To,*Facebook Customer Support Officer,*Dear Sir,*I would like to draw your attention on the misuse of Facebook Pages by the fake and fraudulent Indian Companies, selling their products particularly Dresses or fabric stuffs with fake accounts and other fake details. I am a witness to this as in our Indian Pages, a Company namely Fevrona (Dress material company) has misused Facebook by creating its page and which is also liked by innocent customers like me. *I ordered for a gown from Fevrona (having a trust on Facebook and its pages) and the company was found as a fake and fraud company. I spent my hard earned money for this company's fake product. Now i have written my complaint to the Courier company involving the Indian Consumer Ministry in the same. The details of the letter has been mentioned below for your ready reference. *I have an old account with Facebook and i like many pages time to time. But now i am feeling very insecure in the same and somewhere i am feeling that even Facebook is doing a wrong with the Public in General while promoting these fake sites, where the people like me are spending their money and the companies are fraudulently making the money with illegal business practices. (Delhivery Courier), with a Fake company Fevrona for shipping and delivery of such fake products for making profits and grabbing money from innocent customers, Violation of Consumer Protection Act r*w Indian Contract Act, Sale of Goods Act, Illegal Trade Practices. *Sir,*It is submitted as under:*That my name is Manpreet Kaur. My residential address is **, First Floor, Pkt-**, Sector-**, Rohini.*I had booked a designer Gown from the company named as Fevrona for an amount of Rs. ***.** including shipping charges and delivery charges.*The company gave its confirmation for the order on my mobile and finally it reached to me on **th August **** by the delivery boy Karan from Delhivery Pvt Ltd. (Delhivery Courier), (Mb.No. **********) and he collected the amount Rs. ****- as a round figure for the amount as mentioned on the packet Rs. ***.***-, as the same was booked under COD method. *The packet was having its Bar code no. ************* mentioning the details as Fevrona Designer Gown ** for Rs. ***.** order No. **** in my name and address. Return Address on the same packet was given as ***, anjali, jhangirpura, Surat-****** with a Return email id: *****@***.com*Since the delivery was from a renowned courier company, so there is no point of any doubt for its receiving. Hence I accepted the same and paid the amount to the said boy Karan from Delhivery. The boy collected the money and left off. *Pertinent to mention that this is not the first time I have been delivered with a packet by your company Delhivery Pvt. Ltd. but even earlier I have received so many couriers from your company. I have records of all the messages with me, from your company for the earlier received orders.*To see the product, as I opened my packet, one more packet inside my packet was there in an opened state mentioning another details of bar code as *********** for Getnik Enterprises with another shipping address namely, Anita Gr. House ***, New Gandhi Nagar, Near Hari Mandir, Ghaziabad UP-****** with AWB No. ************Blue Dart Exp. Mentioning Getnik Fancy Kurti and Gown for an amount of Rs. *****- as COD. For return it was bearing an e mail id as *****@***.com*Surprisingly and shockingly, I immediately called up the delivery boy Karan and told about the same that the received packet was not originally related to me, as it is having another opened packet inside my packet. But Karan assured that since the outer layer of the packet was in my name, so he told me to check the same and get my product. I checked the packet and it was again another shock that neither any gown, which I had ordered, nor the likely product was there in the same despite two rough fabric material seems to be old sarees, was included in the same. I again called up Karan and told that the packet is not related to me in any manner. Karan told me to fill up a return form of the company and the refund will be initiated. I did the same immediately (on **th August ****) with a hope of refund of my amount, as per the policy. *Other companies also have the same return policies and many of the times I had returned the products and received my refunds, whenever their products were not satisfactory or not up to the mark. From this company too, a thank you revert was received by me for the submission of the Product return form. I have gone through the policy of the Fevrona company, which assured a refund either in our Bank or in our Paytm account within ** days. But the form submitted for the return does not ask us for any Bank detail or any Paytm number. *This was again a shocking aspect but I preferred to wait for further response from company’s side. Unfortunately, till date I have not received any of the reply in the matter. I tried to explore more into this and tried to find out the addresses and phone numbers for the company from Google, but Google shown it as a Fake company and it also showed that many complaints were registered against this company and others like Getnik Enterprises too.*This is an alarming state as the mentioned companies are making money fraudulently, involving reputed courier companies. And also the courier companies are helping these companies in this illegal business practices, which is prohibited and against the laws.*Using the services and name of the courier company, Fevrona and Delhivery Pvt Ltd. (Delhivery Courier), is misleading the innocent customers and making profits illegally. *Being a responsible customer and well wisher of Delhivery Pvt Ltd. (Delhivery Courier), I even tried to convey about all this cheated act to the Delhivery customer care number and rang the provided number many a times but no use, as the call is being picked up by default and it only gives the computerized announcement and making a fool of anybody as the call is not being handled by any of the customer care.*Now, I would like to state that as the product I received from Delhivery, dispatched by Fevrona (the fraud company) was purchased in a good faith.*The product was received in good faith and for the sake of a renowned courier company. Both of these are using the Unfair Trade Practices mentioned under Section * (*) (r) of the Consumer Protection Act. The same also falls under Section *(*) (f) in the Consumer Protection Act, **** (f) any fault, imperfection or shortcoming in the quality, quantity, potency, purity or standard which is required to be maintained by or under any law for the time being in force or** *under any contract, express or implied, or* as is claimed by the trader in any manner whatsoever in relation to any goods. *Delhivery Pvt. Ltd. Courier Company is using its name for making profits and cheating the innocent people intentionally being very much aware of all the facts of these fake companies. The money is being collected by Delhivery Pvt. Ltd. courier and being transferred to the Fake Companies like Fevrona. *Hence being a bonafide customer, its my right to ask the Delhivery Pvt. Ltd. (Delhivery courier) courier about the full address of the alleged Fevrona company and name of its Incharge along with the contact number. Also the other details like Bank Account Number in which the collected money is being transferred by Delhivery Pvt. Ltd. (Delhivery courier) *I need my refund as not only the monetary loss has been caused to me for paying the amount for the order booked but also I have been cheated fraudulently by the Fevrona using the name and fame of Delhivery Pvt. Ltd. (Delhivery courier) and Delhivery Pvt. Ltd. (Delhivery courier) is working as a helping hand in the illegal business practices and also for the transfers of finance, collected from the innocent customers. *Looking for revert immediately along with the required details as per the mentioned rights of mine given above along with the refund and compensation of Rs.
