I experienced a hacking incident on my phone over 4 weeks ago through FB Messenger. I've tried changing my password multiple times, deleted and reinstalled the apps, but I'm still locked out of my account. The login prompts me for a code generator that I can't locate; despite verifying my identity through ID and handwritten codes, I'm unable to regain access. Even after changing my password and receiving confirmation emails, I'm stuck in a loop of being asked for the code generator or ID. It's frustrating as I miss seeing updates on special needs groups and family photos. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering my account. Hello, I recently bought two items from your site that were advertised. One was meant to be a metal replica lightsaber from Star Wars, but what I got was a plastic toy instead of the item shown. The second item was an electric-powered surfboard, but they sent me a child's boogie board instead. I've reached out to both vendors through PayPal, but have not received any responses. I'm reaching out to your company because these ads are still running, and I'm concerned that your company may be involved in these scams. Someone attempted to hack my account, causing Facebook to deactivate it after a friend reported the incident. Despite my efforts, including uploading a photo ID and completing forms, my account remains inaccessible. I missed using a code and did not receive another one via SMS. I dislike having email on my phone but can access it through my desktop. As a senior, I am greatly frustrated by this situation and the subpar customer service. I have received multiple emails from the help center requesting that I submit photos of myself holding a code, a process that has not resolved my issue. I am feeling quite embarrassed by this situation, as I have complied with multiple requests for photos. After resetting my phone, I lost access to all apps including Facebook. Reinstalling it, I can't log in as I no longer have the old phone number ([redacted]) on file. My current number leads to a different account. Additionally, my Facebook username is linked to an unreachable email ([redacted]), leaving me locked out. Despite waiting more than 24 hours to receive a code, I'm stuck in a cycle of waiting with no indication of when I can try again.

I need assistance regaining access to my Facebook account. It was hacked after I clicked on a dangerous link that was sent to me through Facebook. The hacker managed to access all my accounts, including my email, which I promptly secured by changing the password upon receiving an alert on my phone about a login from Egypt. This is suspicious as I only use Mac and iOS devices, and I have never visited Egypt. Despite regaining control of my Instagram account, I am still unable to access my Facebook and page as the hacker changed the associated email address, making it impossible for me to reset the password. On August 20, [redacted], my nephew, David Bevans, had his account hacked and is now unable to access it. The hacker communicated through Messenger, claiming to be from Facebook. They instructed him to purchase a $[redacted] gift card from Walgreens to resolve the issue. The hacker threatened to send compromising photos of my nephew to his friends, including one who received such an image. The hacker demanded an additional $[redacted] to stop the photo sharing. Despite changing the password, the hacker altered the email address associated with the account, making it impossible for my nephew to seek help. After reporting the incident to the police, he tried contacting Facebook for assistance but was met with a similar situation involving a different contact number. I am reaching out in hopes of finding a resolution for this distressing situation before further action is taken. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I urgently need to recover my old Facebook account. I have been attempting to contact you for over a month but have not received any response. My account was hacked, and though I managed to regain access temporarily, I was quickly logged out and now cannot log back in. Hello, I have been dealing with a hacked Facebook account for the past month. I received an email alerting me that someone in Spain was trying to access my account, prompting me to change my password immediately. I followed the instructions, changed my password twice more upon receiving similar emails, and later found out it might have been a scam. After changing my password a third time via the Facebook app on my iPhone, I was then locked out of my account when the email linked to it was removed. Two friends, Sahba and Vincent, have also reported the issue on their Facebook accounts, but we have yet to receive a response from Facebook. I am seeking further assistance and guidance on recovering my Facebook account. Thank you.

I made a mistake during registration by inputting "Emmally" instead of "Emily." I checked the Settings, and it seems that the name update hasn't gone through properly even though I saved it. I've also encountered an issue when trying to add my Hebrew name. The system prevented the change automatically, and I'm unsure how to proceed to include it. I can no longer access the email accounts associated with my two additional Facebook accounts under my married name. Unfortunately, a harmful virus that included a keylogger infiltrated my hard drive despite multiple reformatting attempts and fresh Windows installations. Google, Samsung (as my phone was also impacted), Verizon, and Microsoft all recommended wiping all data and starting afresh. Regrettably, reporting the two accounts as hacked seems to have led to being locked out of my new account under my maiden name. I'm at a loss of what steps to take next.

Recently, I was unblocked from using Facebook for 30 days which I understand. However, I got blocked again for using the word "Faggot," which I now realize is disrespectful. I reported a man who sent me inappropriate images, but despite my efforts, I have not received a response. The picture I shared was mistakenly removed for "sexual content/nudity," even though it did not contain any. I am currently facing a week-long post ban on my account, which is affecting my work communications. I am unable to appeal this decision as I keep receiving an error message. Meanwhile, the person who sent me the inappropriate images has not been immediately blocked. I am disappointed by how Facebook has handled this situation and fear that my reports will not be taken seriously. I request that my account be reinstated, and the individual responsible for sending the explicit images be appropriately dealt with.
