Hello, I am reaching out regarding my account in Cao Bang. My phone number is [redacted]5, and my email is [redacted] I created this account around [redacted]. Unfortunately, I lost control of it and was informed that someone reported me for using another person's name, which is not true. Shortly after, someone contacted me offering to help recover my account for $[redacted] in exchange for a copy of my driver's license. At this point, I'm hesitant as the individual may be the one who falsely reported me. Can someone assist me in recovering my account via SMS to my phone number or email? Please avoid using the link given, as I suspect the person offering to help might be involved in the issue. I am willing to provide any necessary information to regain access to my account. I have been locked out of my Facebook account for two weeks now. This happened after my wife and I traveled internationally. We were unable to inform Facebook about our trip, and as a security measure, they locked us out while we were logged in. We have been trying to regain access for weeks. Each time we reach the final step, the process glitches, and we have to start over. We have spent over 10 hours collectively trying to resolve this issue. While I consider creating a new Facebook account, I am hesitant as I would lose years of memories and contacts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

After a period of inactivity, I tried to access my account again, only to find out that the password, phone number, and email had been changed. I suspect my account might have been compromised. Subsequently, I changed my password directly on Instagram. Upon logging in, my username (susanacook1954) remained the same, but my account had been reset with no previous content. I tried to delete my Facebook account (Naomi Maxine) back in [redacted], but it seems it is still active with my private information visible. I want to permanently delete it, but I have forgotten all the login details, including email, passwords, and dates associated with it. I didn't set up trusted contacts for account recovery. Since I can't verify my identity, Facebook's help center has not been useful, and I am struggling to get in touch with Facebook directly. The old account has a yellow profile and a Shakespeare quote. When I deleted it, I also removed the connected Google account. Following that, I created a new account with the same name (Naomi Maxine), which I later changed to my nickname. Please assist me in deleting the old account.

I am unable to access my account because a man has hacked into my old account with all my personal photos, including my son's baby pictures. He changed the name to his and the profile picture to my son's photo. The old hacked account is under [redacted], which is now deactivated, but my current account under [redacted] was mistakenly deactivated instead. I received a message on Messenger from a friend with a video link asking, "Is this you Hailey?" Curious, I clicked on the video link, only to be redirected to a Facebook post that led me to a prize wheel page. Realizing it was not relevant, I exited the page. However, this morning, I found myself logged out of Messenger. When I tried to log back in, it prompted me to enter a confirmation code sent to my phone, which I never received even after waiting for 20 minutes. Concerned, I attempted to log in again with no success. A friend suggested I was hacked and advised me to create a new profile, as she had experienced a similar issue twice. I would appreciate assistance in either recovering my existing profile or permanently deleting it to create a new one.

I have a Facebook account under a different name not my own to avoid contact from my son's abusive father who has been creating other accounts to reach me. I originally had an account under my real name Layla Leanne Jepson but deactivated it and created a new one as Taurus-Love Emerald. I'm locked out because I can't upload documents with the fake name. I'm willing to prove my identity but would like to keep the account name to stay safe. Can my account be reset so I can access Facebook again?

I made a purchase of Lipsense on the Facebook Marketplace. The seller requested payment via Facebook Pay through Messenger, explaining she couldn't meet due to her baby being in the NICU, despite living in the same city. Initially, she mentioned waiting up to 5 days for the payment to reflect in her account before shipping. On the fifth day, she said the package was sent but hasn't provided a tracking number after several requests. I reported the seller and can no longer view her profile, unsure if I've been blocked. It's been nearly 2 weeks with no response, and I'm seeking either the items I paid for or a $72 refund. Prompt resolution is preferred as I'm eager to receive the purchased items.

Hello, I am experiencing difficulty logging into my Facebook account. The login process seems to be encountering an issue without specifying the problem. After enter my credentials and clicking "log in," I receive a message saying, "Sorry, something went wrong. We are working on getting this fixed as soon as we can." Despite attempting to log in from a different computer and web browser, as well as using my mobile phone, I still face the same error. Interestingly, there are no connectivity problems as my sister can log in without any issues. Even when trying to reset my password, I encounter the same error message. The account is verifiably active as I accessed it through my siblings' profiles. Although I hoped the issue might be resolved within the day, I still encounter the error. I have been advertising Pug puppies on Facebook Marketplace for years without any issues. Suddenly, early last year ([redacted]), my puppy ads started getting flagged as spam with a message saying there is a problem with my ad and that I am trying to sell items not permitted on Facebook Marketplace. I post in groups clearly labeled "dogs for sale" or "puppies for sale" along with other ads that clearly state the puppies are for sale. I am unsure why this is happening and would appreciate a clear explanation of what I may be doing wrong. I always check the admin notes to ensure I include all necessary information. When I contacted administrators, they informed me that it is not them but Facebook rejecting my ads, and they have no further information. I have screenshots to share if needed.

I tried to log in to my account from a computer at Walmart, but it got locked. Now, I need to confirm my identity to unlock it. Unfortunately, I can't remember the birthday I used when I set up the account. Also, I lost my phone when my car was stolen, and I'm awaiting a replacement later today. Why do you allow Tool Mall.com to advertise on your site? I lost $[redacted] purchasing from them. They operate multiple deceitful tool sites on Facebook, all fake, aimed at ripping off people. Despite this, you still permit them to advertise. You share responsibility with these fake sites for stealing money from innocent individuals. Many people trust that Facebook screens their advertisers to ensure they are legitimate, but this is clearly not the case.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Facebook page using my usual password "Panda1953." It has been quite challenging to receive assistance. Please proceed with deleting my business Facebook account. I am frustrated with the automated help system in place. Kindly delete the account named (Cai Polstring) featuring an Oxford chair in the profile picture. It is crucial either to recover my password or for you to delete it since I am facing copyright issues regarding the Oxford chair profile picture. They are threatening to penalize me for using this picture on an account I cannot access. I also have another account without a picture that I can log into. I am uncertain about the email associated with the profile displaying the Oxford chair since it was created by a retired individual for my company long ago. Last night, when I tried to log in to Facebook with my Facebook name, it requested my everyday name instead. I managed to access Facebook last night and this morning using my everyday name. However, when I tried to log in a few hours ago, I was prompted to change my password, which I did. Despite changing my password, I encountered difficulties accessing my account. Facebook indicated that they are processing my information and it may take some time. I later received an email requesting proof of my identity, such as a copy of my driver's license, school photo ID, or bank statement. This requirement surprised me as others I spoke to have not encountered the same request before.

My account is locked for no reason. It logged me out and accuses me of misusing the recovery feature without sending any emails to either of my accounts. There's no phone number to call for help, and I've been waiting for over 5 hours for an email to recover my account, but I keep getting the same unhelpful instructions. Facebook has been around for years and made a lot of money, yet they still don't have phone support, which doesn't make sense. I just started my podcast and radio station, and they both had customer support from day one. This whole situation is frustrating and nonsensical.

Two months ago, my page was hacked, and despite my attempts to access my account, the hacker successfully updated the password and email address. Although I can still log in with my email, the recovery email has been changed to an unfamiliar .info address. My Facebook friends are mainly family and classmates, and I've heard that inappropriate content and images were posted on the account.
