Dear Facebook, My husband and I are having problems with Facebook Marketplace. We sent them $****.** for a truck we wanted to buy from *****@***.com. They sent us the invoice on August **,**** which stated the final amount owed was $****.***. After we sent the money we received a phone call stating the money was received and that the truck would arrive by August **,****. Then on August **, **** we received a text telling us we needed to send them $****.** for shipping insurance before the truck would be shipped..our problem with this is that Stacy 'the seller' said that she was paying all of the shipping charges required..also marketplace never mentioned to us that there was a $****.** shipping charge. We would like our truck to be shipped by the end of the week August **,**** or our money returned to us immediately. The first couple of times we called and spoke with them they didn't like us asking why they didn't explain about the insurance before we said we would buy the truck. Therefore they hung up on us. Now they will not answer at all. The young lady we were buying the truck from is in the service in Omaha Nebraska and is leaving for Syria in a few weeks. I believe that Facebook needs to get this resolved Quickly..its only Fair to us and to her. Either send us our truck or return our money..*Sincerely,*Scot and Carolyn Dorsch..
