Facebook suspended my account for 72 hours, which is affecting my ability to support my family through buying and selling on the platform. I want my account to be reinstated immediately. I got blocked for posting a picture that originated on Facebook. I rely on Facebook for my livelihood, but now I can't communicate with customers, post new ads, or even connect with my family. The content I shared was not inappropriate, yet I've been penalized unfairly. I manage about six Facebook pages, and being unable to access my account has disrupted my work. I was a victim of a scam on a business listed on your site. The sales were conducted through Facebook chat, and I made a payment with the expectation of receiving an account. However, after receiving the payment, the seller blocked me, preventing any further communication. Initially, we agreed that I would pay $[redacted] to receive the account details for verification. Subsequently, the seller claimed uncertainty about the transaction and insisted on receiving the full amount before providing the information. Feeling compelled, I paid the remaining sum. Once the seller received the full payment, they blocked me. This situation feels like theft. The business is Elder Scrolls Online Marketplace, operating through the Facebook page ESOInternationalMarket. I am willing to share the chat log as evidence. Hello, my account was hacked by someone from China about four days ago. My profile picture was changed, and random posts were made on my account. Many Chinese people started following my account. I acted immediately by changing my password, unfollowing all those people, deleting the posts, and restoring my profile to its original state. I added a security code, and even contacted customer support through the Facebook app to report the hacking incident. Today, on 9/14/[redacted], I tried to access the app and found out that my account is disabled. I submitted an appeal with my ID attached, but I urgently need it to be reopened today or tomorrow at the latest. I have customers waiting to purchase items from me on the FB marketplace on 9/15/[redacted], but I can't message them in this disabled state. Please, reopen my account promptly.

I deleted my Facebook account in January this year, but it seems to still be active. I suspect it has been stolen. I can no longer access the email or phone number linked to the account because they have been changed. When trying to log in with my old password, it appears to have been altered, and there is an unknown email address and a WhatsApp account associated with it, which is not mine. I've been prompted to enter a current password that I do not know. Unfortunately, I don't have any recovery information as the old email and phone number have also been changed. I am willing to provide additional information like photo ID, old phone number, and past passwords. My main concern is for my privacy and how the account is being used. Initially banned for 30 days on August 7th due to a comment I made, my post was reinstated during the ban with an apology from Facebook. However, I have been hit with another 30-day ban without explanation. Since I couldn't post during the first ban, I am confused as to why I am banned again. Attempts to contact Facebook have been unsuccessful, leading me to seek assistance from your office to rectify this issue. Understanding the reason for the ban would help prevent future occurrences, but I have not been provided with one. Yesterday, my phone died, and I inserted my SIM card into a new one. Now, I am unable to access my Facebook account that I have had for 8 years. Earlier this year, I received a message from Facebook prompting me to change my password, and now I can't recall the new one. Moreover, the email address and mobile number I initially used are no longer in use. Facebook states that I need access to my old Hotmail account to regain entry, but I have been unsuccessful in recovering it as I haven't used it in over 5 years. I am deeply saddened because I use the platform to foster and rehome homeless cats, and I have built up essential links, photos, contacts, and followers that are now inaccessible. I had to create a new account, but I would really appreciate it if I could regain access to my old account. I recently discovered that I was tagged in posts on a Facebook account that belongs to someone who passed away years ago. The account seems to have been hacked, and it's frustrating because there's no way to address this issue. This isn't the only case; I'm aware of multiple deceased individuals whose Facebook accounts are still active, with posts still appearing occasionally. It's disconcerting that Facebook doesn't provide a way for friends and family to report such activity on accounts of deceased individuals. We lack the necessary documentation like a death certificate that Facebook likely requires to deactivate these accounts. As a result, we're left vulnerable to hackers who exploit these inactive accounts, while Facebook's current protocols don't account for these scenarios where the original account holders are deceased.

I have two Facebook accounts that I want permanently deleted along with all my personal information. I've encountered difficulties deleting them, as they only seem to get deactivated. This prevents me from fully deleting my accounts and my personal data remains accessible, which I believe goes against privacy laws. If my accounts are not completely deleted, I will have to take legal action against Facebook. I urgently request the deletion of my accounts.

I am concerned about a situation involving my parked car in Widnes. Despite not driving at the time, my vehicle, which displays my company name on the registration plate, has been involved in a public post causing much distress. The comments name my child's school, my neighbors, and mention personal matters from a past civil dispute unrelated to me. My neighbor even made false accusations against me, leading to a confrontation with my partner who was driving. I have requested the post's removal due to harassment, slander, and the incitement of violence, but my attempts have been unsuccessful as I have been blocked. This ongoing situation is damaging both my personal reputation and my company, and needs immediate resolution.
