Good afternoon, I have been banned for 30 days due to a comedy picture I posted that was flagged for violating community standards. I believe the real issue lies in the presence of videos depicting graphic violence which are allowed to remain. To address this discrepancy, I have compiled evidence of these violations and intend to share them with legal counsel for further action. The ban has impacted my ability to manage items in the marketplace and communicate with customers, affecting my livelihood. It is puzzling how a harmless picture can lead to a ban while extremely graphic content is tolerated on the platform. I will be moving forward with sharing the evidence with my legal representative.

A few weeks ago, my account got hacked because I fell for a phishing email that impersonated Facebook. It sent out a Ray Ban ad to all my friends. After changing my password on my laptop, it seemed to resolve the issue. However, yesterday, I got locked out of my account on my phone and received another warning email about a hack attempt. I changed the password again, but this time I couldn't edit my account email as the button wasn't working. Now, I can't access Facebook on my phone even after using the new password. It keeps saying it's wrong and suggests changing it again. I'm getting confused with all these changes and need help to regain access on my cell phone. My laptop is working fine.

I have attempted to contact customer service through email without any success, and the phone customer service experience has not been helpful either. We are reaching out to various email support addresses in the hopes of finding a team that can assist us in deleting an old account for Stephan. Unfortunately, we are unable to remember the password and Stephan's phone number has changed, which is causing issues with resetting the password. The system keeps trying to send the reset information to an outdated number. There are no alternative validation methods available for accessing the account to make necessary changes, which is very frustrating. It would be beneficial to have security questions in place allowing Stephan to update his contact details. We are willing to provide additional verification, such as social security numbers, to prove identity. If this matter is not resolved by the end of the week, we will escalate it further. My Facebook predictions Esports-related page has been unpublished! My page has 20,[redacted] paid likes, which cost a total of [redacted] euros. When I first started the page, I reached out to Facebook, and they indicated that everything was compliant with their policies. However, I mistakenly used a dollar sign to represent virtual items won from bets, sourced from pages such as 5etop.com, bets4.pro, and vpgame.com. I have rectified this issue by removing the money symbol, so now the prediction page displays only positive reviews and operates like any other honest prediction page. I hope Facebook can reinstate my page since it may have been unpublished due to high workload or an oversight. I am not requesting a full refund for the paid likes that are no longer accessible. Thank you in advance, and I am hopeful that Facebook will resolve this matter soon, as my group members are eagerly anticipating the return of the page.

Hello, I attempted to set up a Facebook account by visiting www.Facebook.com/r.php. After providing my name and email address, I received a login code in my email but encountered issues with not having a mobile phone for verification. Although I have a Facebook screen that appears when I log into my computer, it continuously prompts me to log in without progress. I am unable to recall my password despite being prompted to enter it. I've made several attempts to sign up for Facebook without success. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I created a gaming account intending to connect with my friends on Facebook using a nickname associated with my gaming identity. I recently ended a domestic violence relationship, and my ex-partner has shared a misleading post publicly, falsely claiming that I have taken our son. Contrary to his post, I am currently under a protection order, and our son is safe and not missing. The post has led to strangers messaging me on Facebook and confronting me in public, accusing me of being an unfit mother. I am seeking help to have the post removed, as I believe it is a form of continued domestic violence through social media. My Facebook account has been disabled without any reason. I do not share or upload any inappropriate content. I fear my account might have been hacked. I joined Facebook in [redacted] and created my account while living in South Korea in [redacted] using a mobile number that I no longer have. I now reside in Sydney and cannot receive any verification codes sent to my old number. Last night on Sept. 10, [redacted], I accessed my Facebook account without any issues. However, today I faced trouble logging in. Despite changing my password successfully, I was prompted to authenticate my identity using various forms of ID such as my CA driver's license, health insurance card, and pay stub. Despite providing the requested ID, Facebook was unable to verify my account ownership. Furthermore, I encountered a problem with the birth year dropdown menu during the authentication process, as it did not include my birth year of [redacted]. In the past, I sometimes used a false birth date to protect my online privacy, which may now be affecting my ability to verify my identity with Facebook. I am unsure of the false birth year I may have used in the past. Despite having submitted two forms of ID with my correct birth date, I am still unable to access my account. My Facebook account has been compromised. A few days back, I trusted someone with my password to play a game on my behalf. Unfortunately, that person has since changed my password, email, and phone number, making it impossible for me to regain access to my account. Initially, when I tried to reset the password, I failed to remove their email address ([redacted]) linked to my account, allowing them to change the password yet again. Now, every time I attempt to reset the password and log in, Facebook prompts me to verify my identity using devices that the hacker controls. Even using Trusted contacts to reset the password has been unsuccessful as the hacker changes the password once the 24-hour time limit is up.

I recently had to reset my password on Facebook. After receiving a code via email, I tried to verify my account, but a second code sent via text message never arrived, despite multiple attempts to resend it. Now I am locked out due to too many code requests. I have submitted my driver's license and a photo of myself holding a handwritten code, but have not received any updates. Hello, I am wondering why Facebook does not offer better protection for African users who run pages and pay for ads on the platform. It seems that when there is a copyright issue reported by a third party, Facebook tends to believe the third party over the user who is paying for ads using Visa cards online. Many products in Africa are copies of well-known brands, and I think the original brand owners should be the ones dealing with the counterfeit manufacturers, not individuals who are legitimately selling products online through Facebook. I hope that Facebook can provide better support to ensure that African users can achieve their dreams of successfully selling products and running online pages on the platform. Thank you.

However, upon checking my name again, I discovered similar actions in a public group. The same individual was slandering me and sharing personal information. I reported this incident as well, but it was deemed not against Facebook policy this time. The user in question has a history of such behavior and seems to violate community guidelines. Urgent resolution is required, or legal action will be taken. It is essential to have the account removed to prevent further harm, as the actions mirror recent privacy concerns on the platform.
