While on Youtube on my PC yesterday, I experienced a glitch with Chrome and some extension(s). The browser was having problems displaying the video thumbnails on YouTube. I also could not play videos unless I launched each in a separate window. It was warning me about this too, but I persisted in using it. A restart did not help. **During this time, I added a comment to a video I was watching (a link to a Wikipedia article regarding the subject being discussed in that video), and then the window froze. I believe I actually had to restart again. Shortly thereafter I received a notice about my account being suspended. No details were given.**I hit the button to file a complaint, and basically said this must be an error and asked what happened! I then got a response that it was investigated and my account is going to remain suspended. Again, no reason. I decided to retrace my path, and discovered the comment I made was posted NINETEEN times. I conclude that the browser glitches I was experiencing somehow caused this. So, my assumption is that this was seen as spam. If anyone had investigated my account prior to termination, they would see that no other instance of spam had EVER occurred. If that was done, this may have been seen as an oddity, rather - it was assumed to be vandalism with no prior history! *As I understand it, there is no way to appeal a second time - now with this new information. If the reason was given in the first place, at least I could have responded with the info I provided here (not that I’m sure they would believe me.) But because no reason was specified, I “wasted” my only chance to explain what happened, because I did not know it!
