My ex-girlfriend and possibly another person have hacked into my account and posted incorrect and troubling information. This has impacted my personal and professional life. I am requesting my Facebook account to be permanently deleted with a public apology stating the recent posts were not made by me. Unfortunately, I am unable to delete or log into my account as they have changed my email and passwords. Initially, my account was linked to my phone number [redacted] and email [redacted], but I no longer have access to this email. However, I can still be reached at the mentioned phone number.

I'm having trouble accessing my deactivated account. I've had this account for years, but deactivated it temporarily around 10 months ago. Now that I'm trying to reactivate it, I'm facing issues. When I called the hotline at [redacted] ext [redacted], a man named Alex asked for a lot of personal information and then tried to charge me to reactivate this supposedly free service, asking for my credit card details in return. This all seems suspicious. I just want to activate my account. As a hesitant customer debating whether to continue using this service, the difficulty I'm experiencing in reactivating my account is making me lean towards keeping it deactivated. If I don't receive a response today, I might decide to forget about it entirely like I have for the past 10 months. Let's see how quickly this can be resolved, or not.

My Facebook page is "Ken.Humphreys.7". During a final security review for a pending job, my potential employer noticed a discrepancy related to my Facebook page. On my public page, it states that in August [redacted], I moved to Moscow, Russia for a job, but I never entered that information. Yet, when I log into Facebook, I see the correct information that in August [redacted], I moved to Richland, WA for a job. This discrepancy has put my future employment opportunity at risk. I would like to know if my account has been tampered with (e.g., when and from where was this information added). Additionally, pages like Breitbart news and a Wyoming prison are shown as "liked" on my profile, which I certainly never did intentionally. Can you determine if my account has been tampered with? Please avoid making any changes to my page, as the prospective employer may see this as an attempt to cover up the discrepancy. I also may need to report this to law enforcement in the future. I need urgent help with my Facebook account. It was hacked, and now there are two accounts impersonating me. I reported this last week, but I keep receiving friend requests on the fake account. I called a Customer Service number, but I suspect it was also a scam. Please provide me with the correct contact information for Facebook. The number I called, 1-[redacted], is not Facebook, and the person I spoke with, Gary Edward, is asking for money for security purposes, which is suspicious. I am scared by the possibility of identity theft and inappropriate content being shared using my photo. I urgently need assistance as I am elderly and feeling very anxious. Despite reporting this to Verizon, the fake account is still active, and friend requests keep coming. Please reach out to me at [redacted].

I recently got a new phone and attempted to log in after quite some time, only to realize I forgot my password. Despite following the steps to reset it, I encountered an error every time I entered the verification code sent to both my phone and email. Now, after multiple unsuccessful attempts, I am locked out of my account and unable to access it even after waiting for 24 hours. All I want to do is reset my password and regain access, using my phone number and email for verification. I hope to receive assistance with this matter.

On Saturday, my account got suspended because of a video showing the police using excessive force on a woman holding a baby. This doesn't violate your guidelines. It seems like the police asked for my account to be suspended. However, this move has caused the video to gain more attention as [redacted],[redacted] people have viewed it and newspapers are picking it up. I feel unfairly treated as others who shared it were not banned. There are thousands of more graphic videos on Facebook, yet my video is being singled out. I am looking forward to my upcoming interview where I will discuss how I was treated in this situation. Perhaps this could lead to a legal case against your actions. Please review the video to see that it's not as extreme as you believe.

About four months ago, I attempted to offer FREE kittens. I noticed I have been blocked from marketplace and groups. The block continues till now, and I received a notification from FB. I am frustrated. I used to buy from these platforms and see others giving away FREE animals. I am perplexed by being blocked for a FREE kitten. Strangely, my wife posted one for free and didn't face this issue. It's bewildering that this only affects me. I hope to regain access soon. It appears Facebook is stringent on their Commerce Policies, resulting in my permanent removal from Marketplace.

I moderate a meme page and recently posted a meme that got my main account banned for 30 days. The meme in question featured a comparison of what today's 10-year-olds get versus what I received at that age. While meant to be funny, one person found it offensive and reported it. I believe the ban duration is excessive for sharing a meme that was not intended to harm anyone. I am willing to accept the consequences, but I request that the ban be reduced to 7 days instead. I hope you can distinguish between harmless memes and inappropriate content, as the meme I posted did not depict anything inappropriate as claimed by Facebook. I will patiently await your response. I mistakenly sent a wrong document for identity confirmation and now I am unable to access my account. The message indicates that the documents I sent are being reviewed, and additional information may be needed for verification. I realize my error and I am willing to provide any necessary document to prove my identity and regain access to my account. I urgently need to access the account to maintain communication with partners and uphold my image. I appreciate your assistance and I am hopeful that we can resolve this matter promptly. I am receiving abusive and threatening messages from a former member in a group I manage. The person, Jackie Ann Davies, has her own group called Rainbow Fantasy Heavens. After leaving her group, she has been making derogatory comments about me, my family, and even my grandchildren. She is trolling me and my friends on Facebook, spreading lies, and urging them to block me. Jackie is also trying to sabotage my groups and threatening to hack my computer. This behavior is distressing and impacting my well-being. I need this to stop immediately.

Since August 9th, I keep getting this message: Your account is temporarily locked. We have detected suspicious activity on your Facebook account, so we have temporarily locked it as a security measure. Your account may have become insecure because your password was entered on a website designed to look like Facebook. This type of attack is known as "phishing". You can find more information in the help section. In the following steps, we will show you how to perform a security check that will help protect your account and allow you to log back in. Despite following all the steps, I have not been able to recover it. I have changed the password more than 15 times, and in the end, it freezes and asks me to start over from the beginning.

I received a message from Facebook a few days ago regarding my business page "liveyourgreatestlife." Apparently, someone reported that there was incorrect information on the page. This morning, I received numerous harassing phone calls and vulgar messages through my toll-free number from an individual claiming to be outside my building, prompting me to contact the Pompano Police. The numbers used by the caller do not appear to be legitimate. During one of our conversations, the person asked me about asset allocation, a term related to Financial Planning, a field in which I have 25 years of experience as a Financial Planner, clearly tying this incident to that individual who I suspect contacted Facebook. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me about this issue. I am concerned about the impact of this harassment on my page. I have a Facebook page called Single Events- Back Tom basix, and I am trying to change the word 'to' to '2'. Facebook is not allowing this change. Also, I'm facing issues with promoting an upcoming singles event as it's being mistaken for a dating service. Despite explaining that I am an event planner for social events, Facebook is not allowing me to boost posts or promote the event. I have invested my own money into this event promotion and need to resolve this issue quickly before I lose all my savings. I believe there may be a glitch related to my Facebook page that is causing these problems.

About ten days ago, I experienced another lockout from my new Facebook account. The issue arose when I received a notification link in my Yahoo email ([redacted]) and mistakenly opened it in Safari instead of the Yahoo mail app. Subsequently, I've been unable to access my account. I followed Facebook's request and submitted a photo of my passport four days ago. The associated phone number and name on the account are +44 7[redacted]00 and Ade ODUTOLA. I am eager to regain access to my currently locked Facebook account as soon as possible. Thank you for your assistance.

Last week, I was logged out of Facebook and unable to log back in due to a wrong password. After attempting to create a new password, I encountered an issue with not having access to the original email associated with the account. I then tried to recover my account with the help of three friends and changed the password successfully. However, upon trying to sign in, I did not receive the recovery email on my new email address. Clicking on the link to report this issue resulted in an error message stating the service was unavailable. This problem has persisted for a week, and despite my efforts, it remains unresolved. I am hoping to receive assistance promptly and would appreciate it greatly.

Hi Facebook, this is Dawn Vinzon. I have tried multiple times to reach out to you without any responses. I am the owner of the SHI DAWNE VINZON account, and for almost a month, I have been unable to access it due to being a victim of phishing. When trying to go through the security checks, the page just keeps loading, even though I know the answers. I have even attempted to change my password several times, but it never successfully updates. I had to create a temporary account under my real name, Dawn Vinzon, but it got blocked as well. This situation is causing me a lot of stress, especially because I am four months pregnant, and it's affecting my sleep. I was informed by friends that my account might have been hacked because they received friend requests from me even though we were already connected. I took immediate action by changing my password upon hearing this news. However, on Saturday, 8/25, I got an email confirming that my password was changed. When I tried to log in, I discovered that my account had been disabled. Despite changing my password, I am unable to access my account using the old or new credentials. Furthermore, I was informed that my email, [redacted], is associated with another account. A friend mentioned that messages asking for donations were being sent from my account, but I can't even log in to verify this. This situation is causing me a lot of frustration. On Facebook, I go by Marcy Tuttle Vedral. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

Around 6 months ago, my Facebook page got hacked. It happened while I was trying to respond to a customer at work. When I attempted to log back on, my page timed out, and I haven't been able to regain access. Despite numerous attempts and appeals, I have not succeeded in recovering my account or creating a new one. This has been frustrating as I had close to [redacted] friends on the platform, many of whom are important contacts from my 20 years in the radio industry in Pueblo, Colorado. I never intended for anyone's account to be compromised. I recall engaging with a friend who experienced a similar issue. If possible, I would greatly appreciate having my original account reinstated. I understand the importance of internet security and would be extra vigilant in the future. I attempted to create a new Facebook page for my business, but it got deactivated. Facebook requested a photo to verify my identity, and I have not received any updates since. I then discovered I could create a business page connected to my personal account. When I added my work email to the business page, it linked to the deactivated account. Now, both of my work emails related to Evergotour have been disabled. I hope Facebook can reactivate my Evergotour email addresses. I also submitted my business license for verification, but Facebook has not completed the process yet. I am unsure of the timeframe for these actions to be resolved.

I attempted to create a new Facebook page for my business, but it was disabled as they requested a photo of me for verification purposes. After no communication, I discovered that I could create a business page linked to my personal account. However, when I tried using my work email, it linked it to the disabled Facebook page and subsequently disabled the email address as well. The other work email I provided was deemed invalid. I am hoping for Facebook to re-enable these two email addresses for my Evergotour business page use. Despite sending a copy of my business license for verification, Facebook has yet to verify my business page.
