I attempted to convert my @hurlburley and @thedreaminglens Instagram accounts into business accounts, but they were disabled without explanation. To revert them, I need to log in to Facebook, but my account there is also disabled, creating a frustrating loop. I have submitted all my identification documents via Facebook's submission link, but I haven't received any response. I'm feeling quite stuck. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently opened my new business account and set up my first ad account, linking it to my PayPal for added security. My fan page, Fit in Time, focused on healthy lifestyle tips. When I tried to start a new ad campaign about a month later, targeting an audience in India and the Philippines, I encountered issues. Although my ad was initially disapproved, Facebook later approved it. However, my payment account was disabled due to unusual activity. Despite providing Facebook with necessary information, including my PayPal account and ID, they informed me that my account couldn't be reactivated due to a violation of their terms of service. I am unsure how to proceed and cannot locate a live chat option to further discuss this issue with Facebook. I am eager to have my payments account reinstated to promote my page effectively.

I recently experienced being locked out of my account, which I later recovered by resetting my password. Following this, I was asked to verify my identity by submitting my passport photo. After receiving confirmation, I was provided with login instructions. Despite encountering a link issue at first, I successfully completed the verification process. While in the midst of updating my account information, I faced an interruption due to internet connectivity. Upon trying to log back into my Facebook account, I encountered difficulty due to not having access to the phone linked for verification. Despite attempting to confirm my identity through an alternative method, I have been unsuccessful. Your assistance with this matter concerning my long-standing Facebook account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

Hello, Someone has stolen my personal identity and that of my small company. I rent out apartments in Sweden. He has created a Facebook page named Gotland Bed & Breakfast where he is sharing private photos of me without permission, including pictures from a past relationship last summer. He also posted photos of my property, location map, and personal mobile number. If someone tries to contact him through the page, he responds. I am unable to shut down the page myself and need help to stop this. Additionally, a man named Peter Rasmussen from Denmark has posted sexually suggestive comments under my private photos. The Swedish Police are involved in this case, but I seek further assistance. Thank you, Birgitta Wallhorn

I have chosen not to have the Facebook App on my phone due to personal reasons, instead opting to use the Safari browser. For the past week, I have had no issues accessing Facebook through Facebook.com. However, recently Facebook seems to be prompting me to download the app as it claims not to recognize my browser. I am unable to use the code generator as I can't access it without logging in, which I am unable to do due to this issue. This situation is frustrating, and I would appreciate it if it could be resolved promptly. Otherwise, I may consider switching to another platform like MySpace and reaching out to my friends to connect with me there or on a different social media app. Your assistance in fixing this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - K.S.

I recently updated my email address but did not receive the generated code via SMS to complete the process as instructed. I also submitted a photo of my Ohio driver's license, but I have not received any response. Whenever I try to log in from a different device, it prompts me for a generated code after entering my email, which I'm unable to receive. I mistakenly clicked on the "I did not change email" link hoping for more options, but it didn't help. I tried using Messenger, but faced the same issue with needing a code. I am reaching out for assistance as I am unable to access my account. My sister is Donna E. on the account, my husband goes by Tony B., and my children are Jeff B. and Kevin T. I am Yvonne B. also known as Vonnie to my friends. Thank you.

We are experiencing an issue in our household with our three individual accounts on separate computers. Every few days, we are prompted to reset our passwords, which then restricts us from commenting on posts. While we can still post, share, like, and direct message, the inability to comment, especially in response to others, is a significant inconvenience for us. Despite no signs of suspicious activity in our accounts, this recurring problem persists. We recently received a new modem from our ISP, which briefly resolved the commenting issue before it resurfaced. This morning, my account was once again prompted to reset the password due to "suspicious activity." As my husband battles terminal stage 4 colon cancer and relies on social media to connect with family, and my adult son with autism depends on his account for social interaction, it is imperative that we resolve this issue promptly. We seek clarity on what triggers these disruptions so we can address them efficiently.

I need assistance with creating a Facebook page for my business. I recently set up a personal page to develop a business page for my organization. I included business information but did not publish anything. After setting up the business page, using official contact details, the page was disabled. I am unsure what went wrong and need immediate help to resolve this issue so the page can be enabled. I have tried reaching out through all available help resources on Facebook but have not received a solution. Please advise on the next steps to rectify this matter as the page is currently inaccessible, displaying as disabled.

I need to report a person named Michael Sozzi. He has hacked my and my daughter's accounts, taken pictures, and created fake accounts under different names. He has been stalking my daughter for four years, hacking all of her accounts and causing distress. Despite her moving to Indiana, he continues to pursue her. He has caused us significant problems, constantly harassing us. My daughter is currently without a phone due to his actions. We have reported him multiple times, but he continues his malicious behavior. We believe he is capable of causing harm and fear for my daughter's safety. He resides at [redacted] Gray Court, South Carolina, and frequently uses fake names. I am 69 years old, and his actions have already had a severe impact on my health. It is crucial that something is done to stop him and protect us from further harm.

On August 22, [redacted], my account was unexpectedly deactivated. Although I initially sent a covered driver's license, the support team indicated they couldn't view it properly, despite others having no issues with it. After submitting a covered bank statement and check, my account remained inactive. It was only when I provided an uncovered driver's license that my account was restored. However, within 24 hours, my account was deactivated again without any reason. Despite numerous attempts to communicate and resend my driver's license, I received no response. I have always adhered to community standards and believe the repeated deactivations may be due to my conservative views. If my account is not reinstated soon, I plan to seek assistance from my senator. On August 29, I reached out to this platform five times with no response. My contact email is [redacted]

I want to address two concerns regarding a post on Facebook. Firstly, I did not comment on the post in question and do not know anyone involved. There are photos of me in the comments that I wish to have removed. Despite my polite request to Mario Ervin, he has declined to take them down. The original post in question was disrespectful as it was uploaded shortly after a tragic accident where individuals lost their lives. The content and comments, particularly those targeting race and sexuality, qualify as hate speech. I find it troubling that Facebook has not taken action even after I reported the issue. I have engaged my attorneys, Surratt Thompson & Ceberio, who are assisting me with this matter. I will persist in reporting until the photos are removed. My main request is for my pictures to be deleted along with the offensive comments made by the original poster and their associates. As I have researched, using my photos without consent may be unlawful, especially if they are claimed as someone else's work. Removing the photo is all I ask for in this situation.

On August 22, [redacted], my account was unexpectedly deactivated. Despite sending a covered driver's license, covered bank statement, and covered check, my account remained inactive until I submitted an uncovered driver's license. Shortly after regaining access, my account was deactivated again without any offending posts. I have repeatedly tried to resend my driver's license and sent follow-up emails but received no responses. I believe the deactivation might be due to my conservative views, as I have not breached any community guidelines. If my account is not reinstated, I may consider contacting my senator. On August 29, I attempted to reach out to this platform five times without a response. My contact email is [redacted]

I currently manage two Facebook accounts, one for daily use and the other specifically for Tinder interactions. My main account, under the name Lotta Sarnes, is inaccessible because the email associated with it is outdated and no longer in use. I recently upgraded my phone and found myself unable to log in as I relied on the previous device to keep me logged in. Despite trying various methods to reset my password, I have had no success. Facebook now restricts my access after multiple failed attempts, prompting me to wait before trying again. Can I reset my password through text message or via an alternate email address like [redacted]? I urgently require assistance in resolving this matter.

I recently had to create a new Facebook account due to privacy concerns and personal reasons. Unfortunately, during the ID verification process, I misunderstood and sent a photo of myself instead of my ID. I have since submitted three appeals to Facebook, providing the correct documentation, as my school relies on Facebook for academic communication. The academic year is starting soon, and I urgently need access to my account to receive important academic information for my classes, internship, and overall academic progress. Despite Facebook stating they would respond promptly and request more information if needed, I have not received any response at all. I am concerned that the support system may not be human-run, as others online have reported similar issues with delayed or no responses. I fear missing out on crucial information and opportunities if I do not regain access to my account before the academic year commences.

My 14-year-old sister, Kyra Michelle Wood, has had her account hacked by an older man in our area. He has been posing as her, interacting inappropriately with other minors, which is illegal. This person has a history of misconduct with young children. Despite multiple reports and my mother reaching out to Facebook, they have not deactivated the fake account. We are concerned for the safety of other underage users. We are considering involving the police if Facebook does not address this issue promptly. We urge Facebook to prioritize the safety of children and remove this dangerous profile from their platform.

We are a nonprofit group affiliated with the Yuba County California Animal Shelter. On our Facebook page, we have a donation button. Earlier this year, our bank required us to change our checking account type, resulting in a new account number. Everything else on the account remains the same. We have been receiving donations through our page, but we are encountering difficulties updating the account number on Facebook. The issue seems to be related to the account title being too long, even though it has not changed. We have a balance of over $[redacted] from previous donations that have not been transferred due to the account number change. Our recent communication mentioned that the matter was referred to your "Risk Management Department." We kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

Hello, I'm Adrian Taylor, and my Facebook account, TaylorMade, was disabled after I was asked to verify my identity, which I initially thought was a scam. I would like to recover my account as it is essential for me. Many family members I recently reconnected with are on there, as well as valuable family memories. I don't have backups of these memories. I'm willing to provide my identification if necessary. My account is linked to [redacted], but I can't remember the password. Please assist me in restoring access to my account. Thank you, Adrian Taylor.

I have exchanged over 50 emails with Facebook support in less than a week but have not completely resolved the issue yet. They requested an official signed letter from me, as President of Treetops Animal Rescue, stating my authorization to represent the organization. Despite multiple attempts, the links provided by Facebook to correct our financial information did not work, and it was later discovered that they were using the wrong routing number for our bank. After sending them our bank documentation again, this was supposedly rectified. However, we still haven't received any donations, are unable to verify our financial details, and our non-profit has been removed from fundraising campaigns with donation buttons removed from our page without notice or explanation. Facebook is withholding donation information, citing that none of the listed page admins, staff, or officers are recognized as the "financial admin". Despite my roles in managing our financial accounts and adding donation buttons, I am being told I am not the designated "financial admin". I have requested guidance on replacing the current admin and to speak with a manager, but Facebook insists on hearing from the financial admin first before addressing our concerns. We have expressed our frustration on our page and are considering involving the local media if the issue persists.
