I recently changed my passcode and got logged out of all my devices connected to Facebook. Although I know my password and email for my account, I have enabled two-factor authentication. I usually confirm my logins by receiving a code on my old phone number, which I no longer have. Despite checking my email, I have not received the code. I have submitted my government ID to Facebook multiple times but haven't heard back. My account name differs from my full name on the ID, but it is still me. I am unsure what additional proof I can provide to regain access to my account.

My Facebook account has been compromised, and it is sending messages to my contacts trying to scam money from them through PayPal. I am receiving frustrated emails from loved ones who are being asked to transfer money from someone's PayPal account because mine is supposedly not functional. After the transfer, they are instructed to forward the money to a provided bank account. The scammer then reverses the initial deposit, leaving my contacts with a significant financial loss. I have been inactive on Facebook for some time, and now I am unable to access my account as it claims I don't have one. I'm having a frustrating issue with Facebook on different devices. When I use a computer at a cyber cafe, I see different details and changes I make are reflected. However, on my Android mobile (Gionee) with the latest Facebook version, I face problems with features not working properly. The same issue happens when I try to use Chrome. I'm confused about why this is happening and how to resolve it.

Hi there, my name is Anca! I have had my emails hacked many times, and it's frustrating to constantly have to change and switch emails. I think it would be a good idea to implement signing in with a phone number for better privacy instead of using emails. When emails get hacked, personal information about me and my friends gets exposed. Most of us keep our phones with us or nearby most of the time, making it a more secure option than email. Strangers don't have access to our phones or phone numbers like our friends do. I hope you update your system soon, as while it's a great way to communicate with loved ones, the current email security is lacking. It would be helpful to only allow sign-ins on one device using a phone number. I've had unknown devices sign into my account and make changes which is concerning. It would also be beneficial to receive a message on our phone number every time someone signs in. It's very frustrating to change my password several times a day. Thank you, and have a great day!

Hello, I have sent many messages but I am still struggling with my Facebook account. I have used photos to try to identify people, but I am unable to log in. I have requested recovery pin numbers multiple times, but I still can't access my account! Can you please help me with this issue and explain why I am failing to regain access? I forgot the password to my account. I had set up three friends to help with codes, but one couldn't get the code, and now it seems the option is disabled. My wife, connected on Facebook, can still see my account, but I can't log in. The attached phone number is disconnected with no access. I'm unsure if there's an email linked to the account. Can you assist in recovering my account? There are many important photos of my family, pets, as well as messages from deceased relatives that I would like to access.

Hello, I hope you're doing well. I am having an issue with my profile. I had enabled two-factor authentication but accidentally deleted my phone number. This has caused a disruption in my profile. I've read that removing a phone number should automatically disable two-factor authentication. However, my two-factor authentication is still active, and I am unable to access my profile. Hello, my name is Floyd Fayson. I created a Facebook account three days ago to set up a business page. After adding my page name and logo, I clicked submit, and Facebook requested a photo from me. I promptly sent a photo, but then received a message saying my account was under review. Two days passed, and when I tried to log in, I found my account was disabled with no explanation. My Facebook account has been hacked, and the email associated with it has been changed by the hacker. Despite trying various online forms, I haven't received any response from Facebook. I believe it should be relatively easy to prove since I am a blonde woman and the hacker appears to be a Middle Eastern man who has altered the account name and language to Arabic. I am eager to regain access to my account. I have had several friends report the hack and have attempted the password reset, but the code is sent to the new email address on the account instead of the one I input. I have also repeatedly filled out the "my account is compromised" form with no success. Even after reaching out via Twitter, I only received the same form which hasn't yielded any results from Facebook.

I need assistance. About 4 weeks ago, I purchased an iRobot Roomba [redacted] for $[redacted].97 through a Facebook ad. I haven't received it yet, so I contacted the Facebook number provided. They located my order but informed me it was canceled. They reassured me they would send a new one the next day, but I had to pay using Google Pay. Initially, I paid for 3 $50 cards, but then they requested 3 sets, so I bought another 3 $50 cards. They mentioned refunding the amount, but due to time passing, I needed to purchase more $50 sets to receive a refund of $[redacted]. I'm hesitant to invest more without speaking to a supervisor. I am in need of assistance. My caregiver mistakenly saved incorrect passwords for my accounts such as Facebook and Google. A Google account was set up on my computer without my knowledge. Consequently, I suspect I have been hacked as my friend noticed activity on my FB account when I was asleep. I discovered three unfamiliar IP addresses linked to my accounts. The issue lies in my latest account being linked to my Gmail, obstructing me from receiving emails. I require help to redirect the emails to a different account and reset the password. Due to my disability, speaking on the phone would be more accessible for me. I appreciate any help. My long-standing account was disabled recently and I was asked to verify my identity, which I did by submitting a photo of my driver's license. My account displayed my married name, Biggs, but I have since switched back to my maiden name, Dull. Despite my efforts to open a new account using my Gmail address and providing another picture of myself, the new account has also been disabled after waiting for Facebook to complete the identity verification. I am frustrated by the ongoing issues and the initial disabling of my original account without clear reasons.

Hello everyone, I have encountered a distressing situation with my Facebook page, "The Lyrical" (facebook.com/thelyricalofficial). Recently, I unwittingly added it to a stranger's "Business Manager" page named "Network Pages." This individual, Matías Reyes Tomelich, has seized full control of my page, deleting all posts spanning the past 9 years. I am now unable to detach my page from his Business Manager account. My concern is that Matías may utilize this access to review private messages from my 15k followers for confidential information. Despite having access to edit content, my administrative abilities are overshadowed by his control. I am apprehensive about his activities and the potential misuse of private data. Regrettably, my attempts to restrict his access have been fruitless. Furthermore, he has erased all dialogs preceding January of this year. I was recently banned from the forum, and I am uncertain about the duration of the ban. An individual with numerous fake accounts was harassing many of my friends. I posted a warning about him and listed his various accounts, leading him to report me, resulting in a 3-day ban. I believe it is unfair since I was only trying to protect my friends. Subsequently, he reported comments from a thread where I expressed frustration by saying, "this dude needs to get his butt kicked," and "I seriously want to confront him." Although not direct threats, these remarks led to another ban whose length is unknown to me. Many people were affected by his actions, causing them to be blocked. It is challenging to identify this individual. My concerns are regarding the duration of my ban and its resolution. Thank you, Jesse C.

I recently got hacked and my password was changed. I can still access my Facebook through the app, but I can't sign in elsewhere to manage my business page for ads. The recovery process asked for a new email since I only had a phone number on the account. Unfortunately, I entered the wrong email and submitted my ID to that email. Now, I'm stuck because it won't let me proceed, claiming I've already submitted my ID with my new (wrong) email. I'm unsure how to move forward from here.
