My account has been hacked, and the hacker changed the email and password on my Facebook page. They are pretending to be me and asking people for money. I am locked out of my own account, and they have even taken $[redacted] from me. I realized I was talking to a hacker and not my cousin. I have been struggling to get assistance since yesterday. These scammers gained access to my Facebook account through my cousin's page, pretending to be her. They tricked me into sending a copy of my driver's license and directed me to Walmart to collect money, where they ended up stealing $[redacted] from me. They managed to change my password, email address, and phone number, making it impossible for me to access my account. They are now posing as me and soliciting money from my friends and family. I urgently need help in resolving this situation. I am not very tech-savvy, but I can be reached at area code [redacted]. My name is Tia Hawthorne, and I foolishly shared a copy of my driver's license with them, believing it was my cousin. I seek assistance in recovering my account and blocking these scammers. I need help recovering my account. I changed my password but forgot it and didn't have my account linked with a phone number for recovery. The email associated with the account was hacked, so I can't use it. I have important pictures and data on the account that I want access to. I received a message from FB last night stating they took down a post I shared and asked if I thought it was spam. I accidentally clicked that I never posted it because FB didn't show me what the post was. Then I clicked that I disagree since I only share posts, not create them. Now my FB Page is frozen. Despite trying to follow the steps to secure my account, FB won't accept any of my passwords, old or current. I'm unsure if my page has been hacked and I'm struggling to find a way to contact FB for help. I'm 76 years old and finding it difficult to navigate this situation. I also received three emails in a foreign language offering help to unblock my account, but I am unsure about their legitimacy.

My Facebook account was compromised around 19 to 20 hours ago. I received a message on Facebook Messenger prompting me to log in again due to the session expiring. Unfortunately, upon trying to log back in, I discovered that my password had been changed. Additionally, it seems my car was stolen, along with my phone that stored the login credentials for my Gmail account. Consequently, I am unable to access my Facebook account as my name has also been altered. This breach of my account has left me feeling violated. If I am unable to change the email associated with the account, I would prefer to deactivate it completely. It is clear that my account has been hacked and taken over, and unauthorized activity has been taking place within the past 16 to 17 hours.

My Facebook account has been compromised. The email address and phone number linked to the account are inaccessible due to my stolen cellphone. The Gmail account associated with the Facebook account is [redacted] Without my authorization, the name on the account was changed to "Shawn Nothings." I have not received any notifications regarding this change. I would like the account deactivated if I cannot update the Gmail account to either [redacted] or [redacted] The phone number linked to the account, [redacted], is no longer in my possession. I am unable to provide verification using a hospital bill with my name and address. Could a Colorado registration in my name Christopher C. Gibson be accepted for an ID reset?

I recently received a message via Facebook from someone claiming to be my aunt, stating that PCH and Facebook were giving away $[redacted],[redacted] to assist the youth, retired, and disabled. They mentioned that the money had been delivered to my aunt's doorstep with my name on the winning list. When I asked a security question to validate their identity as my aunt, they could not answer, leading me to suspect it was a scam. They began threatening me and wouldn't stop calling until 3:45 am, even sending messages telling me to die. Upon further investigation, I discovered they were contacting other family members as well. After checking my phone thoroughly, I noticed the calls were coming from Nigeria. I am trying to reach out to Facebook regarding this issue. I purchased an item from Facebook Marketplace, and the seller informed me they would ship it the next morning after receiving the payment. However, after a message about shipping, they went silent until recently citing a personal matter. I was worried about being scammed due to the lack of communication post-payment. I'd like to address any problems on their end as I believe they are not trying to deceive me. The name reported on the account is Marcus Beyrouti.

I recently reported an issue with a person on Facebook Marketplace. The individual had initially not responded to me, which led me to believe I was being ripped off after making a payment. However, the person has now reached out with information and proof that they were dealing with a personal matter causing the delay. I realize now that I was mistaken in my assumption of being scammed, and I would like to resolve the matter. I am satisfied that the person has rectified the situation, and I no longer have any problems with them. The individual's name involved in this situation was Marcus Beyrouti.

Hello, I have an account with you under the name Lissette Lamont with the email [redacted] I cannot recall my password as it has been a while since I last used this account. The email currently associated with the account is my very old Yahoo email that I no longer use. I have tried to recover the password through Yahoo's "forgot my password" process, but the alternative email listed is another old email [redacted], which has a typo at the end. The correct email should end with only one "m" in com. I have been unsuccessful in contacting Yahoo for assistance as there seems to be no direct contact information available. I urgently need access to my Facebook account for business purposes. I recently encountered a mentally unstable individual while shopping, and despite not having any contact with her for the past seven years, she has started directing her crazy rants at me. This has been embarrassing and I fear it may harm my job search efforts. Her name is Danielle Azzaro. I have reported this numerous times with no resolution. I may need to take legal action. Unfortunately, I am having trouble understanding how to redeem this credit, and I believe more clarification from the assisting agent would have been helpful. Additionally, I encountered an issue last weekend when I tried to use the feature of inviting people who clicked on my ads to Like our page. Despite having ads running for quite some time, I received an automated error message stating the feature was disabled due to clicking too fast. This was frustrating as I had paid for these ads and was simply trying to engage with potential followers. I attempted to seek assistance on this matter, but unfortunately did not receive a response. I must express my disappointment in the lack of human support provided to paying customers on Facebook. Someone else shared a post on my timeline that could have jeopardized my job. I have removed the post today on 8/17/18 within the last 2 to 3 hours. The post contained an emoji of a girl and the message "Please accept my resignation." As I am friends with many current and former coworkers on Facebook, this caused quite a commotion, and I want to clarify that I do not intend to resign. I have already changed my password and updated my security settings on Facebook. However, I am eager to identify the person responsible for this post to consider next steps, especially if it turns out to be a current colleague.

I've been logged out of my Facebook account on all devices. Despite entering my password, Facebook claims not to recognize the browser I'm using. It insists on sending a six-digit code for two-factor authentication, which I never set up, but I never receive the code on my phone. After submitting my ID, Facebook sent an expired link and a code that didn't work. I've tried to reach out to Miracle Perez from Facebook at [redacted], but none of the solutions provided have worked. Despite multiple attempts, I haven't received the SMS recovery code on my phone. The password sent via email didn't work either. Many users seem to be facing the same issue with the two-factor security feature. Dear Members of the Facebook Help Center, I submitted a request to delete my Facebook account approximately 20 days ago. Upon checking through my friends' accounts, I noticed that all my previous comments on posts or photos have been successfully removed, which is great news. However, I encountered an issue with my private messages still being visible in my friends' chat lists even though my account is due for deletion. When opting to delete my account, I expected a complete removal of all my account data. I am having trouble accessing my Sam Aziz account with the email [redacted] because I can't verify my birthday. Today, my Facebook account was disabled due to activities that violated their policies. After speaking with Facebook, I learned that my account had been hacked and used to breach their standards multiple times. Despite warnings from Facebook about my behavior, I was pressured by friends to share inappropriate content, resulting in the disabling of my account. I acknowledge my mistakes and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Initially trusting, I sent her $[redacted].00 USD when she lived in the U.K., though now she resides in Washington D.C. Recently, she suggested I sell my house and move to be with her. Upon further investigation, I discovered she is a U.K. celebrity using aliases like (Sherry Miller) and (Sherry Papman). When I confronted her, she explained she needs to remain incognito due to her status. I'm unsure if she is truly (Coleen Rooney). She has ceased asking for money post-confrontation but urging me to join her seems suspicious. I seek guidance on her honesty and real identity. If she is actually Coleen Rooney, then I can trust her. If not, this situation appears to be a scam.

Hello, I accidentally deleted the Facebook app from my phone. When I tried to reinstall it, I couldn't recover my account because I have a new email address and phone number. The email associated with my account is [redacted] Since I can't use the "forgot password" option due to the changed contact details, I contacted Google to recover my email password, and they mentioned that the account is active in different states, which is odd since I only reside in Ohio. After almost nine years, my account got disabled. I know I made mistakes, but my harasser did worse. Being agoraphobic, online interactions are vital. It's mentally and physically distressing to be isolated. This is my first offense. I lost photos of my kids' growth over nine years and my late grandfather. I'm constantly overwhelmed. Please assist me.
