I've been a Facebook user for more than a decade, and suddenly it's not working. Every time I attempt to access my account, I receive a message saying it's been disabled. I suspect someone may have gained unauthorized access and deactivated it. I urgently need assistance because Facebook is my primary means of communication with friends, family, and memories stored on the platform. I created a new Facebook account and profile. When I tried to log into Messenger on my new phone, it displayed my old account and profile. Facebook then notified me that I was impersonating someone and deleted my profile. Now I need to start over and have my friends accept my friend requests. One profile is linked to me, but I can't access it because I changed my phone number. I am not impersonating anyone; I am myself. It's frustrating because of my Asperger's syndrome. I forgot my password for my account. My account name is Lior Yemini, and my email is [redacted] My phone number is +[redacted]61. I followed the steps to reset my password, but I never received the code email. I also tried using my phone number for verification, but it seems Facebook doesn't have it on record. On August 11th, my Facebook account was hacked. I was lured by a fraudulent giveaway post on a gaming page. The person behind it asked for my account details in exchange for the prize. Foolishly, I shared my login credentials, and the hacker used phishing to change my password and contact information. Despite my pleas, they refused to return my account. Now, I am unable to access the game I love due to the hack. Creating a new account would mean losing all my progress, so I am holding onto hope of recovering my original account. I am counting on your help to assist me with this situation.

I am inquiring about a $[redacted],[redacted] customer service drawing on Facebook. I was contacted by someone named Charlene F. regarding winning a prize but suspect it might be a scam. Here are the messages I received and the details provided: - A message claiming I won in a Facebook promotion for $[redacted],[redacted] - Instructions to keep the winning details confidential - An offer to choose a payment method (diplomatic courier delivery, ATM card, or wire transfer) - A request for personal information for delivery - A mention of insurance and clearance fees to be paid I suspect this is a scam and would like confirmation. I created a Facebook profile solely to play a game, Hit it Rich, and I've never posted anything on the platform. Despite numerous attempts to delete or deactivate my account, the password reset process fails as my password is consistently rejected. Oddly, Facebook shows me as logged in from Houston, Texas, a location I have no association with. I suspect someone, like Jerry Springer and his wife, is wrongly using my phone number, leading to constant calls from bill collectors. Text notifications about friend requests are coming to me at lewis.eva@ gmail. Com. I recall having another account linked to a different email, which I need to locate. My phone number remains the same, and I urgently request that all Facebook accounts associated with my number and name be removed until I create a new account. It seems there's a mix-up or potential hacking incident that needs immediate attention. I need clarification on how I'm logged in from Texas without being able to reset my password. The situation needs to be rectified promptly, as I'm concerned about identity misrepresentation.

My stepbrother Eric J. from Lahaina, Hawaii, was declared deceased on July 12, [redacted]. A second profile appeared on July 8, which caught the attention of our family. This new profile, with only one friend named Cassandra F., seems suspicious as someone had to accept her friend request after Eric passed away. We are concerned about the authenticity of this new account and would like it to be removed. It is unsettling to see a new friend added to his account after his death. We are trying to determine who is managing this account and accepting friend requests posthumously. Hello Facebook Support, A few weeks ago, I received a notification from you regarding unauthorized access to my account. In an attempt to address this issue, my primary email was inadvertently changed to my work email address. After changing my password and providing verification, the email was switched back to my original one. Recently, upon accessing my page, I found that it appeared locked, with no option to post or edit settings. I observed multiple active logins from Moscow, Russia, which was concerning. Despite no suspicious activity on my page, I am worried about potential misuse. When trying to log out and in again, none of my passwords were accepted, leading me to a loop redirecting me to the FB Business and Advertising homepage. Resetting the password also proved futile as new passwords were not recognized or deemed too similar. I have taken precautions such as clearing browser data and disabling auto-login for other devices. As an admin for several FB pages, including those for my organization, I am unable to access them, posing further challenges. I have been locked out of my account because someone reported it, according to your notification. I have never had any issues on Facebook before or violated any of your policies. I conduct business through Facebook, and not having access for days has been hindering my work. I provided all the necessary documents requested, so I do not understand why my account is still locked. I invest additional funds in ads, hoping to be considered a valuable customer, but I feel like I am being unfairly punished. I have not received any response regarding when this issue will be resolved, and I am just waiting to regain access to my account.

I have created a page for my business Geocasanet Immobiliare and requested verification. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts and providing all necessary documents, the page remains unverified on Facebook. I have not received any response to my inquiries, which is disappointing. The process started on July 27th, and as of now, the page is still not verified. I have submitted my business license, registration documents, contracts with clients, utility bills, and even responded to a phone call from Facebook with the received code. I have also ensured that my contact information is visible on my website. It is frustrating that after all this effort, the verification status remains unchanged. Hello, I am part of the Human Resources Department at Arkansas State University. We have created a page to share new job postings and campus updates. We have encountered issues with the page name being flagged as "inappropriate." After some communication with Facebook, we were informed that using a Personal Page instead of a Business Page caused the problem. We made the necessary adjustments, but the issue recurred after a few days. We changed the name to A-State Jobs to continue sharing job openings effectively. Despite this change, the problem persists. We need the page to be accessible to multiple staff members without being linked to an individual. About a year ago, my account was closed due to my age, which is surprising as it was open for over nine years, making me a toddler when it was opened. The account contains important family pictures and tagged individuals who are requesting it be reopened. How can I go about verifying my age and reopening the account with my nickname as the first name, given that many people struggle to spell my actual name, Pavel Sasek? I have been attempting to access my original Facebook account for over two years now. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email address, recovery email, or phone number associated with the account. Consequently, I was forced to create a new account. However, I am eager to regain access to my original account, as it holds sentimental value. I suspect that my phone may have been compromised, resulting in passwords for various social media and email accounts being changed. The original account contains precious items from my late father, and being able to retrieve it would mean the world to me. I am confident in my ability to prove my identity. Despite my efforts to recover my emails, I was informed that assistance could not be provided. I was recently blocked from posting on Friday after alerting my friends to someone attempting to take advantage of my charity appeal for my dog's cancer treatment. The initial one-day ban upset me as it felt unfair, but I accepted it when the post was removed. Waking up this morning to a three-day block for the same post felt surprising. How can I face double punishment for the same incident? Getting a second ban for a deleted post after being told to read the terms seems harsh, especially when supporting a cause like my dog's chemotherapy. I have Asperger’s syndrome, which can lead to emotional outbursts. Criticizing someone for potentially scamming a charitable cause isn't bullying or harassment. Receiving two consecutive severe penalties for one issue on a platform that claims to be inclusive to people with disabilities is concerning. It was challenging to find a way to contact Facebook support through Google, and I hope for a prompt response and a fair review of this second ban. I went on Facebook to find that my account had been deleted. I have never had any trouble before and I was mainly in touch with very old school friends and members of my cat groups. I was very upset about 2 months ago to receive a really vile post from a cat group member I don't know. I couldn't believe the awful things she typed; she said that I had written vile sexually abusive posts to her and she was going to tell others about me. To get some truth, I asked her to send me a copy of this abuse I was supposed to have written, but I got no reply. That's the only nasty thing I have ever received from Facebook. What should I do? Can you find out who did this awful thing to me? I also found out that my Gmail account had been altered. I have not heard from my school friends either. Please can you help me?
