Hello, I am reaching out because I am currently experiencing difficulty accessing my Facebook account. My previous phone numbers are visible on the account, but I no longer have access to them. Even though I have updated my new number on Facebook, it is not appearing as an option to receive a login code. I am unable to retrieve the login codes from Facebook, and providing a picture of me with a handwritten code did not seem to resolve the issue. I am now submitting my government ID, which contains my correct name and birthdate. I am also unable to modify my birth year on my Facebook profile. Dear all, I am reaching out regarding my main profile on Facebook. Unfortunately, it has been temporarily blocked for safety reasons, and I am unable to recover it at this time. Despite trying to enter a new password, reviewing my added friends, posts, comments, and ads I haven't published, the process seems underdeveloped. I own 1,[redacted] ads, all of which are mine, but the only option available is to remove all of them - there are no exceptions. I hope for a solution soon, but regrettably, nothing has changed. I have also tried using security programs like Kaspersky and F-Secure on my newly built system with no success. What frustrates me the most is the lack of email notifications about my account being blocked. If anyone has encountered a similar situation or can offer assistance, I would greatly appreciate it. I am reaching out to address some concerning behavior within the Dogspotting Society Facebook Group. Lately, the moderator team has been acting in ways that go against group rules, leading to members being unfairly penalized. They have been overly controlling, infringing on members' rights and publicly criticizing individuals, creating a hostile environment within the community. Furthermore, the moderators have established Dogspotting People’s Court, which falsely presents itself as a law firm, potentially violating Facebook's Terms of Service by impersonating a legal entity. Jeff Wallen, the main admin of the groups, appears to be endorsing this behavior. Their actions seem to breach Facebook's guidelines, and I believe it is essential to address this issue to maintain a positive and respectful online community. Hello Facebook, I have created a closed group to share posts with friends who are not as inquisitive. The group is supposed to have posts that are not being interfered with by Facebook or have their links broken. This has been happening quite often. It needs to stop because it's not fair to disrupt a user who created a closed group to share content with like-minded individuals. The group members are already aware of the topics being discussed and have been for years, so there are no complaints or shock. It's a support group for us Truthers to share interesting information with each other. I am requesting Facebook to cease interfering as it is infringing on my user experience and privacy on the platform. My group does not post violent content, so please refrain from breaking the links without our consent within my closed group. If Facebook deems something as spam, kindly allow me to handle it. There is no need for Facebook to intrude where it is not wanted. I am asking Facebook not to interfere on my social media platform any longer, especially within my closed group where no complaints exist. The content shared is neither violent nor racist, so it is unclear why Facebook is blocking our posts. This practice is not acceptable. Thank you, Bella Marie

I need help with a serious matter regarding a fake account set up under my maiden name, Sunday Gutilla. The account is posting pictures of me and my 11-year-old son. I have a restraining order against the individual behind this account due to their criminal history. Despite multiple reports, Facebook's support has only given me generic responses, stating that the account does not violate community standards. Impersonation is clearly prohibited by Facebook's own guidelines, so I urge them to take action promptly. If they fail to do so, I will have to involve law enforcement to enforce the removal under my restraining order. I received a message two days ago about my expired login and was told to log in again. However, when I tried, I discovered my account had been disabled. I submitted an appeal to Facebook to have it reactivated, but as of now, I still can't access it. I've been in contact with Facebook support since 9:04 a.m. today, and it's now 7:37 p.m. with no resolution. I spoke with Kim W. who suggested a $[redacted] payment for a security program code to be rented from the NSA for two hours. After she used my Amazon account to buy gift cards, Amazon detected suspicious activity and locked my account. I then spoke to Robin G. at Facebook support, who advised me to call back in 2 hours. I've been stressed and upset about this situation. Please help me regain access to my Facebook account. Contact me at [redacted] or 1[redacted] or 1[redacted]. Can you find another way to reactivate my account? I don't believe the Amazon gift cards will work due to the cancellation. I just want my account back as I've had it since [redacted]. Thank you.

I am re-sending my only form of ID as I do not have any other proof. I have three trusted contacts, but two of them do not have internet access as they reside in a village without it. I recently shared a page to participate in a free reading offered by a medium. The site requested me to verify my identity and update my password multiple times. Unfortunately, I now can't recall my password after these changes. Despite my efforts over the past few days, I have been unable to regain access to my Gmail account. I previously shared pictures of my children, including albums named Jesse, Mya, Jesse and Mya, and my mobile uploads. My profile photo features my son leaning over my daughter against a white background. I still have access to Messenger for communication. Noteworthy friends on my list are May Low, Lizzy Bleakney, Carol Boulter, and Reuben Kelsey Ashton-James. I also participate in Facebook groups like girlsmouth, feed yourself for a £1, mums and cheeky bums, baby bump and you, and mums chat and advice. I used to be an admin on the latter group. In the Jesse album, the description indicates the time of Jesse's birth at 9:54 pm. I am unsure of what other details might be needed. I have recent photos of my children as well.

I believe I have encountered a scam involving a phone number supposedly connected to FACEBOOK for help accessing my account. The email associated with my account is [redacted], my username is TeeDee Nelson, and my legal name is Trina Brown. The person I spoke with, "Jacob," at [redacted], claimed that my account was hacked and instructed me to purchase a $[redacted] Google Play card for a refund. Following his guidance, he requested two more identical cards. When I expressed doubt and asked for a manager, "Ron Williams" joined the call and insisted on one more $[redacted] card to "authenticate my Facebook account," alerting me to a potential scam. I intend to contact the Secret Service on Monday, as the weekend local office is closed, to address this issue. Unfortunately, the codes provided have not resolved my account access problem.

I am experiencing frequent shutdowns when trying to use my cell phone. It’s frustrating having to rely on a computer to access Facebook while my cell phone connects through Sunnyvale, California. Even though I’ve approved access multiple times, my account was disabled today, preventing me from wishing my granddaughter a happy birthday. If I were a stockholder, I'd be concerned about the service quality. Please provide me with the email for investor relations. Everyone in Sunnyvale, CA can access my account, but they choose not to. It's important to understand that a cell phone is my connection. I shouldn’t have to carry a computer everywhere to use Facebook. Embrace mobile technology like most have. Unlock my account and permit Sunnyvale residents to log in. If you can't improve, I will voice my concerns publicly. Invest in competent staff. Please share the email of your investor relations department; they should be aware of customer dissatisfaction. My login and email are [redacted]. Your lack of understanding of cell phone connectivity is astounding. Trace the cell phone towers; it's essential for service improvement. I demand action or I'll escalate this issue.

Hello, I deactivated my Facebook account a few months ago because I didn't use it, but I realized that my mobile game "Dokkan Battle" was linked to it. After resetting my phone, I couldn't transfer my game account because it was connected to a deleted Facebook account. I contacted support, but they couldn't help. I'm hoping to somehow reactivate my completely deleted Facebook account to access my old game progress. I encountered login issues and attempted multiple password resets unsuccessfully. I searched for your contact information via Google and reached out to [redacted]. Eric Brown answered and upon explaining my problem, he requested a $50 GOOGLE PLAY CARD for resolving the issue, providing him with the Security Code. Following his instructions, I complied. However, my son, alerted by my husband, cautioned against this as a potential scam. Despite this, I had already shared the Security Code with Mr. Eric Brown. Fortunately, my son later resolved my login problem, but now we are concerned about the information Mr. Brown may have obtained, including details like my city, zip code, and contact number. Your assistance in this matter would help alleviate our worries. Thank you.

There is a man who goes by the name Rikus Potgieter that Facebook has blocked multiple times for 30-day periods. He has been known to use numerous fake profiles, at least 14, to engage in harassment and hateful behavior. He tends to target people who are indiscriminate in accepting friend requests on Facebook. Despite facing legal action for harassment in South Africa, there haven't been significant consequences for his actions. I urge the platform to investigate his activities, including his fake profiles, possibly by tracking IP addresses, to address his behavior. Due to his negative behavior, I have chosen not to allow him back into my Facebook group, which has led to him threatening me. I implore you to take action and delve into his activities on the platform to witness the toxicity firsthand. Many others can attest to his harmful behavior.

I am submitting a complaint regarding an individual named Rikus Potgieter who has faced multiple 30-day bans from Facebook. He admits to controlling 14 accounts, including those under aliases such as Daan Venter, Nathan W. Rich, and JV Rensburg Clynt. These accounts are allegedly utilized for harassing others, reflecting his narcissistic behavior aimed at causing harm. I urge Facebook to investigate his activities, including tracking his IP addresses, as he is currently retaliating against me for removing him from a group he partakes in. He is threatening me with fabricated reports of rule violations, such as unauthorized gun sales, which we promptly address in accordance with Facebook guidelines. Despite various reports, he circumvents actions by sending friend requests to unsuspecting users who unwittingly accept him. Your intervention in this matter is greatly appreciated. Dear Concerned Parties, I acknowledge the violation and agree to comply with all of Facebook's regulations. I would like to clarify that the repeated violation occurred due to an issue with my email account. Since I do not regularly use this email for my daily activities, I missed the warning emails from FB regarding the copyright violation. It was only when my FB account was disabled that I checked this email account and found those warning messages. I am reaching out to Facebook for help and guidance to regain access to my account. It is important to note that I am the sole administrator managing multiple business pages for various companies. Without my FB account, no one else can oversee these pages. I need assistance logging back into my Facebook account after being logged out for approximately 4 months. I recently upgraded to a Google Pixel 2 XL from a Samsung Galaxy S8. Hello, I'm William and I need to reset my Facebook password. I have forgotten my current password and need to access my account on my computer for my business page. I have been unable to resolve this for the past 3 months, and I realized I needed my password when upgrading my phone. Previously, I could reset my password via email, but the email linked to my account was removed, and I can only receive text messages on my phone. Although I'm logged in on my phone, I can't reset my password. I tried to use my three legacy contacts to reset the password, but the system asks for an email even though I've entered my mobile number.
