When I view my Facebook account, it shows there is an unpaid balance, but I can't locate where it's coming from. Despite my ad balance showing as 0, when I try to enter an ads account, I'm prompted to settle a balance. I believe it may be approximately $1,[redacted]. The recent campaign had a daily limit of $10 and ran for 10 days with a balance of zero. I distinctly remember paying off an $11 balance a while back. Could someone clarify this in simple terms for me? Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulty submitting new ads on my business page. We are disputing two charges on a card ending in [redacted], a personal debit card not associated with Facebook. The charges ($15.33 and $[redacted].80) were made on a Wells Fargo debit card, while we only use a Chase credit card on Facebook. We rely on Facebook ads and have a history of consistent spending. These charges do not belong to us and we seek clarification on the ads associated with them.

It's been 24 hours, and nothing has been done yet. My Facebook account has been hacked, and I'm completely blocked from accessing my page. It appears that an individual named Amanda Santos has taken over my account, posting inappropriate content. I urgently need this issue resolved as there seems to be multiple Amanda Santos on Facebook causing similar problems. Please take action immediately. I understand the seriousness of this situation and am willing to take legal action if necessary. My account shows no record of existence, and there is explicit content visible to my friends. This needs to be addressed promptly.

There have been posts on Facebook for over a year advocating boycotting the NFL and using the term "Negro felon League." I am confused as to why suddenly these are against Facebook standards. Where is this rule published? If this is a new standard, can we get a warning, remove the post, or delete it ourselves? A 30-day suspension for a first-time offense seems extreme, especially since similar posts have been widely shared before. Could the issue be related to the source being Fox News? I would appreciate being informed of any wrongdoing before receiving penalties, especially at 80 years old. Time is short, and I'd like the chance to correct any mistakes.

Hello, I am Vivian Aluoch, and my account email is [redacted] I accidentally deleted a message from a Facebook Marketplace transaction where I purchased a bed for $90 about a month or two ago. The seller marked the item as sold, and I need to pick it up when I return to town. Unfortunately, since the item was marked as sold, it's no longer in my saved items or collections. I really want to pick up the bed, but without the conversation, I can't contact the seller. I would appreciate it if the deleted messages could be restored or if all the items I viewed in the past 2-3 months could be added back to my collection tab on Facebook Marketplace. Thank you for your assistance!

I have not used Facebook for a year or two, and upon returning to the site, I discovered my account has been completely hacked. It seems the hacker used my personal identification to take over the account. Unfortunately, I am unable to access this account anymore and will need to create a new one. However, the hacked account has become a platform for malicious activities. I urgently need Facebook to delete this compromised account as I no longer have any control over it. I have all the necessary identification to prove my identity, including my driver's license, blood donor card, and old college ID. I suspect the hacker may even have access to my social security number, which is deeply concerning. While I have LifeLock Premium for added security, my main goal is to have the account "[redacted]," belonging to Harold W Quick, permanently deleted. I eagerly anticipate resolving this issue and creating a new account. Thank you, Facebook, for your assistance in this troubling situation. I eagerly await your response. -HWQ

I have informed FB about the issue, but was informed that there is a adult film featuring my family and photos of my friends. I have tried reaching out to FB to resolve this pornography that the hacker created, and despite following all the instructions given by FB, I have been unable to recover my money as the payment was made through Google Play Cards to the FB team. The scammers are avoiding consequences using methods to bypass FB security measures, making it challenging to deal with the situation. It seems like just adjusting settings on FB is not enough protection, as the hacker can alter my security and settings. I am counting on your assistance to help me address this matter.

Hi, I have submitted two help requests regarding a payment issue on Battle Pirates. KIXEYE, the game developer, informed me that the payment was canceled, but it was actually processed through iDEAL and deducted from my bank account three times. The Facebook payment status also shows it as paid. Despite providing screenshots to KIXEYE, they are refusing to provide the purchased gold for the game and mention that the payment will be refunded in 3 workdays, but nothing has been refunded yet. Since the payment was made via iDEAL, the bank cannot reverse it. I have consulted my lawyer and he is preparing a letter, but I hope to resolve this without legal action. Can you assist me in obtaining my refund? Regards, T. Spronk

I am seeking to organize a fundraiser for my [redacted](c)(3) nonprofit organization, which operates under [redacted](c)(1)(A) status. This type of non-profit is legally recognized as a [redacted](c)(3) with certain mandatory exemptions from filing with the US Government. Even though a [redacted](c)(1)(A) entity is acknowledged by all 50 states and USC 26 [redacted] of the US code, and is also recognized by the 83 signatories of the Hague Convention, I am encountering issues with Facebook's registration process. Facebook's requirements are tailored towards a traditional [redacted](c)(3) organization and do not cater to the nuances of a [redacted](c)(1)(A) entity, also known as an FBO. I believe Facebook should update their registration process to accommodate organizations like mine that are in compliance with US and international laws despite not being federally recognized.

Recently, I received an email that appears to be from Facebook, but I'm unsure if it's legitimate or part of the recent hacking incidents. It states that my account was accessed from a new device and browser. The email includes login details such as the location being near Sochi, Russia, on August 10 at 2:10 PST, from IP address [redacted].15.63.84. The message advises to contact them immediately at 1-[redacted] if this login was not authorized. The email reassures that Facebook is always monitoring for unusual activity to protect users' accounts and information. It's essential to confirm the authenticity of this email, especially with the rise in hacking incidents.

I disabled my account due to harassment and now want to create a new one to run my business. I attempted to set up a new account but got locked out asking for photo confirmation. Despite sending photos of my husband, whose information we used, it keeps rejecting them. I am willing to provide additional identification if needed.

I recently created a new account with my spouse. Initially, everything was smooth until a request for a photo for a face login unexpectedly appeared. I was not given the option to decline or exit, I had to pick a photo or log out. Uncertain whether the system required both our faces as we share the account, I selected a photo featuring both of us. However, now I am unable to log back in as it states that my photo is under review. This situation is frustrating as I have never encountered such issues with Facebook before. I am worried about the login delay and pondering if I should just delete my account. Can this be resolved promptly?

Hi, I attempted to use the security feature on Facebook to recover my disabled account, but I'm stuck at the post listings section when trying to delete them to proceed. I also tried submitting my ID via the form, but Facebook claims there is no issue with my account email and won't let me submit it. This is impacting my online sales, and I urgently need to regain access to contact my upcoming buyers. Please assist in resolving this matter promptly.

Since my breakup in April [redacted], my ex-fiance has been relentlessly harassing me through various platforms. Despite blocking him on Facebook and changing my contact information, he has continued to send threatening messages, including ones involving my children and myself. Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted some of these messages and now need them for legal purposes as the authorities are involved due to stalking and dangerous behavior. He even posted photos of me on his Facebook that I want removed. I deactivated my account out of fear. I am seeking advice on how to handle this distressing situation. Thank you for any assistance or guidance you can provide.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to address an issue I have been experiencing with my Facebook account. I recently had to clear my browsing history, which required me to log out of Facebook. Despite my repeated attempts, I have been unable to disable the two-factor authentication that mysteriously remains active on my account. Unfortunately, the phone associated with this security feature is no longer accessible to me, rendering me unable to complete the login process even though I possess all the necessary login credentials and email password. I have submitted numerous requests through the account authentication form and even provided my ID for verification, yet I have not received any responses or assistance from your team. It has been over a month since I have been locked out of my account, despite receiving notifications about new activity. I kindly ask for your support in resolving this matter and regaining access to my account. Sincerely,

Someone stole my phone, and I suspect they accessed my Facebook account and changed my password. I recently bought a new phone, re-downloaded Facebook, but I can't recall my password. Unfortunately, I also can't remember the password to my email for a reset. I've used this account since [redacted] and prefer not to create a new one as it holds many memories and friends. Originally known as Georgia Conaway, I recently changed my name to Miria Rose. The email associated with the account is [redacted], which I can't access anymore. I created a new email, [redacted], to receive a password reset link, but Facebook couldn't verify my identity. I'm desperate to regain access to my account without losing my friends and memories.

Hi there, I am David Adkins, and I established a hotel in El Cuyo, Mexico, four years ago. We had an employee named David Furchtgott who initially helped us create a Facebook account under the name Casa Morph, which is the hotel's name. Unfortunately, he was terminated in March for theft and, at the time, deleted our page. Despite contacting Facebook, we were informed that only he, as the administrator, could restore the page. Subsequently, we had to change the hotel's name to La Casa Cielo and created a new Facebook account. Recently, David Furchtgott has revitalized the Casa Morph page without any ownership rights, affecting over [redacted] of our guests/followers. I am seeking assistance to promptly deactivate the unauthorized page. Kindly reach out to me for support in resolving this matter. Thank you, David Adkins

I am currently working on cleaning up several accounts from my youth. Recently, I stumbled upon a Facebook account that I wish to have removed. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the password as I have also deleted the associated email address. The email linked to the account to be deleted is [redacted], and the name displayed is Faizan Rahman (Gamer). These relics are embarrassing reminders of my younger years, and I am eager to have them taken down promptly. If necessary, I can provide proof of ownership. Thank you.

I, the rightful owner of the [redacted]/VB Campbell account, initially created it to showcase my art. Unfortunately, the account was swiftly hacked by someone who appears to be from Russia or the Middle East, according to the notifications I've received. Despite multiple attempts to reset the password and four failed deletion requests due to Facebook's system, the hacker has managed to prevent the account from being removed completely. I am frustrated by this situation as I am unaware of the individual's identity. I am unable to access the account now and am met with a page stating that Facebook is reviewing a photo, which I did not submit. Please take immediate action to remove this account. The continuous notifications and the thought of a stranger potentially impersonating me are concerning.
