I am looking to switch to my alternate account and discontinue using my current account. However, every time I attempt to reset the password, I receive an error stating that I have entered the passcode incorrectly too many times. This has been happening consistently for weeks, even after waiting for a period before trying again. Clearing cache and cookies has not resolved the issue, despite following the recommended advice. I provided my Google information to Facebook, but I am still unable to access my account, which feels intrusive. I rely on my other account for important reasons, and the current situation is frustrating. In [redacted], it would be appreciated if the focus shifts from data sharing and profit to resolving technical issues with the platform. What's even more frustrating is that the password I am told is incorrect was the one I last used successfully before having to reset it.

There have been numerous suspicious activities on my account involving my famous friends' photos. I am unable to access my account and my personal photos have been shared without my consent. I have been trying to resolve this issue for weeks regarding a dispute over assets related to Mr. B. Payne, who has passed away. Despite reaching out multiple times for assistance, I have not received a response from the support team. Additionally, I have a missing son for over five years, and his favorite picture is in my account's photos. I am desperately seeking help to regain control of my account and protect my privacy. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Vicki Cornsilk

I have encountered two issues. Firstly, I received a message claiming I won the Facebook lottery, and in my excitement, I provided my email, name, and address. However, after blocking the sender due to them switching phone numbers, I suspect they may have compromised my email. When trying to access my account, I am informed that my email is incorrect. Secondly, I have been communicating with an individual named Tonia Alfred, who requested money without specifying reasons but mentioned needing iTunes. Though I am usually willing to assist those in need, I became suspicious when she claimed to be in distress and urgently wanted to leave a location, followed by delayed responses and inappropriate language when questioned. Her stated location of LA, California contradicts findings indicating she is actually in Syracuse, NY.

Hello, I haven't logged into Facebook for around 3 or maybe 4 days. Today, when I tried to access my Facebook messenger, I received a message stating that my account has been temporarily locked due to suspicious activity. I followed the provided instructions and successfully reset my password. After briefly accessing my account, I noticed unauthorized posts attempting to sell items on my behalf. Despite going through the recovery process three times, I am still unable to regain access to my Facebook or messages. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Caroline Thies. I have provided my new email address for communication as a precaution, since I suspect that my previous email address, [redacted], may have been compromised.

I am reaching out regarding my grandmother, S. Vandevere, who has some concerns about recent incidents involving her Facebook account. During Labor Day weekend, she noticed that her friend list showed 0 friends, even though she actually has 43 friends. A few days later, the 43 friends reappeared. Additionally, she received a suggestion from myself and my father, J. Marshall, to start a birthday fundraiser, which we did not make. Despite this, the fundraiser was initiated, and I and others have contributed to it. I would appreciate clarification on two points: 1.) Why did my grandmother's friends vanish and then reappear? 2.) Could you determine if the fundraiser suggestion was from Facebook or a possible outside source, like a hacker? I await your response. Thank you. Sincerely, S.

As a concerned individual, I am experiencing distress due to false statements made online regarding my son's involvement in a car incident. Despite his mental health struggles, the situation has been exacerbated by the public nature of these accusations. The impact on my work and personal life, including the sharing of my address, has caused me significant anxiety and fear. I am in a vulnerable state and seek assistance in addressing this detrimental situation to protect my family and my own well-being. Your intervention in halting these harmful posts is earnestly requested to alleviate the emotional strain and potential consequences we are facing.

My Facebook group was allegedly deleted in January and I was instructed to create a closed group. I complied, but the old group remains causing confusion among customers. Now, the new group has been disabled due to content, without clear instructions for resolution. I am unsure if I need to redo all previous posts or only focus on future ones. I was under the impression that a closed group would offer more freedom and less censorship. I have made efforts to adhere to the rules, but feel targeted unjustly. I would appreciate clarification on the issue and some guidance.

My Facebook account was hacked a few weeks ago, leading to restrictions on Marketplace and BST pages. Despite being a victim of hacking multiple times and creating a new account with minimal activity, Facebook has disabled my account again. As a business owner who relies on Facebook for communication, specifically through Messenger, this issue is severely impacting my ability to operate. I am an older deaf female and not involved in any malicious activities. It is frustrating that I seem to be targeted while no one else I know faces the same problems. Facebook attributes this to a security concern, yet I feel unfairly treated as the offender in this situation. I am seeking guidance on resolving this recurring security issue that repeatedly disables my account.

I shared a photo of my unwell 2-year-old daughter in the hospital that got taken down. I got a notification stating it breached the nudity and sexual activity guidelines. Throughout her life, I've posted many images of her unclothed as kids often are. My account is set to the highest privacy level, visible only to my friends. The specific picture in question only displays her upper body because she had removed her top due to a high fever. I'm puzzled as I've reviewed the guidelines and fail to understand the exact violation. Previous similar images of her without a top had no issues. The closest guideline I found is about females not revealing nipples. She is only 2 years old, and if she were a boy, the photo would be identical. I seek clarification on the violated standard as well as why my other similar photos have not been flagged to ensure consistency. It's quite confusing to me.

I recently shared a photo of my unwell 2-year-old daughter in the hospital, which was removed due to a violation of nudity and sexual activity guidelines. Throughout her two years, I've posted several pictures of her in the nude, as babies tend to be. Having my account set to the highest privacy settings only for friends, I'm puzzled why this particular photo was flagged. The image, showing her from the waist up due to her high fever, seems no different than previous posts. Given that she's a toddler, I'm at a loss as to which specific rule has been breached. It seems the only rule close to fitting is the restriction on female nipples, even though the picture would be the same for a boy. I'm seeking clarification on this matter as it appears inconsistent and confusing.

Dear Facebook Team, I am Esraa Ali, a 27-year-old from Egypt, writing to address the issue with my Facebook account (www.facebook.com/ro2aa.mm). It was disabled in [redacted] due to a name verification problem. I had used a different character instead of the letter "E" at the start of my name, Esraa. Facebook required me to confirm my real name by submitting an ID, so I sent a screenshot of my passport. Unfortunately, after receiving a message stating they would review the submitted documents, I lost track of the communication as I couldn't find the email password. Recently, I located the email and discovered that my ID had been rejected, possibly because my birthdate on Facebook (1-1-[redacted]) differed from my passport (3-1-[redacted]). I responded to the old email with a new passport photo, but Facebook replied that they couldn't assist as the case was closed. This account holds precious memories of my late brother and me, and its reactivation is very important to me. I am eager to regain access to my account and request your assistance. Please don't hesitate to reach out for additional details. Sincerely, Esraa Ali

A few years back, I created my Facebook account but accidentally ended up with two profiles while trying to update my picture as a former rock band frontman in India. I informed my friends about discontinuing the one with just my photo and sticking with the one featuring both my wife and me. Recently, I deactivated my active account to prevent a flood of irrelevant content. However, now I can't find my last active account when trying to reactivate it. Instead, I'm only able to access the account I stopped using. I urgently need assistance with this issue. Thank you, Everett Perry, Not a Tech-Savvy User 😄

I'm Logan S. Poling. Recently, I deleted my profile and my wife Vanessa logged in, changed my password, and now can't remember it. I've been struggling to regain access to my account. My trusted contacts are unable to retrieve the code I sent them to help with the recovery. There must be a simpler way to recover my profile. I propose that a Facebook staff member reach out to assist me. I have all the necessary information for verification. Thank you.

As the CEO of a non-profit organization, I recently had to dismiss two volunteers. Unfortunately, these volunteers, who had admin access to our business page, did not take the news well. One of them, who was the main media person, has now locked me out of my admin rights as an act of retaliation. I am the official owner and CEO, verified through the State. Despite posting their dismissals publicly, I have had no success in getting assistance from Facebook to rectify this issue. I urgently need to have them removed as admins and regain control over the page to prevent any disruptions to our rescue groups and donations. The first post on our page is a birthday fundraiser, clearly identifying me as the Executive Director. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I attempted to make a charitable donation for a friend's (Larry Adams) birthday on Facebook. I believed I canceled a $90 donation before sending it and proceeded to make a new donation of $20 instead. However, both payments ended up going through via PayPal. PayPal advised me to contact Facebook for a refund. The donations were made today around 5:00 PM by Ronda Roozeboom. I have reached out to St. Jude's and PayPal, and they directed me to Facebook for resolution. I was trying to do a kind act, and now I am in a situation where I cannot afford the total amount of $[redacted]. Please advise me on the next steps. Thank you for your assistance.

Dear Facebook Support, I am writing to bring to your attention an important matter regarding my Facebook account under the name Sally Kristina Pearson. Recently, I have discovered that my newborn son's images are being used without my consent by my partner's mother, Hayley Clardey. As a concerned mother, I am requesting immediate removal of all photos of my son, Quillian, from her profile and news feed. I firmly believe in protecting my child's privacy, especially considering the strained relationship between us and my partner's family. It is imperative for me as a mother to have control over who can post images of my son, especially since he is only 4 months old. The photos in question were taken on the day of his birth, and I ask for your assistance in ensuring their removal from Hayley Clardey's account. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and trust that you will handle it with sensitivity and confidentiality. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, Sally
