Tim Johnson sent me a link that seemed to be from YouTube, asking if it was mine. Upon opening it, a prompt appeared questioning if I had logged in from Florida, which wasn't me. Now, I'm locked out of Facebook and struggling to navigate my email and Gmail as I don't remember the passwords, plus I was informed my Yahoo account is gone. If anyone can assist, please reach out via phone at [redacted] as I may cancel the Internet without access to Facebook. I've accrued 2 billion tokens across two slot games and am at over level 1,[redacted] on Candy Crush. Feeling frustrated due to not being tech-savvy, hoping for guidance or even acknowledgment. I am Shermain T. and I recently posted a graphic warning on Facebook about the dangers of sleeping with cell phones under your pillow while charging. However, my Facebook account got blocked. I believe that even though my content was a bit graphic, there are much more explicit posts on Facebook, including nudity, bullying, and violence. Users can simply scroll past content they don't want to see or block the person posting it, instead of reporting them. I received positive feedback for sharing the warning through messenger and believe it's important information that needs to be shared. In the future, if someone reports abuse, they should specify the issue and consider blocking the person instead of reporting them. It's puzzling why I was reported instead of just being blocked by the individual who had an issue with my post. The majority of my friends appreciated the warning, and it benefited many lives, including mine.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I have attempted to log in on my PC, laptop, and mobile phone, which I had recently restored to factory settings. While I managed to log in on my phone after reinstalling the Facebook app, I encountered issues later. Approximately a week after the reset, I uninstalled the app. Upon trying to log in again, I was prompted to change my password. Despite numerous attempts with my new password, email, and phone number, I received a message about a verification code sent via SMS. Even after trying different platforms that previously worked, I am unable to access my account using the code generator. Thank you.

Recently, I've been trying to open a new account but have been facing some issues. I would appreciate any assistance in regaining access to my old account. The old email address was under Richard Clay Gal at Gmail, and it had a picture of my puppy. Kenneth Bohannon set up a Facebook page for Christian Covenant Church under his name, causing confusion since he resigned as pastor in August [redacted]. I, Jami Burch, a board member and Associate Pastor, along with Board Members Gwen Burch, Sallie Gable, Heather Baxter, and April Burch, are requesting Facebook to remove this account to disassociate the church from Kenneth Bohannon. We want to create a separate page for the church without his involvement. Please address this promptly as he is misleading others by maintaining the account. Someone hacked into my friend's Facebook account and claimed that I had won a grant from UPS, requiring upfront tax payment to the IRS through Walmart. I bought 20 $[redacted] iTunes gift cards as instructed by the scammer, who then stole the codes after I texted pictures of them. I have detailed information and the phone number of the person involved. This thief took $[redacted] from me using a known scam method associated with Walmart. I have evidence of the transactions and the individual impersonating my friend. The fraudster identified himself as Bobby Klein from the Empowerment Grant Support Program, affiliated with Walmart, using the number [redacted]. Here are the codes of the stolen gift cards that were redeemed by this criminal.

It appears that despite registering under a shortened name and not providing certain details, you managed to find and use this information in an email to me. I have reported an Instagram account impersonating me, @gardenofdreamsseedco, using my previous screen name. I have sent my photo and driver's license twice this week to report this fake account. The imposter is using my pictures with hashtags like #gardenofdreamsseedco and #gardenofdreams from my old account before I changed my screen name to @a_better_crop. My account disappeared with all posts and followers, but I recently regained access to an empty account. Please assist me in resolving this issue. I shared the iconic Burt Reynolds Cosmo photo from April [redacted], and Facebook mistakenly blocked many, including myself. After a public apology from Facebook, I reposted a FOX News article covering the apology and was flagged for spam. This resulted in an additional 6-day block for posting the content. I am confused as to why reputable news sources like FOX News and USA Today reported on the apology but I was still blocked. I wonder if there is a mistake on Facebook's end, potentially due to Russian bots or underpaid interns. I request an apology and that my account be unblocked promptly. - Robert Eberhart

Hello, I am reaching out because we are unable to access our Facebook account and would greatly appreciate your assistance in getting it back up and running. We have a significant amount of personal history on our account spanning over a decade, and it would be devastating to lose it. The issue at hand was my doing and not my partner's. I had created a group to sell products from a company called Snatcher Online in South Africa. Due to not being able to afford every product for photos, I utilized images from their website for resale purposes. We are currently dealing with a cybersecurity issue on our business page. A hacker has gained unauthorized access by making himself an admin multiple times despite our efforts to remove him. This individual has enabled a new feature to monetize videos, added unfamiliar names to our page, and tampered with our page manager. Our attempts to secure our account include sending letters with evidence to Facebook, changing passwords, implementing two-step verification, running virus scans, and using a VPN. Despite these measures, the hacker continues to interact with us, post content, and threaten our animal shelter's page. We reached out to Facebook support through email, but due to the hacker's intrusion into our personal accounts, he is intercepting and reading our communications with the platform. We are taking precautions to prevent further access and are seeking assistance from Facebook to address this ongoing intrusion.

I regret to inform you that my account was deactivated for posting a graphic image of violence. The post was made in a moment of anger, and I now understand it was a significant error on my part. I have been a loyal Facebook user for many years without any prior issues until yesterday when my account was disabled. I went through the appeal process but was notified that my account was permanently deactivated with a final decision. I acknowledge my mistake, and the post does not reflect who I am as a person. I deeply regret sharing such a graphic image hastily due to frustration. I have made several attempts to contact customer support via email and phone without success. Now, I am reaching out to multiple email support addresses hoping to find a team capable of assisting me. My issue involves deleting an old account for which I have forgotten the password. Additionally, the phone number linked to the account has changed, preventing me from resetting the password successfully. There are no alternative verification methods to gain access to the account for deletion, which I find frustrating. I suggest implementing security questions to enable account holders to update their information. Please advise on a resolution. If this matter is not resolved by the end of the week, I will escalate it further. Your prompt attention to this issue is greatly appreciated.

I am currently unable to access my account, despite it being mine. To make matters worse, inappropriate pictures of me were posted on a new account I had to create. I need these pictures removed, yet I am locked out of the account myself. It is unjust for me to be facing this situation. It appears that my security question was changed to something regarding a cat, an animal I have never owned due to my fear of them. This feels like a violation of my rights and I am distressed knowing these pictures are still online. I am dissatisfied with the lack of assistance and privacy protection. I demand to be contacted via phone instead of email.

I am dealing with a situation where a woman is harassing me by posting my pictures on Facebook. Despite reporting the issue through the system, the content cannot be taken down. The individual has even created a new account to continue this behavior. I have blocked her, but the harassment persists by targeting me and my family.
