I need to report an incident to Instagram. A girl has been using my name and pictures on a fake account and has even added my family, colleagues, and relatives. I recently found out about the account "jazz9612_" that was created last month on September 16th. I don't want to provide screenshots but have included the ID. The account "jazz9612_" has been closed; however, this person has created a new account "jazz_9612" and hacked into a known contact's account "pooja4389_." I am concerned she will continue to create more accounts using our names in the future. She has her own photos but is misusing ours, and I would like to track the IP addresses involved. I was informed yesterday that my Facebook Marketplace account was permanently blocked for violating Commerce Policies. I want to appeal this decision. I am an individual, not a business, who opened this account in [redacted]. I recently posted items for sale during a moving sale. Each item I listed belongs to me, and I am the sole owner. I am not engaged in any commercial activity, business deals, or selling contracts. I have not sold any illegal items or services. I am unsure of the specific violation that led to my account being blocked. It is possible that mentioning brand names in my posts contributed to this issue, although I see many others doing the same. I have submitted an appeal through the support inbox but only received a standard reply. I am unsure how to reach the right person to resolve this matter. I hope my marketplace functionality can be restored soon, as I have more items to sell during my moving sale. I request a review of my case as I only use the marketplace for personal purposes. I have attempted to access my account several times over the past two weeks without success. I recently changed my phone and phone number, and I seem to have set up two-factor authentication without remembering. The authentication codes are being sent to my old number, which I would like to update. Despite submitting my driver's license and explanation through the customer service page, it has been over two weeks with no response. I am unsure why there has been no resolution yet. I have followed all the instructions provided. Additionally, I want to disable the two-factor authentication as I am unable to access my account due to the verification process, and my old phone number is no longer active.

He has been posting verbal abuse about my sister Eimear Birdy, including threats against me and mentioning my 11-year-old niece who experienced something terrible. PJ Murtagh, who used to date my sister, continues to harass our family with disturbing content such as death threats, discussions of sexual abuse, and more. I encountered difficulties logging into Facebook on my Chromebook, and in a moment of technical confusion, I logged out on my phone. After struggling to remember my password and unable to verify my identity, I attempted to merge a new account with the original. Regrettably, I now cannot access my original account, Overseer Falisha Case-Spoon. The newly created account under Falisha Spoon must be deleted as it was intended to assist in retrieving the original account. My Facebook accounts, named Mark Lamb, were both accessed by my ex-partner, Sarah Parker. She pretended to be me and harassed multiple individuals. Unbeknownst to me, she changed the email address for my accounts. I have managed to access one account, but she deleted her messages and login details. This situation has upset a lot of people. The only instance I faced a temporary block was due to excessive ads posted in Costa Rican selling groups classified as spam. This was a fair action. However, I have encountered a more pressing issue recently. My account, which holds vital personal content, including memories, photos, and contacts necessary for communication, was seemingly hacked. After reporting unauthorized credit card transactions related to my real estate page, I have been unable to regain access to my account. Despite submitting my identification and following Facebook's instructions to reset my password, I remain locked out. Earlier today, I received a notification stating that I have been blocked for 3 days due to an image I posted, although the image itself was not displayed to me. I left a message as requested for review, but now it shows as closed. I am concerned as I would like to know the image in question to avoid repeating any mistakes. Regarding case #[redacted][redacted], I posted an advertisement on Facebook which Facebook rejected, citing reasons related to the promotion of weapons being highly regulated globally. Despite my adherence to Facebook's Advertising Policies, indicating approval to sell holsters and belt accessories to an audience of at least 18 years old, my ad was still rejected. I have appealed this decision, but I have not received any response since yesterday. Communicating with Facebook is proving to be a challenge. My company strictly deals with holsters and belts and operates solely within the United States, not involving the sale of guns, ammunition, or explosives prohibited on the platform. I have expressed these points in my response. I have been advertising on Facebook for years, and similar products are being sold by other companies without issue. It is crucial for Facebook to review, interpret their policies correctly, and address this matter promptly.
