that Facebook might mistakenly disconnect her mobile phone. It's important for her safety, as she relies on her phone. My main intention was solely to address the potential hacking of her Facebook Messenger. She confirmed that her phone was with her and that she hadn't shared her number for the text. I hope Facebook can safeguard her mobile phone number linked to her account and focus on the security of her Messenger platform.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing Facebook because of changing my phone number and device. Despite contacting the help center multiple times and providing my driver's license photo, I have not received any response from Facebook regarding this issue. My account, which is over a decade old, holds sentimental value. Although my password is accurate, I cannot retrieve it from my old mobile phone. My brother's account has been hacked, and now someone is posting vulgar and violent content in Arabic. I am receiving messages and phone calls from the messenger app due to this issue. Despite multiple reports from my family, Facebook has taken no action. I am deeply concerned and disappointed in a company with ample resources that fails to address such serious matters promptly. If no action is taken, I will involve law enforcement. The situation is alarming, especially as a young girl receiving inappropriate video requests late at night from my brother's compromised account. Facebook must improve its response to these critical issues.

Urgent Help Needed! My Facebook account under "[redacted]" has been temporarily locked for over a week. I have tried all available customer service options but received no response. There seems to be no legitimate customer service number to call. Despite multiple attempts to reset my password using both my mobile number and email, I am unable to unlock my account. The "continue" tab for verification is unresponsive. I have changed my password successfully several times, but the account remains locked. Hello, I have been using my nickname for my Facebook account from the beginning. I believe I have the right to be known by this name. There is a name change feature that everyone uses, but now I have had to provide my ID because my account does not show my real name, Gary Hall. Facebook allows using the name your friends know you by, which is Stan in my case. For business purposes, I prefer using Gary Hall. I chose the nickname Stan D Man due to receiving hate messages on Messenger for speaking against animal cruelty. My profile is authentic, and I don't understand why my ID approval is taking so long, it's been over 12 hours. This delay has locked me out of my charitable and volunteer groups, including the political party page that I manage. I am puzzled by Facebook's name change option when it seems that I can't use it. Many users don't use their real names on Facebook, so I am unsure why my page was flagged and shut down.

Good Morning, I wanted to bring to your attention a fake Facebook account that has been created under the name of Dave Masters, connected to my [redacted] email address. I receive notifications regularly, with the latest one received this morning indicating 80 notifications pending. My actual email address in use is [redacted], as I solely use the previous one for recovery purposes. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to have this fraudulent account removed since I did not set it up and lack the password required for deletion. I tried resetting the password but faced obstacles like providing proof of identity, which I cannot do for an account not created by me. I am troubled by the potential misuse of this account and its content, unable to monitor its activity or purpose. Although I contacted the UK technical team, who traced the origin to California, the account remains active. Requesting urgent action to delete this account and confirm its removal to avoid escalating this matter to the UK Cyber Police. Dear Facebook, I am writing on behalf of Darkas Holidays (I am the Chairman & CEO). Unfortunately, a staff member (Romanian) who left our company 6 or 7 years ago created a Facebook page under our name based in Corfu Island without our consent, known as Darkas EU. Despite requesting through mail 3 or 4 years ago to cancel or block this page, not only was that page blocked, but our official Darkas Holidays page was also blocked. We now cannot access our page and are receiving messages asking why we are not posting anymore. Kindly either provide new access codes or permanently delete our Darkas Holidays Facebook page. I posted about my friend's severe car accident and asked for advice on how to claim insurance, but some users misunderstood the situation. They left insensitive comments, which upset me greatly. I tried to explain, but it led to more negative comments and I feel emotionally drained. I am an employee at Corner Rock Building Company and set up their social media accounts in October [redacted]. At that time, I linked the business Facebook account to my personal Facebook to streamline the login process, as I manage multiple business accounts. However, I neglected to note down the email address associated with the business account. My Instagram account @kasidakarlie has been hacked, and despite going through recovery steps, my email has been changed, making it impossible to recover my account. I have been struggling with this issue for almost a month or possibly longer. The hacker has taken over my account, using my photos and personal information. Prior to the hack, my account name was @sethscaglia, linked to the business account @earthyuniversal. The email on the account was [redacted], which has been altered. When I try to reset my password, the link is sent to my phone, but it only logs me into @earthyuniversal, not @kasidakarlie. I am in desperate need of regaining access to my @kasidakarlie account.
