I am currently unable to access my own account after this incident. In December [redacted], I changed my password from the Detroit, Michigan region, and in [redacted], I added a new email to my account. The original email linked to my account is [redacted], while my new email is [redacted] My phone number is ([redacted])77*-[redacted], which I have used since April [redacted]. Despite being primarily logged in from Miami, I spent September-October [redacted] in Detroit due to Hurricane Irma, returning to Miami in late September and finally relocating to Florida around October 30, [redacted]. The last successful login was on the evening of May 10, [redacted]. Additional previous passwords I used include Alex0424 and AlexnPete143$.

My Facebook pictures and posts are not showing on both my iPhone and Mac computer. The news feed remains blank, indicating a loading issue on my phone, while the computer prompts me to refresh, which doesn't resolve the problem. I'm unable to view more than one page and access previous events like my children can on their accounts. This has been happening frequently in the past month. I contacted my internet provider, and they confirmed it's not their issue. Interestingly, other accounts like Google and eBay work fine for me, but it's only Facebook that's causing trouble.

A month ago, I received an alert from Facebook about an unknown browser accessing my account, leading to being logged out to reset the password. Despite having two-factor authentication set up to receive a code via SMS, which I did not receive, I was directed to a link provided by Facebook in an email taking me to my account. Unfortunately, I discovered I was blocked due to an issue with a photo dated from April to June, leading to a 30-day block. This block upset me greatly as the photos posted during the hack were the same ones I reported. I have been in contact with Facebook, even requesting they disable my two-factor authentication. Finally, after multiple reports, I received an email that briefly restored my access, only to find myself blocked from posting. This unfair situation has caused extreme stress, pushing my blood pressure to dangerous levels. I kindly request Facebook to restore my account to its previous state before the incident that led to my block. Thank you.

This morning, I found myself blocked from accessing Facebook groups and banned from using Marketplace. I am an active seller on these platforms and am unsure why this restriction occurred. My business involves selling items acquired in bulk from retailers like Home Depot, Costco, Walmart, and Victoria's Secret. I have reviewed the commerce policies but cannot identify any violations on my part. I would like to have my access to Groups and Marketplace reinstated, but I also seek clarification on what led to this action so I can prevent similar issues in the future. I value the opportunities provided by FB and Marketplace. For communication purposes, please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you, Jeffery W. Manders

My Facebook account has been blocked for a month now, and I'm still unable to recover it. After entering my email and password, it takes me to a page that says my account is temporarily locked. When I try to continue through the security steps, I just get a message saying "something went wrong." I've tried everything to regain access, from logging in on different devices and browsers, but nothing works. It's frustrating not to have a helpline to call after a month. I can't even access my selling/business page, where I've spent money on promotions. Any advice to help me with this issue is greatly appreciated. I really don't want to start a new Facebook page.

In November [redacted], I shared a post on my timeline from Quora about a difficult time discussing a late friend. This was a cathartic experience for me, and I made it public to reach many people. It received over [redacted] likes and was widely shared on Facebook. Recently, the post has disappeared, and I am unsure why. The article in question was titled "What does it feel like to be in a coma?"

Hello everyone, I would like to report a concerning incident involving an individual who posted in one of our groups about stealing cars in South Africa to sell in Malawi. I took a screenshot of the post and reported it to the group admin, resulting in the guy being removed. However, I believe his account should be closed to prevent further issues, especially considering the potential for xenophobia attacks. Please provide an email address where I can send the screenshots of the profile name and post for further action. Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Facebook account due to a phone number change. The old phone number associated with my account was [redacted], and the new one is [redacted]. Facebook is sending a code to my old number, preventing me from logging in. I need assistance in updating my phone number to regain access. My name is Robert Ayres, also known as user Bob Allen Ayers, and my account is linked to a Yahoo email address, for which I am also unable to receive a code. Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am continuously receiving Friend Suggestions from individuals with inappropriate profile images or drawings. Despite my efforts to report and block them, I am still being matched with such accounts from various countries. This issue started a few months back, and it is disrupting my Facebook experience. I prefer not to see these types of Friend Suggestions and would like to disable the "People You May Know" feature if possible. It is frustrating to keep blocking these accounts as more keep surfacing. I believe there should be software in place to detect and prevent profiles with explicit content from appearing. Can someone assist me in resolving this problem? Your help is much appreciated.

In late November [redacted], I shared a post from Quora on my Facebook timeline discussing a challenging period in my life. The post was dedicated to a late friend and meant to offer support to others. Despite gaining significant attention with over a hundred likes and multiple shares, I recently noticed it has disappeared without any explanation. Unable to receive assistance from Facebook's Help Center, I am troubled by the lack of transparency regarding the removal of my heartfelt article titled "What does it feel like to be in a coma?" This deeply personal piece was both distressing and therapeutic for me and I hoped it could resonate with others facing similar struggles. Despite reaching out to Facebook support, I have yet to receive a satisfying response, leaving me eager to have this situation resolved and seeking clarity on why my post vanished.

Since yesterday evening, I have been experiencing issues with Facebook. An error window keeps popping up, saying that Facebook has stopped working. I tried to report it, but the problem persisted this morning. I called a number I found and provided details about the hacking situation Texas and Russia as they claimed. However, they asked for money to resolve the issue, which seemed suspicious. When I refused, they hung up. I tried contacting Facebook for support, but their recording mentioned they do not offer phone assistance. I am concerned about the legitimacy of the previous call. I would greatly appreciate it if someone from Facebook could reach out to help me resolve this matter. Thank you.

I recently sent an email and I am extremely upset. I am very angry and frustrated. The email was sent to my private address, which I only use for close friends and important personal correspondence. It was also addressed to my name, information that I did not provide when I registered and is not on my profile. Facebook's actions seem deceitful to me. It feels like an invasion of my privacy for them to acquire this information without my consent. I intentionally wanted to maintain my privacy, which is why I did not upload a photo of myself. I prefer to reach out to others rather than have them contact me. I find it scandalous that Facebook is seeking out personal and private details. This experience has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. Just to clarify, I am not a terrorist, only an older individual who values privacy. The email was delivered to [redacted]

In late November [redacted], I shared a post on my Facebook timeline from Quora. It delved into a difficult period in my life, aiming to honor a deceased friend and provide solace to others. Despite receiving over a hundred likes and numerous shares, titled "What does it feel like to be in a coma?", the post has vanished without explanation. Unable to find answers from Facebook's Help Centre, I am feeling unsettled by the disappearance. This writing was deeply personal, and its vanishing act has left me disheartened. Posting it was both a painful and therapeutic experience, as I navigate the lasting impact of that emotional time in my life. While I've reached out to Facebook for assistance and logged a ticket, I'm disheartened by the lack of individual response. I'm hopeful for a resolution that involves the post reappearing or, at the very least, an explanation for its removal.

I'm experiencing difficulties with accessing my Facebook account. It appears that a friend, possibly Paul Cook, accessed my account by not logging out from his tablet. After changing my password, they gained full access to my Gmail and Facebook. Despite using the verification code sent to my friend for confirmation, I was unable to regain access. I also have another Gmail account linked to s h a t u r n e r 3 at gmail.com, but face the same issue with verification codes. I'm now unable to access my Facebook where I stored precious pictures and videos, particularly related to my struggle with Morgellons disease. I seek assistance in recovering my account to retrieve these valuable memories. I have learned the lesson of not staying logged in on a friend's device and hope to resolve this promptly. The account is under the name Sharae Turner, with a birthday listed as [redacted], set up in Bellevue, Washington.

I received a notification informing me that a post was removed from my page due to being marked as spam. Upon clicking to view the post, I confirmed that I did not make the post, which then directed me to a page prompting me to secure my account by clicking "Get Started." However, I was unable to exit this page and proceeded to follow the steps which led to a request for my current password, which I could not recall. Faced with this obstacle, I searched for a way out and found the "forgot password" link. Once attempting to reset my password, the system declared that I had entered too many codes. I am now unsure of what steps to take next in resolving this issue.

Hello, my name is Christopher Square. Recently, someone reported one of my posts on Facebook as spam. The post was merely an expression of my thoughts and views. It seems unfair that individuals are able to report content they disagree with as spam. The person who reported my post is likely not on my friends list as the post was from two months ago. Despite not containing any derogatory remarks, nudity, or spam, my page was still suspended for 24 hours. This restriction on my ability to express myself is concerning. Facebook should improve its process to prevent false reports from individuals who are not connected as friends on the platform.

There is a Facebook profile under the name Khaled Al Rasheed containing my personal information and photos. This account is causing me distress with my family, friends, and spouse. Despite numerous reports, Facebook claims it does not violate their guidelines. I did not create this account, yet it has all my details and images. I am willing to provide any verification Facebook requires to prove this is not me. This situation is disrupting my life on a daily basis, and I urgently need it resolved. Thank you for your assistance.

I've been encountering an issue with my Facebook account login. I keep getting a message indicating suspicious activity prompting a temporary lock. Despite changing my password, my account remains blocked until I verify my identity and update the password. However, the process halts with an "Identity Not Confirmed" message, preventing me from proceeding to the security questions. The page often gets stuck loading or fails to progress beyond clicking "continue." Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you, C.

I am seeking assistance with my Facebook account login issue. It appears that my account has been compromised, as the email and password have been changed by someone else. Despite my attempts to log in, the profile picture displayed is correct, but the email and password information have been altered. Consequently, I am unable to receive the code necessary to log in via email, since the email linked to the account is different. I also have not updated my phone number, preventing me from receiving a text message with a code. The phone number associated with the account is [redacted], however, I have had a new number for some time without updating it in the account settings. Preserving my account is crucial to me, particularly as it contains valuable pictures I hope to recover. Thank you for your help in resolving this matter.

Hello, I have a question about a page I created many years ago. Initially, the page was set as "BusinessA" and had a certain following. It then changed to "BusinessB" with a new name and different following. "BusinessB" has now held the page for two years. I am wondering if I can create a new page for "BusinessB" and transfer all the information, posts, likes, and reviews from the initial page to the new one so that the original page can go back to being "BusinessA." I understand I could create a new page for "BusinessB" and rename the initial page to "BusinessA," but that would result in losing all likes and reviews. There is also another unclaimed page that references "BusinessA." If transferring the data is not possible, we may claim the other page and consider transferring some old information from the initial page.
