I had two Facebook accounts, one for work and one personal. Unfortunately, when I appealed the cancellation of my work account, Facebook reinstated it but canceled my personal account, which I have had for over a decade. Despite explaining my situation through multiple messages, I realized that the responses may have been automated. Ideally, I would like to keep both accounts; having a separate work account is crucial for my role in education. However, if I am forced to choose, I would prefer not to lose my personal account as it holds years of memories and connections, including my band page. I am experiencing difficulty with "payments," preventing me from spending money on ads to promote my business page and sponsor posts. I have attempted to address this with customer service without success, receiving only generic responses. I am determined to have this matter resolved, even if it means reaching out daily. I feel frustrated by the perceived lack of assistance and would like to provide any necessary verification, such as photo ID, social security information, and credit card details, to confirm my identity. I created a separate account for a unique road trip, intending for others to follow my journey. I used it to document my experiences, thinking I could later order a printout through "Social Book" to cherish the memories. Unfortunately, Facebook considered this account a violation, despite my efforts to verify it. Despite providing IDs and requested information, the account named GrannyPod Stories was ultimately shut down, resulting in the loss of all photos and posts from my trip. I am hopeful to retrieve access to the content temporarily to order the book or merge the posts into my long-standing personal account under the name Judy Pochard. This issue occurred in the autumn of [redacted], and any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

A person claiming to be Sheryl Sanders from a Facebook group has been using my friend, Mike Marshall's messenger account. My friend said he put my name on the FFA list and won a lot of money. Trusting him, I contacted Sheryl. After spending $[redacted] to receive $90,[redacted], I realized it was a scam. Sheryl used real pictures of my friend. I feel like a fool for falling for this. On a Facebook Group called THE YARDER back in June, there was a photo circulating of a Dog with ham on its face, asking for donations due to being burned. My friend, Deborah Rice Freeman, was tricked into believing it and shared it as well. After contacting the group to take it down, they responded rudely with a picture of President Trump labeled as "WRONG." It's evident this picture is misleading and not the group's property. Can you please assist in getting THE YARDER to remove this false image that is requesting money undeservedly? Thank you in advance for your help with this matter. ~August Maxwell

I am experiencing difficulties logging into my Facebook account. I previously set up two-factor authentication with SMS verification. However, I have not been receiving the login codes on my phone for almost a week now. I attempted the login approval code process by submitting my ID and details, but it requires a code generator which I can only access if I am logged into my account. Since I cannot log in, this step is not helpful. I have been trying daily to regain access. Please assist me with this issue.

After performing a factory reset on my phone, I encountered an issue logging back into my Facebook account as I had forgotten my password. When attempting to reset it with my email address, I received prompts for a Facebook account belonging to Sara Gomez, which is not mine. I suspect that my Facebook account was compromised a couple of days ago. I've had this account for many years, registered with the email [redacted], which is inactive now. As I can't reset my password through that email, I've tried the identity verification process by submitting my driver's license photo and identifying friends. Despite changing my password, it keeps getting altered. Facebook noted these changes were made from a Samsung Galaxy phone, a device I don't own. It seems someone is repeatedly changing my password during recovery attempts. Restoring access to my account is crucial as I operate my business through it. Appreciate any assistance.

Hello, my name is Kelly B. I recently received a ban on the Facebook Marketplace but I'm unsure why. I have reached out via email, but I continue to receive automated responses directing me to review a list of 10 policies that I believe do not relate to my situation. I have only posted toddler clothing, old Samsung D500 phone, and a ladies' top for sale, none of which are fake or offensive. I have had these items listed for months without issues until now. I believe a ban was too severe, and I would have removed the items if requested. I am willing to comply with any measures to regain access to my account, even if it means refraining from selling. I recently had an unfortunate experience with an individual who left a false review on my business page, containing defamatory comments. Even though the review has been successfully removed after reporting it, my overall rating remains lower than it was before. This incident caused a significant drop in my rating, which was consistently at 5.0 over the five years I've been in business. Prior to the fake review, customers could see it was not genuine, but now that it's deleted, my rating does not reflect the previous positive feedback accurately. I would appreciate guidance on how to restore my original rating based on the genuine reviews I've received.

I am part of a group called "Svetla Srbije" focused on Serbia's history and photography, occasionally helping those in need. Unfortunately, four years ago, I sent a $[redacted] donation to Dragan Capkunovic for a poor farmer he showcased in photos. Shockingly, Dragan ended up stealing $[redacted] of the funds and the donated items meant for the farmer. Despite initially appearing genuine, Dragan misused the donations for personal gain, even purchasing cameras and traveling. When I shared this information in our group, Dragan threatened to block me, Donna Petrovic from Houston, and our entire group. To defend against his attempts to sabotage us, he has been recruiting friends to infiltrate our community and report it. It's disheartening to see someone take advantage of our group's intentions, and I hope to expose his deceitful actions.

I am seeking to promote my business offering body wrapping services for detoxification and weight loss in the marketplace. I have a business location and the necessary business license. All customers are aware and have signed an agreement to allow me to use before and after pictures, focusing only on stomach, arms, and legs without showing faces or private parts. However, upon uploading the ad, I receive a message stating there is a problem and people won't be able to view it. My spouse is facing personal difficulties with a neighbor beyond Facebook. The complaint system for Marketplace has hindered her ability to sell for almost a year. She primarily sells children's clothing and miscellaneous items for kids. The neighbor exploits the ease of filing complaints to disrupt our lives. I had a secondary Facebook account that I decided to permanently delete some time ago. Even though I hadn't accessed it for about a year, I recently received an email notification that someone - a Russian lady - changed the account password. How is it possible for a deleted account to be reactivated without my knowledge? I tried to recover the account, but all the information on it has been altered by hackers. It's frustrating that Facebook is asking me to identify friends and provide my actual date of birth to recover the account when these details have been changed. Despite not having any friends on that account when I requested its deletion, I'm now being asked to pinpoint "friends" and use the birthday associated with the profile. I've already sent feedback and proof to Facebook, hoping for a resolution.

I have received an email claiming that I won $[redacted],[redacted] in the Facebook Online International Lottery. I was informed that I am one of the 50 lucky winners in the 2nd category. The email instructs me to contact their dispatch department via email at [redacted] to provide my details. The promotion is said to be a way for Facebook to thank its users. The email stressed that I should not reply to any Facebook account but only to the payment department for security reasons. The sender is identified as John Cole, the Promo Coordinator.

Hello Facebook team, I'm reaching out because I am unable to access my FB account, Victoria Aik Yen, due to being hacked. The hacker changed my name to Wut Yi Moe, as well as my password, email, and phone number, locking me out completely. My Facebook account under the name Flor Sanchez Galban, along with my Messenger account, has been hacked. The hacker is using my personal information, including my driver's license and passport photos, to scam my Facebook friends for money. They have already succeeded in getting money and continue to attempt to scam more people. My hacked accounts are still active, and I urgently request that they be deleted or disabled to prevent further harm. This situation is causing me distress and worry as I fear the hackers will exploit my personal information for malicious purposes. Please take swift action on this matter, Facebook team.
