I received a concerning message about a possible hacker and chose not to follow the instructions in case it contained a virus. I decided to seek advice on how to handle the message that was sent through Messenger regarding a Facebook user named Lucia Hernandez (Luciana). My cousin forwarded me the message, warning not to accept anything from her as she is a hacker connected to Messenger accounts. I have copied the message from my Galaxy Note 8 for reference. The message instructs to inform all contacts not to accept anything from her and to forward the warning to spread awareness. Your cooperation in spreading this message is appreciated.

I am facing a serious issue with a person who has violated a restraining order by not removing threatening posts aimed at me and my caretaker on social media. These posts have led to life-threatening situations, causing me to relocate for safety, and resulting in my caretaker losing their job. The situation has escalated, and I urgently seek assistance to address this matter.

I accidentally deleted Facebook from my iPhone while trying to recover my hacked account. Despite numerous failed attempts to reset my password, I couldn't regain access. I have been a Facebook user for several years now. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to access my account due to an issue with my defunct email address. I have recently been blocked from using the platform for 30 days, and I believe that the action taken against me was unjust. A fellow user targeted me with harassment, not only me but others as well in the thread. She even escalated by sending me unpleasant messages through messenger. In response, I made a derogatory joke about her last name, which she found offensive. Despite her remarks about my weight and name-calling, I did not report her at that time. However, now I feel the need to address the situation as she seems to be creating conflicts and getting users banned unfairly. I find this behavior unacceptable and feel that I was wrongly targeted and blocked. I have evidence in the form of a screenshot of her messages to me. It is concerning to see that the platform may be favoring the aggressor rather than protecting the victim. I am requesting for my ban to be lifted and for appropriate actions to be taken against her instead.

After deactivating my personal Facebook account before, I switched to using Messenger to stay in touch with friends and family. Unfortunately, I am struggling to recover my Messenger account on my new phone despite following the instructions provided. When I try to sign up with my phone number, which has remained the same, it shows my account linked to my email d*************[redacted] ([redacted]). However, when I try to continue with this account using the email key, it gives me an error message stating, "Couldn't find an account key." Since many of my contacts are on Messenger, I really need to regain access to my account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I am being asked to confirm my identity, but I am unable to do so because I no longer have access to the phone number or email associated with the account. I have tried contacting the phone number but it belongs to someone else now. Despite being able to call the number, there seems to be a glitch when texting. I don't have any "trusted friends" listed on my account, but I do have friends who I trust and would like an email sent to them for verification. Please assist me in resolving this issue. Thank you.

Hello, I am Todor, and today my phone experienced some issues. In the early morning, it shut down twice. After the second time, it ran smoothly for about 15-20 minutes before randomly opening applications and behaving unexpectedly, possibly sending incorrect messages to my friends on Facebook. I performed a factory reset, and now everything seems to be back to normal. I suspect that I may have unknowingly downloaded an app containing a virus. I regret any inconvenience this may have caused and want to clarify that the incident was not intentional. I have taken steps to ensure this doesn't happen again by being more cautious with app downloads. I appreciate your understanding as technology can be unpredictable. Thank you for your time. I forgot the password linked to my Facebook email, making it impossible to reset my Facebook password and access my iCloud account. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email linked to my Facebook. I do have my ID as proof of identity. My Facebook name is Shaiza Khan Tareen. Hello, I had a Facebook account under the name Hanaazi Abdi Casiis, which was linked to my phone number and not an email. After breaking up with my boyfriend, he obtained the password and made changes to the account. Despite numerous login attempts, I am now unable to access it. Another account with a similar username is appearing, which is not mine. A few hours ago, I could briefly see my account, but now it has disappeared entirely. I have experienced severe bullying, prejudice, and discrimination from individuals in my Friends List, whom I called out in posts on my Facebook Page. The posts reflected on the harm they caused me, but Facebook has flagged them as 'Hate Speech,' failing to understand that I was defending myself. I am a gay man who faced discrimination, including being stolen from by my personal Trainer, leaving my family without our paid coaching sessions at the Gym. It is frustrating that Facebook did not allow me to explain the context of the posts and instead labeled me as hateful. Despite my requests, I have been censored and silenced while those who hurt me continue to post freely. Facebook's blanket approach to reviewing posts is troubling, and I have been unfairly judged without a chance to share my side of the story.

I play a game called Township. Recently, my dad received a call from Lifelock regarding a person named Ansanz Yasmin who is impersonating multiple individuals, including in my game. I have evidence to support this. One of my co-leaders lost $[redacted] after being expelled for providing false information about her identity. I reported the account, but now they are also causing issues on my YouTube channel. I attempted to report them on Facebook, but was warned that my account could be deactivated. I have screenshots of these individuals harassing our group. The trouble started after I removed a member who I suspect is affiliated with the impersonator. This person has claimed to be from Iowa, Indiana, and Canada. They have blocked me from removing them. When I tried to warn other admins about a loan taken out in my dad's name on Amazoncash.co, I couldn't send the link. I am willing to contact the FBI and pursue legal action against Facebook and Township to address this matter. Despite facing challenges due to PTSD, I was simply trying to protect my group from these disruptions.

Since the August 28/29 Android app update, I have been unable to access my account. The update caused me to log out, and despite having two-factor authentication enabled, I am not receiving SMS messages on my phone as I did before the update. Although I occasionally receive an email with a code, when I input it on Facebook, I am prompted to wait for an SMS with a login code. I have tried uninstalling Facebook and Messenger for Android, clearing cache, and restarting my devices multiple times without success. Even logging in from different devices and browsers does not trigger the SMS authentication. I have not received any indication that my account is banned or disabled, but I am receiving notifications about my friends' activities. I kindly request either to disable two-factor authentication for me or send the SMS code so I can access my account and deactivate it myself.

Since the August 28/29 Android app update, I am unable to access my account. Even with two-factor authentication enabled, I cannot log in. I am eager for help from Facebook tech support to either disable two-factor authentication temporarily for me to log in or send the SMS code required for access.

A woman has shared inaccurate information about my family and our pets on Facebook, spreading false claims. Despite ensuring our dog receives proper care with food, water, and shelter, she continues to slander us. Animal services have even visited our home, confirming the accusations were baseless. However, this person has maliciously disclosed personal details like our address, putting my four young children at risk. Reporting the issue didn't have much impact as I couldn't provide specific details. Facebook's indifference to the harm caused by misinformation and the incitement of hate is concerning. Our dog is well-cared for with a cool and shaded Igloo dog house. This individual's actions are based on assumptions as she hasn't witnessed our pet care routine. Her name is Dena Waters H. from Rhea County, TN. I hope by sharing the complete story, appropriate action can be taken.

I previously attempted to delete my old Facebook account back in [redacted] under the name Naomi Maxine, but it seems the account is still active with my personal information publicly displayed. Unfortunately, I have forgotten all the necessary details such as email, passwords, and dates to access it again. Since I did not set up trusted friends for account recovery, Facebook is unable to verify my identity for me to regain access. Despite reaching out to the "Facebook Help Center," I have not received assistance. The account in question has a yellowish profile with a Shakespeare quote. I had also deleted the Google account associated with it. Following the deletion of the old account, I created a new one under the same name, later changing it to my nickname. I am seeking guidance on permanently deleting this old account.

I inadvertently sent an unwanted video from my messenger to a friend's messenger as a prank. As a result, both my Messenger and Facebook accounts ceased to function. This also impacted my Instagram profile, which my friend accessed in the same manner. My accounts are vital to me as they are linked to various applications and services. My Facebook displays an "ID disabled" message. I urgently need assistance in reactivating my Facebook account under the email address [redacted] and my Instagram account under semant_0077. I recently uninstalled and reinstalled the Facebook app and Facebook Messenger on my Android phone. However, upon trying to log back in, I did not receive the code sent to my phone for verification. I do not have a code generator available to receive the code. Despite multiple attempts of reinstalling the apps, the issue persists. I reached out to Facebook support by submitting my name and photo ID, but was directed to another link where the same issue occurred when entering my email and password. I have tried various solutions without success. I recently had a regrettable encounter with Ігор Думас through Facebook Messenger. The conversation turned abusive, prompting me to exit and block him. Regrettably, he shared our discussion with my neighbor, potentially with three other individuals, tarnishing my relationships. I only exchanged text messages and no photos, but he's manipulating the situation. He's now threatening to involve my children. The conversations I am certain of occurred between Ігор Думас, Roman Rogalskyj, and Андрій Кулешко, with a possible involvement of Христина Кулешко. I seek a way to remove any mentions of me in their conversations or shared screenshots. Reports from mutual friends suggest a harmful and sophisticated smear campaign underway.
