My account has been disabled for payments. I am unable to enter a payment method to my account. I was informed there was suspicious activity so they disabled my ability to make ad purchases. I have since been informed that the account was cleared and just to re-enter payment method. When I try to enter payment method, I get a pop up that tells me it's disabled and to contact them. I have emailed FB more than ** ten times explaining that my account wasn't fixed and ** times I am told it is and to just enter payment method. I have provided my Driver License and any other information they have needed. I would just like the old payment method deleted from my account and allow me to enter a new payment method.
