My phone recently died and I got another phone from AT&T (Samsung-Android-S*Active). When I tried to log into fb my password was wrong. I tried changing my password using my fb identity (Kenneth LeBlanc), my phone * (***-***-****), and my email accounts (*****@***.com & *****@***.com. fb did not recognize any of this identification information. When I tried to create another account using the above phone * I received an e-mail from fb telling me that number was already being used in an account. I have been able to pull up my fb page on my wife's fb page and it is clearly active.**I have been working on this problem for * days and can clearly say you system ***** concerning this problem. **I can be reached at ***-***-****. Please text or call me their. I love fb but this experience has been more then frustrating.
