Hello, I am having trouble reaching out to Facebook through official channels as an individual, but I wanted to share my concern here. My name is Adri Madai, and I recently received a disturbing message on Messenger from an individual who is not on my friends list. Despite my attempts to report the issue, no action has been taken. This person seems to be using multiple fake accounts and has made hurtful and false statements that are causing me distress. The individual appears to be unstable, and I fear for my safety. I believe I may know his true identity. The messages contain hateful and harassing content, including untrue claims about my personal life. I am unable to provide screenshots here, but his Facebook names are Justa Xample and possibly Iain Farrage. I urge Facebook to investigate this matter and take appropriate action. I am experiencing difficulty recovering and changing the password for my original Facebook account. I could access it from my tablet as it was signed in, but I no longer have access to the tablet. When attempting to recover my account, I am notified that a text message will be sent to my phone number [redacted], but I do not receive any texts. Additionally, using my trusted contacts to obtain codes has not been successful as my contacts are unsure how to retrieve the codes. I have been inactive on Facebook for a while. After moving to a new state, I wanted to join local pages but can't remember my password. I changed it after my ex hacked my accounts, and now I'm locked out. With a new phone number, I can't access my emails or old phone texts for verification. I wouldn't mind starting a new account, but it won't allow it. I've tried multiple times since the move, and I keep getting disabled accounts. I feel stuck and unsure what steps to take next.

As a former Muslim, I have been exposing Quranic verses promoting violence on Facebook. Unfortunately, I have been receiving numerous death threats as a result. Some extremists have reported my account, leading to its ban without a fair investigation by Facebook. I believe it is crucial to collaborate in preventing these individuals from using religion as an excuse to harm others. I am struggling to regain access to my disabled account after a month of submitting my ID multiple times. I aim to obtain a verification badge to continue my efforts to reform Islam. I seek assistance to reinstate my account for the greater good.

On August 26th, I accessed my account and shortly after, I received a message claiming suspicious activity on my account. Facebook asked me to upload a clear picture of myself for verification, which I did. Now, when trying to log in, I discovered that my account has been disabled without any explanation. I am puzzled by this action as I have exclusively accessed my account from my phone for years without any issues. This account is crucial to me as I manage three 501c3 charitable organizations through it. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to address and resolve this matter promptly.

I am currently unable to access my account registered under [redacted] When I try to log in, I receive a security prompt from Facebook asking to secure my account by changing my password. After changing it, I am prompted to verify my email or phone number, but it says my number is linked to another account. My photos and videos are all stored in this account, so I am quite worried. My contact number is [redacted]. I also have another account under the name Kalyn Highfill Garza with the email [redacted] that I've had for some time. I would prefer to access my older account under the att.net email address.

Unfortunately, the password in the provided document was outdated, and after attempting to reset it, we got locked out. I’m attempting to remove my Facebook search history due to health reasons. Certain names that appear trigger anxiety for me. Although I cleared my activity log, the specific names I want to remove are still visible. Facebook does not seem to offer an option to delete search bar history, which I believe should be possible in situations like mine. It’s unsettling for individuals who have gone through traumatic experiences. The ability to delete search bar history would greatly enhance privacy settings. Creating a new Facebook account is not a viable solution as this account is crucial for confidentiality. Thank you for any assistance provided.

I wrote about a white Jewish man who is a pedophile, and you have repeatedly blocked and deleted my posts. It's disturbing that you allow a man in his late 20s or early 30s to exploit children as young as 9 to clean his car or have young girls clean his house late at night. I personally experienced verbal attacks and harassment from him. Your actions are enabling the rape of young girls and the exploitation of minors. This disturbing behavior was gaining attention until you intervened, seemingly because it offended Marc Zuckerman. This man's actions are unacceptable regardless of his religious background. I demand that this behavior is stopped, the man is held accountable, and I regain control of my account to message my family on Messenger again.

I am trying to reach out to Facebook to remove my phone number. Receiving multiple texts from them is causing me financial strain since I don't have unlimited texting. It's costing me up to $10 monthly, which is making it difficult to afford my essential blood pressure medication. The increasing cost of these unwanted texts may soon prevent me from affording other necessary medications. This issue has been ongoing since March. I feel desperate, as I might have to choose between having a phone or buying my medicine. I am contemplating extreme measures because without access to my medication, my quality of life is at risk. Rest assured, if I take drastic action, I will make sure the media knows why - due to Facebook's refusal to stop these texts that I cannot afford and the impact on my medication. Thank you.

I listed a Northface FAUX fur item on multiple For Sale pages, only to find myself blocked from marketplace and all selling pages shortly after. Despite explaining that it was fake fur and did not violate any policies, my appeals have been met with the same automated response each time. It seems like my appeals are not being reviewed at all. I feel owed an explanation if there was an issue with my post. Moreover, I have even been blocked from my neighborhood page, which is more than just a platform for selling items. As a 51-year-old nurse and mother who occasionally sells things, being barred from these pages is frustrating. The appeal process seems futile when all I receive is a standard reply. I need assistance with this matter.

My Facebook Ads Manager account got disabled because of suspicious payment activity. Initially, I thought I had violated a policy, but then I realized I got a new computer in April/May [redacted]. I'm having trouble accessing my account using my phone number or email. Every time I try, it redirects me to a relative's Facebook account and then prompts me to create a new one. However, my original account is still active. I have the username and tried to use it to log in, going through the recovery and password reset steps. Unfortunately, when it asks me if I don't have access to the email, and I confirm, it just ends with "can't identify you" without providing other verification options. My account was frozen by FaceBook due to accusations of violating community standards. The referenced post was meant to be humorous and did not contain any sexual content, bullying, or illegal behavior. I am concerned about potential misuse of the complaint process to bully and harass me. I am not spreading falsehoods or engaging in harassment. I believe my post was unfairly targeted, and I am considering legal action for defamation against FaceBook.

I recently received a notification that a high school friend had tagged me in a video on Facebook. However, upon trying to play the video, I was redirected to what seemed to be an ad or contest page. Unfortunately, after that, I've been unable to access my Facebook account. I've attempted to log in using my email address and password, but it seems not to work. I no longer have access to the email linked to the account, and when trying to log in with the incorrect email address, Facebook suggests a correction but still doesn't let me access my account. The account that shows up now only displays my name, a picture, and about eight friends, not including any family members. I've tried to go through the account recovery process, but it hasn't been successful. My name on Facebook is Shonda Liggett, also known as Shonda Laird Liggett. Thank you.

She claims to be representing Facebook and informed me that I was selected by a research panel to receive a large sum of money. Her profile looks authentic, showing people in polo shirts with the Facebook logo, posing in an office with a Facebook sign. I am unsure if her claim of affiliation with Facebook is true. I am seeking to confirm the information she provided. If you could help me verify her legitimacy, I would appreciate it. I would like to know if this is a scam aimed at exploiting people.
