I mistakenly reactivated my daughter's Facebook account, who is currently incarcerated and cannot have social media per her plea agreement. I have her power of attorney to manage her affairs. Her name is Jennifer Frost, and her account is jfrost727. Unfortunately, I cannot access her phone to identify friends to help deactivate it. I urgently need this account removed and can provide the necessary documents for verification. Thank you.

Almost two years ago, my Facebook account got disabled, and despite contacting Facebook, they haven't restored it. I suspect someone may have hacked into my account or used my phone without my authorization. It's crucial for me to regain access to my account as it contains important information. Facebook claims I violated community rules, but I believe someone else accessed my account and intentionally caused this issue. Please help me resolve this situation promptly as I need my account back urgently.

Every time I add music to my posts on Facebook, it keeps getting muted, and I have to constantly go through the process of fixing it. The music I include in my videos is all purchased legally. I notice other videos on Facebook and online sale groups where radio music plays in the background without being muted, even though that music is not purchased. However, whenever I try to post a video with radio music on Facebook, it gets muted. It's frustrating because even with the music I own, my videos still get muted, and I have to go through the hassle of proving ownership each time. I'm curious how others are able to share videos with radio music on Facebook without them being muted.

I am unable to access my Facebook account. Last week, I lost my Samsung phone with the number [redacted] and now I can't recall the password I changed for my Facebook and Messenger. Despite multiple attempts, the password reset emails are not reaching my [redacted] I unintentionally created a new Facebook account during the recovery process. My original account belongs to Angela Hales, and it is associated with the emails [redacted] and [redacted] I have been unable to access my [redacted] for around six months. Despite efforts with friends' names for recovery, I couldn't proceed. To resolve the issue, I may provide verification details such as my ID and birthdate (1/5/82), as I have used this account since [redacted]. Unfortunately, I am now locked out due to too many login attempts, despite this activity being mine. I have already explained that I did not do anything wrong deliberately. My posts didn't show up in the groups I was part of, even though administrators could see them. There might have been a few early instances of spam, but last night, I posted once to multiple groups as instructed by an administrator. I complied with their method to resolve the issue by leaving and rejoining the groups. However, Facebook then banned me from rejoining any groups until August 29. I am sincerely asking for help as I rely on this for my livelihood while caring for my elderly mother. There are issues with certain groups in Puerto Iguazu, where people can be insensitive, especially towards those with a Buenos Aires accent like mine. I reported a particularly offensive post recently. Please understand the urgency of this situation for me and my family. Thank you.

In July, I left a negative review about North Fork Taps & Corks. Recently, I have experienced cyberbullying and harassment from the owner and/or patrons. A person named Rob Garrison from Detroit, Michigan, made inappropriate comments. I blocked him but now need the posts for a police report. This person has even followed my work-related page. Other patrons have also targeted me with false information on my personal wedding site. I believe I have been blocked from reviews, which affects the perception of the business. I am seeking assistance to retrieve the deleted comments and reinstate my review. Thank you.

Hello Facebook Team, I am professionally involved with horses. A friend sent me a screenshot of another Facebook user pretending to be my daughter Lena and raising donations in my name. This user is Carmen Stevenne, who has both a personal and a business group account. I am requesting to have this user blocked or completely banned. Furthermore, I kindly ask you to remove all the posts where she pretends to be my daughter Lena from your platform, as this deceptive way of soliciting donations damages my reputation. She is also contacting other individuals from my professional and personal circles, falsely claiming to be my daughter to solicit funds. As my birthday approaches, I was presented with an opportunity to select a non-profit for a donation through Facebook. While browsing through the fundraisers, I clicked on 'RAICES' out of curiosity to learn more about it. However, the website automatically assumed I chose 'RAICES' and prompted me to provide fundraising details, preventing me from going back to the list of non-profits. After researching, I discovered that 'RAICES' supports refugees and immigrants, which is not something I wish to endorse. I would like to support St. Jude's Children's Center instead. I did not intentionally choose 'RAICES' and need assistance to cancel it.

When using my husband's laptop, I attempted to access my Facebook account linked to [redacted] but was unable to do so. Facebook then created a new account for me under [redacted] with the name Ann Albertson. During the setup process, I received the following codes: [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]. I set the password as Germany1971. Despite my multiple requests to delete the new account and preserve my original one with around 60 friends, I found myself logged into the new account this morning. I am concerned about my original account's status. I have detailed this problem several times in my messages and am desperate to regain access to my original account. Kindly return it to me. How else can I reach you to resolve this matter?

I have a Facebook account under the name Aimer Valsan. Two days ago, my friend accessed my account without my permission, resulting in its disabling. I suspect inappropriate behavior that goes against Facebook's community guidelines. I have personal matters on this account and I urgently need access to reset my password. Approximately two years ago, my ex-girlfriend gained unauthorized access to my laptop and email account, as well as my Facebook. She took illegal actions by downloading and uploading my email contacts, and posting inappropriate content on my Facebook. I reported the incident to the Kansas Bureau of Investigation and local police, but have had little progress. I have created new accounts and emails, but they keep getting compromised. Even after changing phones multiple times, they also get compromised. This has greatly affected my social life. I noticed duplicate accounts with variations of my name and address linked together. I wish to receive guidance on how to proceed with this troubling situation. I later discovered that my ex-girlfriend has a criminal record. I regret not conducting a background check on her earlier. I encountered issues logging into my account, despite it being mine. I provided a picture of myself holding the verification code along with my username. Unfortunately, after not receiving a response via email, I attempted to log in again only to discover that my account had been disabled. This came as a shock since I have done nothing to violate any terms. The challenge initially arose because the verification code was sent to my old email address which I no longer had access to, despite updating my email on the account. Although reassured that the issue would be resolved, my account was disabled instead. With upcoming brand collaborations dependent on this account, I am in urgent need of assistance to regain access.

I have been banned from the marketplace and all buy and sell groups without any apparent reason. I have always ensured that my posts comply with community standards and do not violate any rules. However, it seems like someone is running a scam wherein they use your email address to lead you to unrelated webinars. I tried to report this, but the post is still up. I suspect that this person might have wrongly flagged my account leading to my ban. My latest post was about selling girls' back-to-school clothes from Justice, which is completely legal. I rely on selling items online to earn a living. I also planned to promote my pastry school through social media. Lately, I've had to repeatedly log in to my Facebook account, with a prompt to change my password. Despite not wanting to change it, I can't access my account without re-logging in due to suspicions of unauthorized access. Nobody has been trying to get into my account. My Facebook is linked to my email staceyap1@ gmail.com with the same password. I got a new phone recently, causing me to set up Facebook again, resulting in a new page while I'm still using the old one. I keep getting logged out and asked to log back in, unsure of why. I appreciate if this issue can be resolved without changing my password.

My ex-boyfriend has hacked my Facebook account after our recent breakup, and now he is using it to stalk my friends and family. He has been posting inappropriate content, sharing links to explicit videos without consent, and pretending to be me in messages and statuses. I have reported him to the police multiple times, but the issue continues. I'm very concerned because he has been taking pictures of my baby from my account and posting them on his own. I received two $10.00 gift cards from the S'mores survey app as a reward for my points. They initially came to my email but somehow got moved to my Gmail account. The next day, they disappeared completely. I have searched through all possible folders - social, primary, trash, and spam, as well as starred emails, but they are nowhere to be found. I even checked all mail and archives but had no luck. This all occurred between July 16th and July 24th, [redacted], during which they were there and then suddenly vanished. Since I rarely go out and took many surveys to earn these, I was really looking forward to using them. It's frustrating that I cannot contact S'mores as there is no available option to leave a message. I would appreciate any help in locating the missing gift cards or requesting them to be resent. Hello, my name is Ivy Stiles, and I am the lead singer of a band called 30autsixx. We have had a Facebook page for over five years where my dad, Mike Heavner, and I have managed it together. Recently, we received a message stating that we needed to prove we use the name 30autsixx daily, or we would have to rename or delete the page. After my dad responded confirming our consistent use of the name, there was no further communication. Unfortunately, our band page has been deleted, erasing years of memories, photos, and music. We utilized the page to connect with fans and friends and share updates, including news about our guitarist's health. We are devastated by the loss and are requesting the reinstatement of our page. I have two Facebook accounts with the same name, Om Gulati. One of the accounts, created in October [redacted], needs to be deleted. Additionally, I found a third account with my name but no profile picture that I also want to delete. This causes confusion as messages from friends come to different accounts. I tried to log in to the second account with a different email but was unsuccessful. I prefer to keep the account with my first profile picture. I am unsure how to address this issue and would like to speak with Facebook over the phone for assistance. Can someone help me resolve this matter?

My father's first Facebook account was hacked, and scammers requested money from relatives, which was sent before the issue was reported. Despite reporting it, the account was not deleted. Recently, the account resurfaced under a fake name "Williams Davis Thompson," using my dad's photos and friend list. His current account, under the name Cip Mendoza, has now also been compromised. Unfortunately, Facebook does not recognize his phone number or email for account recovery steps, as the password and associated email seem disconnected. We urgently request Facebook's assistance in deleting both accounts, "Cip Mendoza" and the fraudulent "Cipriano Mendoza." Your help is greatly appreciated in resolving this matter promptly.

I created my Facebook account a few years ago and used an email address I no longer have access to. I deleted the Facebook app on my iPhone, reinstalled it, and tried to log in but was told my password was incorrect – I tried all my usual passwords without success. When I clicked "forgot password," the only way to reset was through my old email, which I can't access. I even tried to recover the old email without success. I'm upset because all my pictures are on that account, and I've tried everything to regain access without luck.
