The issue in GetHuman-choyym's own words
There is suspicious activity on my account. On **Aug, my password was changed by someone with an IP address in Moscow. On **Aug, I accessed FB and changed my password, but was told my account was locked and asked to verify my account by sending a photo (although since I have never posted any photos to FB, I don't know how this would help). I responded by sending a photo, but have not heard back from FB. Please can you confirm if my FB account continues to be locked? I am happy for the account to be permanently locked or deleted. Of note, in the email reply from FB on **Aug (to confirm my password change), I noticed FB photo on my account was of someone who was not me. By the way, it is extremely frustrating to try to locate a way to report suspicious activity if one cannot access their account. I would appreciate a timely response. Thank you.
