I had an experience with someone named Krish Bidot from the Facebook team and I am uncertain if he is legitimate or a scammer. I wish to raise a complaint against his behavior that I found unjust. Additionally, I am wondering about any ongoing Facebook contests or grants. I was notified that I won $85,[redacted] but encountered issues when asked to pay postage fees, leading to requests for more money. As a person with disabilities on a limited income, I struggled to keep up with their demands, depleting my savings. They resorted to verbal abuse, especially Krish, which is unacceptable. I have evidence of these exchanges in text messages. I believe Mark Zuckerberg would not tolerate such behavior. I simply seek what is rightfully owed to me from any legitimate competition. Thank you for addressing this issue, Facebook team. Best regards, D.B.

I made a mistake creating a fundraiser for my friends who lost everything in the Portugal fire. When filling in the information, I thought I should put Portugal as the country since the fundraiser is for them, and now I can't link my account. It gives an error message saying the format is incorrect. Donations have already been made, but there's no linked account for payments. I need to resolve this issue. I don't see the option to modify the data anywhere. My friends are going through a terrible situation, without a home, belongings, or money. I hope there won't be any issues with the fundraiser, and this money won't be lost. I took the initiative to help in a terrible and serious case out of pure love, using the wonderful global platform that Facebook is for spreading awareness. I have already contacted Facebook support four times, but they haven't resolved the issue. Please help me solve this problem. Thank you, Cristina R. N.

Last night around 8:36 PM Eastern Time, I found myself unexpectedly logged out of both the Facebook mobile app and the chat app. Despite numerous attempts, my password did not work. When trying to recover my password, searching by name, email, or phone number yielded no results linked to any account. Oddly enough, my friends confirmed that my account still exists. After multiple failed login attempts, Facebook sent a recovery email from [redacted] to an email address the Facebook app claimed was not associated with any account. The email instructed me to enter a 6-digit pin to reset my password. Although I had successfully done this in June following a hacking attempt, this time the app stated that I had entered too many pins. It advised waiting "a few minutes" before trying again. Despite waiting both a few minutes and a few hours, I am still unable to enter the pin whether opting for SMS or email delivery.

Hello, I'm Vika Silvester. This morning at 9:30, my Facebook account was hacked by someone who compromised my ballet teacher's account. They requested and I shared an account code under the pretense of helping my teacher struggling with her account. Subsequently, the hacker changed my password, leaving me locked out of my Facebook. I am concerned about the unauthorized access to my account and the potential tampering with my contacts. I heavily depend on Facebook to communicate with my friends and family, and I am eager to regain access to my account. Unfortunately, my attempts to reset the password have been futile due to the password change. I recognize that resetting the password without the old one might be a challenge, but I request assistance to navigate this issue securely. Feel free to reach out for more information or to verify my identity. Email: [redacted] Account name: Vika Silvester Thank you, Viktoria Silvester

I'm having an issue with my account being used by someone else. I would like to report this and request Facebook to permanently delete that account. I don't want this person using my account to do anything that could harm my reputation. It's concerning that Facebook seems unaware of what's happening in private messages, especially when inappropriate pictures are being sent. I believe Facebook should address these privacy breaches more seriously. It's upsetting that someone else is using my account, causing me distress. Please take care of this situation as soon as possible.

Dear Sir, I recently lost my old mobile phone which had my Duo Mobile app with code-generating capabilities. Unfortunately, this has hindered my ability to access my account on my new device as it requires a code that I can no longer generate. Despite reinstalling the app, the new codes don't seem to work. I have my Facebook and email passwords, but the missing app code is preventing me from logging in successfully. I am quite concerned about this situation as my account holds crucial business information. I have tried submitting my government-issued ID and driver's license multiple times for verification, but Facebook has not been responsive. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly as it is affecting my business operations. I greatly appreciate your help in resolving this urgent issue. Thank you.

I've been unable to access my Facebook account for a while now. When I tried logging in, I was prompted to use the code generator, which required me to log in on another device. After attempting this on my computer, Facebook stated it would send an SMS with a code, but I never received it. I tried troubleshooting by submitting a photo with a handwritten note, but I haven't heard back yet. I need verification from either device, but I'm unable to receive it on either. Is there a way for Facebook to send the code via email instead of text, or when can I expect results after sending in my photo? Thank you.

My account was disabled because I posted videos of my pole dance routines with music in the background from hi-fi six months ago. I followed the guidelines that mentioned videos would be allowed if the music was not the main focus and if I credited the musician. Despite my adherence to these rules, my videos were deleted. After receiving a warning to stop posting such videos, I complied. However, last week, my account and the associated page were disabled without further communication. Although the videos were a minor part of the page, I, as an administrator, was penalized. I appealed multiple times and created a new account with my email, but it was disabled within three hours. Many dancers I know post similar videos with music prominently featured, yet I faced consequences. The claim that someone reported me is questionable, given my long-standing data with the platform. The artistic content in those videos represents my moral rights, and this situation disproportionately impacts my work in the dance field. The platform's ambiguous guidelines stating videos could be posted if music was not the main focus seem misleading. If there had been a clear prohibition, I would have refrained from posting. Despite my appeals, I only receive automated responses stating my inability to use the platform. This unjust action hinders my future work prospects, and potential connections are now unable to reach me. - Dr. T.T.

Dear Facebook users, I want to address the issue of unauthorized charges made to my bank account through PayPal. I was surprised to find out that I was being accused of posting an ad when I did not authorize any such transaction. The content in question was from a page created approximately 8 years ago and was not meant to be an ad. No permission was given for it to be used as one. I was not informed or asked to verify any ad postings, and I did not consent to any money being deducted. It is important for Facebook to ensure users explicitly agree to any ad placements and associated charges before proceeding. There seems to be a lack of communication as I was not given the opportunity to respond to the emails regarding the issue. If this was a misunderstanding, I kindly request the immediate refund of the $25 taken from my account. I urge Facebook to review their procedures to prevent such incidents in the future. Sincerely, Vicki M.

Dear Support Team, I lost my old mobile phone where my account was logged into the Duo Mobile app for generating third-party codes. Now, with my new phone, I am unable to access the account as I no longer have the app to generate the necessary code. I tried downloading the same app again and logging in, but the code received did not work. I have forgotten the code generated by the app, which is preventing me from accessing my account. I have my Facebook and email passwords, but I need help regaining access as the code is missing. I have uploaded my government-issued ID and driver's license multiple times to verify my identity, but I haven't received a response. The business information in my account is crucial, so I urgently need assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you for your help.

I am experiencing issues with Instagram as my account has been disabled. Username: justin.d.middleton I have not received a proper response via email regarding this issue. I have been working towards becoming a rugby commentator for over 2 years. Although I shared various rugby content, I always credited the original creators. My account was disabled due to posts from over a year ago that belonged to rugby channels. I have since only posted content with permission. I do not profit from my account. I kindly request the reinstatement of my account as I am dedicated to promoting my own work. I am willing to delete any posts that may have violated copyrights. I have a small following and do not use my account for business purposes. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Jennifer Wilson. I hope someone can assist me in recovering access to my Facebook account. On July 27th, the day before my wedding, I encountered an issue since I got locked out of my cell phone, which was the only device where my Facebook password was saved. Due to this, I am unable to remember the password. Additionally, I had to get my phone completely wiped by Verizon due to a hack on my Apple ID, leading me to create a new Apple ID and set up my phone again. It is crucial for me to regain access to my original Facebook account as it contains precious memories and photos of my recently departed grandfather. I would be grateful for any help in recovering my account and retrieving those important pictures. Thank you.

I would like my Facebook account to be permanently deleted as it is being used by someone else, not me. It's crucial for Facebook to address this issue promptly and ensure the account is deleted to avoid any further complications in my life. Hello, my name is Tasha Higgins. I have verified my identity three times by writing the code on paper, taking pictures, and sending it, but no one has contacted me. I am unable to log into my account because I do not have access to the cell phone number to receive the 6-digit code. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook on any device as it keeps prompting me to enter a code due to a new browser. I only use my phone, my boyfriend's phone, and our computer, and have tried logging in through all three browsers with no success. I no longer have the same cell phone number, only a TextNow number and a house phone number, as well as my email address.

I recently came across several "Who Do You Think You Are" groups that are causing some concern. There appears to be an individual who has created multiple WDYTYA groups with only themselves in them. This person is tarnishing the reputation of WDYTYA by posting inappropriate content, such as hateful and mean messages. I was interested in joining a WDYTYA group but am hesitant due to this individual's behavior. I urge you to search for WDYTYA on FB to see the issue for yourself. It's disheartening to see someone misusing a platform that is meant for positive interactions. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Amanda, and unfortunately, my partner Timothy's Facebook account has been hacked. The hacker has taken over his profile and customized it with Arabic language. They have even gone as far as to comment on our children's photos and send me messages in Arabic. Timothy has tried changing his password multiple times over a week to no avail. The hacker has now blocked me from accessing the profile, and we are concerned about our personal photos. We are seeking help to report this hacker, recover Timothy's account, and if not possible, we would like our personal photos transferred to his new profile. We hope to resolve this unsettling situation soon. Thank you, Amanda O.

I am concerned about two accounts belonging to individuals associated with illegal activities that showcase pictures of my spouse that we urgently wish to have taken down. The accounts in question are Leonidus Ramos and Arnold Fuentes. My wife is in the process of obtaining her new driver's license, which she plans to provide as proof in the next few days. To assist with your investigation, she is easily identifiable as the only female on Leonidus Ramos's profile and appears in one photo on Arnold Fuentes's profile. She is a Caucasian woman with blonde hair.

I urgently need assistance with a serious issue involving the ownership of Facebook pages. My mother and I were approached by a company for joint advertising. However, after they sent a link inviting us to their business manager account, the pages are now under their ownership which was not our agreement. The company claims that Facebook needs to remove our accounts from the business manager account, but I am skeptical. The Business Manager ID that the pages are linked to is: [redacted][redacted]. The account was created on July 19, [redacted] by Amalia Willa, with the admins and finance editors listed as Althander Exodar, Facebook Me, James Walker, and Shah M Shah. Despite my attempts to regain ownership of the pages, my requests remain pending, and I fear the pages may be at risk of being misused. The affected pages are Black Women Empowered Atlanta (Page ID: [redacted][redacted]) and BWE Obama Family Fan Club (Page ID: [redacted][redacted]). We have been locked out of the admin access, and inappropriate content has been posted. Individuals named Tom White and Syed Shah Muhammad Kazmy are involved in this issue. Our other pages like Black Women Empowered Incorporated and Black Women Empowered NY/NJ remain unaffected, and we simply wish to regain control of the compromised pages.
