Hello Facebook Support, I am seeking assistance regarding my blocked Facebook Page. Recently, I have been unable to share posts from my blog due to a message stating I was misusing the feature by sharing too quickly. The notification reads: "It looks like you were misusing this feature by going too fast. You’ve been blocked from using it." Despite trying to resolve this by responding to the prompt, the issue persists. I typically share about 10 blog posts daily on my page without any prior issues. Facebook is crucial for driving traffic to my website, and I occasionally invest in promotions. I respectfully request for the block to be removed as I adhere to the platform's guidelines. I have recently been informed that I may have posted content that violates your guidelines. I assure you that I have not intentionally shared anything inappropriate. The closest thing that may have caused concern is a video of my granddaughter playing in the bathtub, which was sent to me by my son but was not posted on my timeline. I am currently unable to respond to messages from my friends due to being blocked. I believe this action is unjust as I have not violated any rules. Unfortunately, I have been unable to find a way to contact Facebook directly on my profile, and it took a considerable amount of searching on Google to locate this forum.

I accidentally broke my old phone, and now I'm having trouble signing into my Facebook account on my new phone. The issue is because my Facebook account is linked to an old email that no longer exists on Yahoo, which was [redacted] Additionally, my old Facebook account is associated with my previous phone number, [redacted], which I no longer have. My current phone number is [redacted], but it seems to be connected to someone else's account. When I tried to add my wife as a friend to confirm my identity, I couldn't proceed. I have tried multiple passwords, such as Hooker12, Marvel12, and Nhooker12, but none seem to work.

My Facebook account has been hacked, and I urgently need to regain access. Despite trying the options provided by Facebook to verify my identity by submitting my driver's license and a picture of myself with a code, I am unable to receive the authorization code as it is being sent to an old phone number I no longer have. The email used for this account was [redacted], and the phone number was [redacted], both of which I no longer have access to. My name is John Alderson, and I have been locked out for over a month now. I really need help resolving this issue as soon as possible.

A few weeks ago, my FB account got hacked. Even though I contacted FB for help and they sent me password reset codes to my phone, none of the codes worked due to the hacker creating a fake page with my name. Feeling frustrated, I had to create a new account and lost all my friends in the process. Whenever someone tried to add me as a friend, I couldn't see their requests because they were going to the hacker's fake account. Messages people claim to send me are not showing up in Messenger. I only have one cell number, so getting a new one is not an option. How can I recover my friend list, accept friend requests, and have the fake account impersonating me removed?

I am experiencing severe memory challenges, leading to recurrent password troubles and past hacking incidents that have resulted in lost accounts. Currently, I am unable to access my recent Facebook account due to a destroyed phone, email inaccessibility, and the lack of the associated phone number. Despite my efforts to answer security questions, I am unable to regain entry. Moreover, my initial Facebook profile, active from [redacted] to [redacted], was compromised and potentially deleted after I lost all my possessions, including precious photos of my child. I am having trouble accessing my account on Facebook due to suspected suspicious activity. Despite being certain that this is not the case, I am now required to complete multiple steps each time I try to log in. While most of the steps are manageable, the final one regarding commerce posts is particularly time-consuming. The option to "unclick all" my 2,[redacted] posts is not available, forcing me to manually deselect each one which takes approximately an hour. After doing so, clicking the Skip button results in a timeout error. I have attempted this process three times without success, which is especially frustrating because my account holds games I've connected to over the past decade and over 1,[redacted] friends. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

Dear FB Team, I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered multiple times over the past few weeks. When I send messages to others in group chats, the messages seem to disappear once sent, leaving me uncertain if they have been received by the recipients. This is a recurring problem that has been ongoing and has caused me frustration and inconvenience. I have reported this issue five times already, and I am hopeful that it can be addressed promptly. My Facebook account was created seven years ago, but it got deactivated recently, and despite sending various documents to prove my identity, Facebook has not reactivated it. Sadly, they have no customer service phone number available. I just want a simple solution in plain language either through email at [redacted] or with a phone call. I have completed the two-step sign-in process, but I am unable to verify my location successfully. When I click on the link you provided, I receive a notification prompting me to update my Facebook app and finalize the authorization to retain full access to Page features. I am trying to recover my account using the email [redacted] When I first opened this account 9 years ago, I kept the same password until this year. Unfortunately, I am now unable to access my Hotmail account as I cannot remember the changed password. I am unsure if my ex-partner may have altered it. My Facebook profile has my two children listed, who can confirm the account belongs to me. There has been an increase in fake OldSchool RuneScape pages that are pretending to be the authentic page. These pages are sharing links claiming that "RuneScape Mobile has been officially released!" leading to many players falling victim to having their accounts stolen permanently after entering their login information on these fraudulent sites. I recently reported one of these pages for scamming, however, I promptly received an automated response from Facebook dismissing it as not a scam. The reporting process seems to be flawed as these impostors are engaging in company impersonation and mass account theft without repercussions. It is crucial that these fake pages are removed from Facebook permanently, and their owners should potentially face legal consequences for their actions. I have already taken steps by contacting the authorities regarding this matter and now reaching out to Facebook directly to address this issue. Considering the significant amount of time invested in building a strong RuneScape account, it is essential that this issue is taken seriously.

Hello, Carethy is an e-commerce company based in Barcelona, Spain. They specialize in selling beauty, diet, sports, childhood, and health products. Their subsidiary website, "Biuky by Carethy," offers premium and natural products. Currently, they are working on reviving Biuky's Instagram account, @biuky_shop, and Facebook page, www.facebook.com/biuky.es. They are looking to recover access to these accounts as they prepare to relaunch the website in September. The original account manager is no longer with the company, so they are unable to retrieve the login credentials. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Hello, I recently experienced a hack on my account and changed my security settings. Unfortunately, due to these changes, I found myself unable to log in. I created a new Facebook account, but it was reported as fake. My old account is still active, but I cannot access it because the security code is sent to my phone, which was removed when I made the new account. I submitted a government-issued ID last week but have not received any response. This situation is quite chaotic as the hacker accessed my bank account information and withdrew $[redacted]. I am a member of the Acadian & French Canadian Gedmatch & DNA Matching group. We provided the option for members to voluntarily submit their DNA kit numbers to connect with others in the group. Using the DNA matching tool was also voluntary. Unfortunately, someone has caused trouble by removing the tool and filing a complaint against our administrator. I urge Facebook to address this issue by apologizing to our administrator, restoring the tool, and investigating the complaint to ensure accountability. Anonymously filed claims should not disrupt our group's activities. We value our ability to connect and share within the group and hope for a timely resolution from Facebook.

I have been receiving abusive and threatening messages from a former member of a group I manage. The individual in question goes by the name Jackie Ann Davies and has her own group titled Rainbow Fantasy Heavens 🦄🦄🦄🦄🌈🌈🌈🌈. Since I left her group, she has been making nasty and degrading comments about me, my family, including my two grandchildren. Jackie is also trolling me and my friends on Facebook, spreading lies and advising them to block and delete me, which some have done. She is actively discouraging others from joining my groups and has threatened to hack my computer and send a virus to destroy my data. I have not engaged in any behavior to provoke this treatment and urgently need it to stop as it is distressing and impacting my health.

There is a scam happening on Facebook where a woman named Brenda J. Slade falsely claims you have won money from the World Lottery Association. She asks for $[redacted] for taxes and fees via iTunes cards, promising a $[redacted],[redacted] payout within 24 hours. After payment, she disappears and blocks you. Her contact number is [redacted]. The account may still be active. Ms. Slade has been reported in Charlotte, North Carolina. I fell victim to this. I urge caution and hope these scammers are caught.

I received an email today stating there have been copyright violation reports regarding my Facebook posts. They are asking me to review my content, and if I believe it's a mistake or I own the copyright, I should use the provided link to report it. Failure to do so within 48 hours may result in the suspension of my account. I need to investigate further as I believe I haven't infringed on any copyrights, but I am wary of clicking on any potentially suspicious links.
