I accidentally deleted my Facebook account linked to [redacted] from my phone. There was no associated phone number, but you can reach me at [redacted]. While trying to recover it, I might have created a new account with the same name. I am looking to restore the old active account and remove the new one if it exists. Resetting the password did not work. Additionally, I want to transfer the account to another device. Reach me at the provided phone number or email if needed. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Telane Jefferies

I used to log in to Facebook using my friend's phone. Facebook then asked me to verify my login locations, which I confirmed. Suddenly, I received messages prompting me to reset my password. After changing my password multiple times, I now cannot remember the current one and am locked out of my account. Due to not setting up security questions or adding an email, I am unable to reset my password. I only had my old phone number listed, which is no longer in use since I changed my SIM card four years ago. Facebook is trying to send an SMS to my old number for verification, which I cannot receive. I am willing to provide a photo of myself for verification. Please assist me with this issue.

Dear Facebook, I have created four Facebook pages over the past 10 years along with my musical book which consists of 34 chapters. These accounts have been fully supported by the Facebook Team, who have been wonderful throughout the years. Recently, within the last 3 weeks, all my accounts associated with HAYLEY SUSAN TURNER and MEMBERS OF EAST LONDON LIVE LOVE MUSIC have been disappearing from public view daily and nightly. When I try to log in, I am prompted to create a new password. I have been informed that this issue is related to a Facebook server problem, not hacking. I have been up all night trying to recover the lost chapters. This situation has caused me immense distress, as I have never encountered such issues on Facebook before. I am pleading for assistance to prevent this from happening repeatedly. This account is crucial to me, and I am desperate for your help. Thank you for your support. Warm Regards, Hayley Susan

Dear Facebook team, I have dedicated ten years to creating four music and life story pages on Facebook, which I consider my musical book with 34 chapters. Lately, all my Hayley Susan Turner accounts, who are team members of my pages and "East London Live Love Music," have been disappearing from public view without warning. When I try to log in, I am prompted to reset my password or provide a photo for verification. I've been assured by Norton that it's a Facebook server issue, not hacking. This situation has left me distressed and I find myself searching for my accounts repeatedly. It's been exhausting trying to regain access each time. I've never experienced anything like this before on Facebook and it's taking a toll on my health. Please assist me in resolving this recurring problem and preventing it from happening again. This account means a lot to me, and I sincerely hope for your urgent help. Warm regards, Hayley Susan.

My pages and accounts mean the world to me, along with my two dogs. I dedicated over a decade creating 34 chapters across 4 pages. I kindly ask Facebook to address the ongoing issue that keeps prompting me to change passwords or verify my identity with a photo. I sincerely request your support to preserve my legacy under Hayley Susan Turner and Hayley Turner for the world to enjoy. My final account's email is [redacted] Today, on my 54th birthday, September 14th, I am reaching out in a state of anxiety. Ensuring the safety and integrity of my work is paramount to me, as it has brought joy to many. I trust the Facebook Team will act promptly to resolve this matter. With gratitude and love, Hayley.

Dear Team, I am urgently seeking your help and feedback as my Facebook account has been stolen under the name of Ahmed Fikry ELAshry, which the hacker changed to Abdo Mokhtar. The hacker also changed the passwords for both the Facebook account and the linked email address [redacted], leaving me unable to access it. If needed, you can verify with my friends on Facebook, particularly Mohamed Elashri (Brother), Marwa Ashry (Sister), Asma Ahmed (Wife), and Ahmed Maher (Friend). I kindly request that the reset code be sent to my mobile number, which is still linked to my account: +[redacted]63 (Egyptian mobile number), or to my friends listed above, or to my new email [redacted] Prompt support is greatly appreciated. Please be aware that the hacker is using my account to sell items on Facebook, potentially leading to legal issues. Regards

While browsing Facebook this afternoon, I immediately received a notification to log out, which I accepted by clicking "ok." However, when I attempted to log back in, I encountered an issue as my password was not recognized. Despite multiple attempts to reset my password over a period of five hours, including using my Google account, I have been unsuccessful. Continuously trying to log in led to my account being locked and being informed to try again later. Despite these efforts, the situation remains unchanged. The login codes I received seemed to repeat and I was unable to gain access to my account. I am uncertain about the reason behind these challenges and would like to understand if my account has been blocked without any violations on my part. It is frustrating to think that Facebook may restrict access without valid reason or explanation.

I believe Facebook should provide users with specific information about what policy they violated before abruptly logging them out of the platform, which can be seen as impolite. Offering the option to log out before presenting this information may lead to confusion. Users should be given the opportunity to defend their posts, and penalties should only be implemented if a violation is confirmed. I recently had a post flagged as a violation, prompting me to review it. Surprisingly, it was just a picture of nature. It seemed unreasonable for it to be reported and removed without proper consideration. It would be beneficial for Facebook to communicate with users more respectfully, outlining the actions they intend to take and the duration of any penalties. Above all, it is important for them to carefully assess reported content before taking action. It is essential to maintain politeness and engage with users, as they are neither invisible nor infallible.

I am feeling incredibly frustrated as every single one of my ads keeps getting disapproved for reasons unknown to me. I have spent nearly $4,[redacted] on ads, conducting tests on both previously approved videos and simple photos, only to have them rejected. I have been dealing with this issue persistently for five days now. It is truly exasperating and impacting my business negatively. Despite my frustration, I acknowledge the complexity of Facebook and appreciate the platform. However, this recent setback has significantly affected the momentum of my Facebook Pixels. Even after creating a new ad account to troubleshoot, my ads are still being disapproved. I am at a loss and in need of assistance. Thank you.

Hello, I recently bought a new phone and am having trouble logging into my Facebook account because the email it was linked to is inactive. Despite contacting AOL, they couldn't reactivate it. The phone number and email linked to my account are also unreachable. The email on my account is [redacted], and my current email is [redacted] Is there a way to verify my identity and regain access to my account on my new phone? Any assistance would be much appreciated. Thank you. - L. Greatwood

While I was on my Facebook page, I was prompted to log out soon after logging in. I unwittingly clicked "ok" and found myself unable to log back in. Despite multiple attempts to reset my password, I kept receiving the same login code and was eventually locked out of my account. I suspect I may have been blocked, which has left me frustrated and confused. I even tried logging in through my Google account without success. The experience has left me wondering if Facebook handles account issues appropriately, especially regarding blocking users without clear communication. There have been instances where my posts were mistakenly taken down but later restored after I contested the decision. I believe Facebook should adopt a more fair and transparent approach to handling reported content and user accounts. Blocking users for 30 days without proper explanation or warning seems harsh and counterproductive to creating a harmonious online community. I urge Facebook to prioritize communication and fairness in their moderation practices and kindly request access to my account be restored.

I am currently experiencing trouble logging into my account due to a phishing issue. Despite entering my email and password, a message indicating that my account is temporarily locked appears, prompting me to confirm my identity. I attempted different verification methods, including commenting on recent posts and confirming through my friends' contact list, but I was unable to regain access. Even after trying the birthday confirmation, I still cannot log in. When trying to redo the identity confirmation, nothing happens after clicking the continue button. I urgently need access to my Facebook account as it is crucial for my business activities. Please investigate why the identity confirmation process is not working and help me regain access to my account. You can reach me at my Facebook login email [redacted]. I appreciate prompt assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

While on Facebook, I quickly logged in, then got a message to log out, which I clicked "ok" on. After this, I couldn't log in again. I clicked on "forgot password?" and spent five hours trying to resolve it. Many login codes were sent until my account got locked. I suspect I might have been blocked. I also tried logging in with my Google account without success. Resetting the password didn't work either. I question why I was locked out without warning. Facebook should review reported content before taking actions like this. It's important to handle such situations with fairness and maturity. Removing offensive posts is understandable, but blocking users for 30 days seems extreme. Users should be informed and cautioned instead. My account access needs to be restored promptly.

I received a notification about someone trying to access my account with a different email address. I selected "no" when asked if it was me and successfully reset my password. However, I received the same notification again from the same email address about an hour later. I reset my password again, but then the same issue happened later on. This time, when I tried to reset my password, it stated that my current password was entered incorrectly even though I confirmed it was accurate. As a result, I'm now unable to reset my password and access my account. The email address associated with this seems unfamiliar to me, and it appears to be originating from Denver, Colorado, while I am in Penrose, Colorado.

Hello, I was banned from the marketplace about a month ago, and I've been appealing the decision since then. The reason given was that I violated a rule, but after reviewing the guidelines, I can't identify any violation in my posts. I've posted similar content before without any issues, so I'm confused about why I'm facing this now. It's essential for me to participate in these groups to promote my business and connect with customers. I'm eager to resolve this matter and would appreciate your assistance in understanding the situation better. Please help me get back to selling and supporting my direct sales community. Thank you for looking into this promptly.

I had a troubling encounter with someone named Logan Stutheit who contacted me out of the blue, making inappropriate threats. He even mentioned involving my ex-partner who dislikes me. This individual continued to reach out to me on Instagram, and I unknowingly responded at first. However, his behavior led me to block him. I found out he misrepresented our interaction on social media. While I do not have evidence of that post, I do have screenshots of our conversation before he blocked me. Is there any way to retrieve our deleted conversation? I am concerned for my safety as he made alarming statements. I have taken steps to contact his workplace to report his misconduct towards me, a minor.

While using YouTube on my PC yesterday, I encountered a glitch with Chrome and some extensions. The video thumbnails weren't showing, and I had trouble playing videos without opening them in separate windows. Despite warnings, I persisted, even after a restart that didn't fix the issue. When I commented on a video with a Wikipedia link, the window froze, and I had to restart again. Soon after, I received a vague suspension notice without reasons. I filed a complaint, but the reply upheld the suspension without explanation. Investigating further, I found my comment had posted 19 times, likely due to the browser glitches. I suspect this repeat comment triggered a spam flag leading to my suspension. My account history shows no prior spam activity. It's frustrating that I can't appeal again, especially with this newfound understanding. If they had given a reason initially, I could have presented this detail for consideration. But since none was provided, my chance to clarify was lost.

Hi there, I am feeling extremely anxious right now. I encountered an individual online posing as a cam girl who used a fake camera to record me. After giving them my Facebook details, they are now blackmailing me with threats to share the explicit video with my contacts unless I pay them a sum of money. Despite complying with their demands, I am still extremely worried about the potential repercussions of having this video shared with all my friends and family. The scammer even logged into Skype, posed as a cam girl, captured the screen, and messaged everyone on my friend list, including fans of my band page who have liked my posts. This has been a devastating experience for me. I am contemplating deactivating my account to protect my friends, but I am concerned about the impact it may have on my band's fan page where I have many mutual connections. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have been locked out of my Facebook account for over a year now. I suspect my ex hacked into it, changed the password, email, and phone number. Due to the situation, I cannot contact them, and there hasn't been any activity on the account. Despite trying various methods to regain access, none have worked. This was my account for 8 years, so I can provide proof of ownership with old passwords, login details, photos, and can verify my identity through ID or video chat. I am desperate to reconnect with family and friends after moving countries. Please assist. - Nicole Bancroft (Locked Facebook name: Nicole Davens, Current Facebook name: Nicole Davenport)

After switching from AT&T to Consumer Cellular to save $80 a month, I discovered that when I transferred to my new iPhone SE, everything moved over except my Facebook profile and Messenger. I was advised to create a new account, assuming all my photos and profile information were lost. Surprisingly, my old iPhone 7 still had my original FB profile with all my pictures, wall posts, and messages intact. I prefer this account over the newly created one. However, when I tried to switch, I was informed that my email address and phone number were already in use. I want to delete the new account and keep my former one, but I'm hesitant to proceed, fearing I might lose access to my original account. This is where I'm currently stuck in the process.
