I have been banned from marketplace and can't understand why as the items I posted have already been on there. I have contacted Facebook help by contacting them and by email . I am getting very very frustrated as I 've asked on about *** times what items on market place caused the problem . I've posted either contact me through Facebook, email and your help page always asking the same question. To my astonishment today I get sent the same message back again without any explanation so I'm asking for the *th time what item on market place breaches you policies and I would like to appeal the decision . I asked about * to me to appeal this decision only to get the same message back surely with an world wide company as large as Facebook that you help page or your customer service representatives would have the decency to contact me and explain this decision. As I've asked now nearly ** times for an explanation only to be sent out your general stock reply without actually reading my messages . As mentioned before I'm medically retired and live off benefits so I do a bit of buy and sell so by blocking me on market place has an adverse effect on my financially situation and my general well being . I have my ** year old son every other weekend so if i sell something then I would use a spare £** a week to take him to the cinema , so as I said by blocking me on market place is massive for me plus , I can't always go on all the different groups to look for stuff to purchase or able to sell an item here and there . So as before I am asking you to review you decision and to put market place back on my page plus explain to me what items are not allowed.
